The Inn of Mystery

Rate this book
It was Jane who persuaded Aunt Caroline to stay at 'The Sign of the Masked Rider' rather than the Esplannade Hotel, when they were planning their summer holiday in Wherrybank. And her instinct that it would be a more exciting place proved correct. For the all-important Roland Towers was also staying there and the strong small of his hair-oil put Jane onto a vital clue. With the help of the landlord's son Kevin she is instrumental in bringing about the downfall of an over-confident and extremely dangerous man.
