I won this book through Goodreads First Reads.

I will cut the cr*p and say this outright, first thing: If you are into really cliché Hollywood action thrillers, you will likely enjoy Cospiracy. This book will not provide challenge for your braincells. It is pretty straightforward, the characters obvious (and of course beautiful if they are in the inner circle of main characters), and it's easy to guess the final results of the story.

But that is honestly why I ended up kind of liking this. The "baddies" in Cospiracy are hilarious. They snarl, they grunt, they may have scars, they can't help but smile deviously to their own cunning. Cunning that includes things like using "Take care of our problem" as code for "Kill him." You'd think they'd use something less obvious. And somehow I'm supposed to believe these people have been in the less than legal side of business for years. I love it.

I hate to say this, especially when I got the book for free and the author's very likely to read my words, but... Cospiracy is so bad it's great. The book is very apparently meant to entertain, and entertain me it did. Job accomplished. When's the blockbuster film adaptation coming up?!

A marriage in crisis, a boss who is hiding a sinister secret from his past. Craig's life is in danger, a price has been placed on his head. Nothing is making sense, people he thought he could rely on can no longer be trusted. Amanda's new boyfriend is not the man he is pretending to be. He is working to his own nefarious agenda.
If Craig can't unravel this mystery his life is over. Conspiracy
