Leaders in my church worked through this book and developed a breakthrough prayer for the church. This prayer is used for all worship services, small groups, and committee meetings. My reason for 3 stars is because this is the type of book that means more if it is a textbook for a workgroup. Reading it as a standalone is not the same experience.

Quite a dynamic book about becoming a transformational church. The author leads the pastor and his team through how to open these floodgates. Will be a lot of devoted work.
