Four bodyguards and the woman who chose them, hunted to the end of every road. It will end in blood.
The Bellantes came for us in the blizzard and my lovers—Kara, Ellie, Cam, and Alex—stood between me and the bullets, at enormous cost to us all.
Now they track us, across state lines and through every safe place we thought we had. Their ability to second-guess our every move makes it clear that it's more than the Scorpions on our trail. Someone knows us, someone who has been patient in ways we cannot even imagine.
Obsession. Devotion. Death.
I chose four dangerous women, and they are done being prey. The time has come to face the threat, once and for all.
At the end of the road, there's nothing to do with a venomous Scorpion but step on it.
Burn Their Legacy is the explosive conclusion to the House of Bellante trilogy: a dark sapphic bodyguard why-choose romance with morally gray protectors, forced proximity, high heat (without cheating), hurt/comfort, found family, and a journalist who chooses them all. HEA ending—no cliffhanger, the happily ever after they bled for.
Stella Rowe writes emotionally charged sapphic dark romance and erotica with a focus on desire, dominance, and the ache to be seen.
Her stories blend heat with heart, whether it's a slow burn with bite or a hypnotic spiral into surrender.
She lives in the Arizona desert and writes with equal parts tenderness and fire.
As an aside, a few of the books listed here on Goodreads are from 2015 and long unpublished, but I cannot remove them. Also, I have begun to move older erotica to the pen name "SJ Rowe" -- it's still me!
Wow! Wonderful ending to this series! Thank you to the author for the advance review copy for free. I am leaving this review voluntarily.
These five fit so well together. Stella shows them both as individuals and weaves them all together seamlessly and deliciously. There is so much heart along with all the action!
Everything is perfectly wrapped up in this final installment. And boy do they all have to fight for that hea! Each book has gotten better and better.
This book definitely burns! Highly recommend all three House of Bellante books, they are not standalones and the story is well paced throughout the three books. Each adds more depth, more emotion, more steam and more bonding…
I loved this series. It was emotional and loving but it was kick***. These five women come together to conquer the enemy who has been one step ahead of them, cornering them to the ultimate ending. The House of Bellante Family broken but not forgotten. A fight to the end. The love and loyalty that shines through these women is enough to keep this special family together. A must read!!! This is the best of Stella Rowe.
The perfect ending to this amazing series! I am going to miss these incredible ladies. I loved the care and dedication that they had for each other. They fought like crazy to protect each other and get the justice they/everyone deserved. The little plot twist definitely caught me by surprise lol. This book and entire series kept me sucked in the entire time and I just could not get enough. I love the way everything was described in such intricate detail because I felt like I knew exactly what I was looking at no matter what it was. Beautifully written and I will definitely be re-reading this many many times. I will always highly recommend this!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this last installment of the Bellante Chronicles. There are some great lines, showing Stella's dialogue skills. Ex: Chapter 22 - Cam and Alex are looking at possibilities in the trailer park "....the way you'd price a used tire"; Ellie in Curt/Mike's clinic, "The work was who I was. But they were why I was." The chapter-opening artwork was spot-on, setting the scene to open the chapter. Stella is, as with the two prior installments, very good at "place" - setting the stage, making the physical scene come alive.
A great ending to a fabulous series. Stella is great and bringing the surroundings to life and you can really visualise every part of the story developing. Filled with action and answers book 3 wrapped everything up nicely.
