Memoirs of a Former Ghost*

Starting the day I was born, to the day I died, no one really saw me, but I saw them. In fact, I saw a whole bunch of other stuff I wish I could unsee! Zombies, demons, a wendigo with very specific dietary preferences? You name it, I’ve seen it! Then I died… but more on that later.

My life may have started out boring, and I'll be damned if it’s not gonna end (again) boring, but from the day I moved in with a ghost and a skeleton, until the day our multi-dimensional trailer park was swallowed up by Hell, my life was more absurd than the absolute beast of a sentence you just read, plus all this extra stuff I added to make it nice. I mean, sixty-nine words? Nice.

Some have called my story unbelievable. I often lament it as unforgettable. But that's on you to decide once you’ve read it. I'm not in charge of what you believe or forget. It's not called memoirs of a former priest, and it's not even close to memoirs of a former brain doctor.

Tragic. Hilarious. I know the story is quite tragic but Amir has a unique sense of humor. I found myself laughing out loud several times. He had some intensely crazy experiences and I am happy I got to read about them! Thanks for the laughs! I loved reading this book!
