These type books I enjoy reading 1/day. Although I've not read them all ( I like daily surprises) I have enjoyed the ones I did read

While this is a quick easy book to read, it frustrated me somewhat that most of what's mentioned is common sense stuff and it does seem rather cheesy. If your cynical about self help or personal development type books then this will likely do nothing for you, other than making you roll your eyes perhaps. I've read numerous self help type books and I appreciate a quick and easy read but this one didn't really hit home or do much for me personally. I feel like some of what's being advised is only very briefly hinted at, without any real advice on how to go about doing it, rather than there being much detail on how to, for example, look at things differently, change your viewpoint on different things. I don't disagree with the sentiments but I don't feel its particularly helpful at giving me an idea of how to really properly tackle things, to make me happier in life in general. If only, eh(!).

It means well and its ok but no great shakes I'm afraid.

A nice book of common sense and witty intelligent thoughts on life. More like what your mother tells you as you are growing up. I’m sure it would have meant more to me when I was younger. Much of the book was good, the last 20% of the book held my interest the most as the information presented was not as widely spoken of and I fount it more relevant to me.

It’s not a book I would give, buy, or suggest for most of my reader friends, though I think high schoolers, and adull-children moving out of home for the first time would enjoy it.

The information was clear and concise. Though it is not broken into any chapters, though the book does flow nicely.

Just as the title suggests, Bite Size Happiness offers wisdom in digestible pieces. It has been dwelling in my Kindle for the longest time ever and since I needed something short and quick, Bite Size Happiness was an instinctive pick.

The first few pearls of wisdom were refreshing but you would soon find that certain themes were repetitive. It did help to reinforce certain principles but otherwise, it left me thinking what is new? Tempting as it is to fly through the pages, I would suggest you take time to assimilate the words and contemplate the meanings behind each nugget of wisdom carefully.

It is one of those books that I would probably return to occasionally. I reckon I read this at the right time when I had to deal with a lot of negativity externally and internally. It did help to shift my mindset for the better but of course, to make it a habit it takes time and deliberate practice.

For a book that speaks of positivity distilled into simple ideas, this is worth at least a browse.

Quick reminders of how to live life and adjust our perception to be happier. Some reminders I found to be clichés, others to be nuggets of inspiration, but I guess it'll depend where you're at in your life and what you are looking for to be inspired. Definitely, a book worth having handy to keep reminding oneself that being happy isn't difficult, just need practice. I'd definitely check out any sequels and their website.

Not sure what page I'm on because it's on my ebooks application but this is a beautiful inspiration to read. The one snippet on true love made me cry. I recommend that everyone read this book to uplift their own spirit and self image

I found the short medications helpful and plan on rereading the book. Some of the themes are repeated, but are worth hearing multiple times. A little gem.

Words of Wisdom

This book is much better read one page a day at most otherwise many of the thoughts seem redundant. Some very interesting things to contemplate though. 😊

Lovely little affirmations and scenarios to think about can have quite a big impact with small sentences. I am grateful to have read it and enjoyed the affirmations thoroughly.
