Concise but informative

I like the steps and action plans...great reinforcement provided by the author! Yeah, some of it, maybe all, is common sense, but the way he presents it is interesting, right on point with no excessive words, and motivating. I sense that this author really lives a minimalistic lifestyle and knows the subject well.
