If you haven't read a book on how to be a leader in your niche, then this is a good introduction. If you have read a couple of these books, this book will not add any new knowledge.

It is one of those books, that simply has compiled a long list of theories, and added a few stories, supported by the author's assurance of how it worked for him.

I would leave out the last chapter, and get a better book.

But all in all, it does what is supposed to, but is not a life changing book. The content is to generic and seen-before-ish, and there is less charm and personality in my pile of laundry, than in this book.

Light Read with good pointers

This book was enjoyable for me, and I finished it in a sitting. It has very useful pointers to think through when looking at your career / business strategy for next steps.
