If you first look at the cover of the manga you would think this is just another love story between two hormonal teens but it's so much more than that.

I love Tetsu's and Bambi's maturity when it comes to their situation. Despite of how heavy or sad their problem was they handle it pretty well for their age. If it were me I would just sulk and rot inside my house. Because they were talking or focusing on heavy topics like adoption and being a parent the romance wasn't forgotten. Every chapter is 44 pages or less than that but they would include a romantic moment between Tetsu and Bambi which make it more special between the bond their making for both of them.
