Cam

5 TEAR STAINED STARS
Ava has knocked it out the park with this amazing story. I have read Ava’s work previously but I want to start by saying how much her writing has developed from her previous work, she really has outdone herself with this latest novel. I haven’t read book one in the series but let me tell you it does not affect anything within this story it’s very easy to follow, so you do not need to have read the severed series or book one in order to enjoy this story.
Ava Manello has dedicated this story to her mother and I have to say her mum would be immensely proud of the way she has handled this story; it gives us an insight in to some of the darkest days of everyone's lives and how people overcome their own demons. FAMILY . LOVE . HOME. Ava nails it she takes a story and makes you consider how lucky you truly are to have some of the simplest things in life.
I love the character development in this story my personal favourite has to be Holly, she isn't a main character but she is a person I aspire to be! I really am struggling with what to say in order to ensure I don’t give to much away, but it really is a well written story full of emotion and angst! With some great one liners that had me laughing out loud. This story is a bit of emotional rollercoaster for me there were tears of sadness where I read two chapters with a lump in my throat and I felt as though I was a fly on the wall. Not only did I shed a few tears of sadness throughout the book but i even found myself welling up with tears of joy.
An incredible ending for a truly emotional read, you can really feel that the author has bared her soul for us all. A must read!

Holy Moly I loved this book so hard! That end was simply amazing. I could not put this book down. Plus note Cam is super hot. This book draws you in and does not let you go till you have read the very last page. I am having such a hard time reviewing this book without spoilers. This book is an emotional rollercoaster, Ava has this amazing talent you feel like you are a fly on the wall and feel exactly what the characters are going through. There was times I had tears rolling down my face, then there was times I found myself with tears of joy in my eyes. I cannot tell you how many times I had tears in my eyes and sitting on the edge of my seat. This book is full of twists and turns! It was really good to see more of Declan and Holly, as well as finding out more about what makes Cam tick. The dedication in the end was wow. Ava your mom would be so proud.
Guys go add this to your TBR list or one click you will not be sorry I promise you that.

This story starts with a bang and continues in the same vein throughout.
We once again meet the characters we first read about in Declan, book one of this series. It was really good to see more of Declan and Holly, as well as finding out more about what makes Cam tick. You can read this as a stand-alone but I’d suggest reading Declan first in order to understand where the characters are coming from.
Cam finds himself embroiled in something he can’t get through without help, so he calls on Declan and the rest of the Wounded Heroes to provide assistance. Holly comes along too and she plays a pivotal role in helping Sara in her time of need.
I know this book, and one particular part of the storyline, was very difficult for the author to write. She has done herself, and the memory of a very special lady, very proud. I am lucky that I got to read this story while it was being written and cannot praise the author enough.
I look forward to the next book in this series.

Gosh poor Sarah broke my heart, so much pain and anguish for one person she gutted me, when she found enough strength to start fighting back. Cam stepped up in some ways but in others I wanted to give him a kick up the butt, ok he didn't know her story but still he recognised she was more than her circumstances appeared. This whole story gripped me and I ended up reading until quite late two nights running because I didn't want to put it down, not good with work the next day. I am hoping there will be more from this team of guys, they all deserve their story told and I love how they jump as soon a call goes out for help. Suspenseful and highly emotional story that has you needing tissues in places. Love, love, loved it.

Ava Manello has pulled out all the stops with this book and given us a fabulous read. I have read her books before but I have to say this one is my favourite. It's a story with lots of action to keep you on the edge of your seat but it's also about finding love when you least expect it.
Sahara and Cam are brought together in pretty unusual circumstances and now Cam has to keep them both safe when a bounty is put on their heads. The more time they spend together the more their feelings for each other grow stronger, but Cam doesn't do relationships, if they both make it through will Cam realise that Saraha may just be the women for him.
A great 5 star read with a beautiful ending. Grab your copy now!!

First of all can I just say that this book has one of the best endings ever! I know its not the done thing but it has to be said. And the dedication at the end - Ava, I know your mum would be so proud of you.
I haven't read the first book in this series and it didn't take away anything from this story, I followed the action with no problems at all. This book is an emotional one that had me on the verge of tears one minute and on the edge of my seat, dreading what was coming, the very next. There are so many twists to the story. And Cam is just hot!
An absolutely awesome read, packed with action and all the feels, get this one on you TBR today, you won't regret it. Five fabulous stars!!!

Gripping storyline
I have read everything by this author and find myself hungrily awaiting for my next fix each time I see she has a new release coming, Cam does not disappoint! The story had me on the edge of my seat, cursing the author, crying and every other emotion in between! It really is a rollercoaster. I found myself falling in love with Cam and googling how to make a book bf real! My only piece of advice would be to not start this book at night or if you have any plans as you will not be able to put it down until you’re done! Also buy a stress ball, trust me you’ll need it!

So after reading book 1 of the Wounded Heros yesterday (Declans book) I had to jump into Cams book straight away as I wasnt ready to let these guys go.
So book 2 picks up where book 1 leaves us and this time we get a POV from 4 characters which gives us a great in sight of how everyone feels throughout the story.
So this time we have Cam and Sahara who are both emotionally damaged and going some heavy times.. its like a rollercoaster for them both and they dont want to get too close to each other.
With so much twists turns and drama it leaves you wondering what exactly will happen for these 2 ... but its def worth waiting for the end to find out.

Great book, can be read as a stand-alone or as the 2nd book in the series either way it doesn’t take away anything away from the story line.
Well written with strong characters, a storyline that pulls at your emotions as you are taken on a rollercoaster ride. The ending was just perfect.
Can’t wait for more of this series. Bravo Ava a fabulous 5* read.

I loved this book, I couldn't put it down. However if like me your a bit sappy you may want to have tissues to hand. All joking aside this book is amazing. Following Cam ( not that the title gives that away at all!) How he met Sahara, and what happened after. This can be read as a stand alone or part of the wounded heroes series.

Really, really loved this book, I once again love how some of the same characters appear but with one prominent character. Cam was never going to settle down like his comrade Dec but things happen and
he has to rethink his views, I have given 5* because I can't give any higher but it deserves more in my opinion.

I have been waiting for this book for what feels like forever but it was definitely worth waiting for. Cam and Declan can be my wounded heroes any day. This book had all the feels along with suspense and danger and hotness all rolled into one amazing read.Brilliantly written and the only downfall was that it ended. I just want more ! Next please Ava Manello 🙏

Another fantastic read from Ava! The story-line is beautiful, with a balance of danger, heat and heartbreak I just couldn't put it down. Although there are elements I will never forgive her for - they add to the overall depth of the story and just tie you in deeper to the wounded heroes and their inner battles. <3

I couldn't wait for this book to come out. Oh boy Cam did not disappoint. I had all the feels but that ending.....was just perfect. I've actually been left speechless.... In a very good way.

I LOVED BOOK 2 IN THIS SERIES OF THE WOUNDED SERIES. IT WAS NICE TO SEE INSIDE CAM'S HEAD. I LOVE THE NAME HOLLY NICKNAMES THE BOYS. A STORY FULL OF EMOTION AND ANGST. I HAVE TO SAY THIS BOOK WILL STAY WITH ME.

This is a true tearjerker. It a a fantastic read that is full of emotions. I shed a read of two. Cam the playboy saves a young girl and it brings a whole load of problems. A quick I call to his old squad brings all the help he needs and the ultimate retribution.

Cam finds himself in a bit of a jam. With the help of his army buddies they succeed in eradicating the monster, heartfelt moments that brought tears to my eyes. Beautifully written.
