Stop whatever you are doing and read this series
I absolutely loved this series. I fell in love with everyone in this series. The crosses the Wagner's the fields. Every lady was just the right amount of broken but hopeful. The men were the right amount of alpha and sweetness. I cried so hard while reading this series that my friend asked me if I was all right. I wish I could give it a 10 star rating!

4 book box set.
Crossed- was the first book and the prequel.
Cross Enterprises a private investigations firm is the main subject. Hunter, an employee, is the protagonist in this story, along with Grace. If I'm honest there wasn't much of a storyline but loads of sex.
Layers Crossed- the second book in the series.
Emma Cross's story along with the cowboy Eric.
A few chapters in and...I'm bored!
I didn't particularly like the first book and this one appears to be the same. If the box set hadn't been free I wouldn't have bothered at all.
Weak storyline and weaker characters with zero personality and no chemistry. I'm sure if I could've tolerated any more there would've been a great deal more sex. Sorry, not my cup of tea.

Amazing
I think I were through every emotion . Reading the series. Falling in love. To only lose them is heartbreaking. Finding love and being afraid of failing. Letting go. And bring alone. Bring away from those love. To protect them. Knowing you can't always have it all. I will read this again.Loved it!

Wow
I have read other books by the author, but these were incredible. I laughed and cried. I loved how they built on each other. The characters were very well developed and had great chemistry. All the books flowed great and I could see everything in my head in detail.

Sorry. This was my first book of the author. It was a great bundle of stories but I didn't feel the connection with the main characters, it was a little awkward for me. The plot and the story was great but I didn't feel.

this was a great series. I love this author. everything seemed as if I was actually in the story myself. while I know everything can't always be perfect, I was so sad when blake died, but this series ended perfectly

This is a wonderful box set. These books have something for everyone. I couldn't read fast enough to see what was going to happen next. I would recommend this box set to everyone who likes heat with their romance.

crossed - book 1
This is an exciting story, of love, trauma, of a family torn apart, a daughter who is estranged from them because of their shady dealings.
Friendships are powerful. The main character is Grace, she took her mother's maiden name in order to keep her family ties behind her, she hates the way they are, their criminal activity is abhorrent to her. Ten years she has avoided contact with them. Making a life apart from them, she has made some powerfully strong friendships, they are true friends who care for each other.
All of a sudden this super hot guy arrives in her life, he is brought to her hair salon by her friend Emma, he looks like something that just fell out of prehistoric times, like a caveman, and he appears to be traumatised in some state of shock. After helping him shower, he seems to come out of his trance-like condition and she soon finds that Hunter is strong and powerful, and their sexual chemistry is on a high from the first meeting. The same day he lands in her life, her saloon is robbed, vandalised, the staff traumatised, and she was held at gunpoint. The problem was she knew the perpetrator, it was her brother Scar! Why did he do this? Why was he trying to harm her Hunter would protect her as best he could, but first he has to explain things to her. Will she be willing to accept his help?
This is a great start to a series, which is actually finished, it is nice to read a series that you can get the next book immediately, you are not likely to pass the chance to read the next instalment either because this is an exciting start, it is full of action, exciting, intriguing, and the sex is hot and steamy.
The Author really draws out the characters. Grace being a bit of a lost cause with men, she gets attached easily only to find the guys are pieces of crap, she has started to realise that she must stop trying to find "the one", because she seems to always find the wrong kind of guy. Hunter is different, she didn't find him, he found her, he sought her out, she was party to the case he was involved in, he knew her family connections and he wanted to put her siblings in prison. All of this makes for an entertaining time, how will Grace react?

Hunter is a private investigator who has been hunting her family for years and has been looking for any opportunity to introduce himself to Grace.From the moment Grace met her “caveman” they were explosive and meant to be.
Layers Crossed- Emma and Eric are your typical country boy meets city girl with a suspenseful unique story line mixed in. Emma ends up stripped bare for this gorgeous, chivalrous cowboy that she wants to protect from a troubled family past while he also wants to protect her as well as be a part of her future.
Double Crossed- Annabelle and Derrick’s story is by far my favorite in the series. Annabelle is wanting to return to life in Ogden to be around and help her parents but is trapped in a troubled, seedy life in San Francisco that is pulling her under. Derrick is just the life preserve she needs to stay afloat.
Crossed Off- Skylar and Cash are sexy, steamy and achingly sweet. They were the dessert at the end of a three course meal, Lacey Silks knew what she was doing when she ended the series with such a tender couple.

The Crossed series turned out to be one of my favorites. Four books in this bundle include Crossed, Layers Crossed, Double Croased and Crossed Off. All tended to have the insta-love thing happen, but I was ok with that because there was so much going on in each book. All the characters are connected in some way, so I got a taste of past favorites in the following books. Includes an abundance of angst, tears galore and finally a HEA. If you enjoy a good romance with a lot of drama, I cannot recommend more.

This series was great. It takes you through the trials and tribulations of the members of Cross Industries. You have drama, suspense, thrills, love, and hot and steamy sex.
Each of the books are centered on specific individuals but include several of the characters from the other books. They are all well written and flow together greatly. They are cohesive and a great read.
I was not disappointed and you would not be either.

I received this box set in exchange for an honest review. These are the first books I've read by this author and it's a good series, It's great to read the books one right after the other. Double Crossed was my favorite book in the series, but all the books were good. I loved each couple in each book and in each story there was romance, mystery, suspense, and steamy scenes. This was a good read.

I absolutely loved this series! Each book has drama, danger and an amazing connection between the characters. I love how all the books are connected to each other, yet each story has it's own happy ending. This series is an absolute must read!
