Detailed yet simple-excellent primer on tough subject

Guru Andy is a wonderful person and a marvellous teacher. This book takes on a very difficult and esoteric subject, but yet again, just like in his Breathing book, he simplifies things to the bare minimum.
He encourages, us, his readers to find our own paths by using his example sand experiences as a schema.
The cadence of the writing, at times, can be a little jagged-please however let that be a deterrent. The content of what Andy has to say and express is superb Nd we are fortunate to have people like him willing to share and teach by example-thanks Andy!

Hard to Read

A decent description of what he experienced but the writing is rough and sometimes he repeats himself. Not bad all in all it is always good to get other's perspectives on their journey!
