No theme is a decade of growing up in verse. These poems move through first love and its unraveling, the ache of losing yourself in someone else, and the slow, unglamorous work of coming back to your own life. Raw, spare, and unpolished on purpose, this is a collection for anyone who has ever loved too hard, stayed too long, or needed a reminder that healing doesn't have to be beautiful to be real. There is no theme to life. There is only everything.

Note from the I hope you love this book as much as I do. This book contains sensitive themes, including abuse, self-harm, sexual assault, suicide, and disordered eating. Please take care of yourself while reading.

This book is really good! I really loved everything from start to the end. Even though I have read several self development books, but there are lots of simple and deep sentences that I find it really meaningful and it opened my mind.

I like that the author put it in a simple way for us to read and understand. Many thanks to the author!

If any of you are willing to read a poetry that has a deep meaning about life, please do read this! Highly recommended. Good luck to the author. God bless 🙏

Raw, unapologetic, discerning, and bold. The voice of a young girl wise beyond her years as she notices and navigates the world while trying to be kind and worthy of love, noticing not everyone is guided by purity or good intent.
