Am amânat mult timp cartea. Stătea pe raft cumintica. Până când mi-am făcut odată curaj sa ii dau o șansă. Am fost plăcut surprinsă. Se citește ușor și repede, nu e ceea ce pare . Ne surprinde cu o acțiune plăcută plina de mister.

My favorite of the series. I loved the writing style, the characters, and the humor.

I really liked Lauren. I found her to be sexy, charming, and funny.

Connor was so hot, he made me stupid. I wanted to give him my house, my car, my kids, and my panties – and not necessarily in that order. He just did it for me six ways to Sunday, and I’m secure enough in my womanhood to admit that I’d let him work me like his favorite pair of jeans.

Their attraction began as a spark and slowly built into a raging inferno. The girly parts were moist!! I enjoyed how easy and mature their relationship was. There were no insecurities, no fights, no misunderstandings. Just a lot of hot monkey sex!

And of course I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t mention the overwhelmingly delicious amount of testosterone in this book. Besides Connor, James, Mathias, Shawn, Shamus, and Dare all had starring roles in my wet dream. Yum!

I really hope Dare gets his own story sometime in the future. He’s as yummy as his best friend, Connor.

Lauren gets a position with a museum as artist in residence. She is thrilled. But someone has broken into her hotel room and stole her underwear. Then she moves into a townhouse owned by the museum and someone breaks in. Is someone stalking her? Is it because of her erotic art?
She is being protected by Connor Grant who she is very attracted to. He feels the same way. She goes out for a job one morning and is attacked in the park. The man keeps yelling the same phrase at her - asking for a code. Everyone starts to wonder if there is something in the townhouse. Do they find something? Lauren is out shopping for art supplies and her bodyguard is shot. What is going on? She runs to Connor and he takes her to the country. Then Lauren starts to figure things out. She had seen her attacker before. But where?

I loved this story. It kept you guessing and it was full of all kinds of action. There are other books in this series but the series has no name.

This book is so crazy hot it literally screams passion! Lauren is totally the woman I want to be reincarnated as; she is pure sex appeal, makes good on every one of her promises, and can make a grown man weep in ecstasy. Her mouth, her body, and her brains are the ideal fit for the very hunky, incredibly hot Mr. Grant, and the raunchier they get the more you fall in love with them. Ms. Lee has one wicked sense of humor, and her very randy characters showcase that talent to perfection. This may be a stand-alone novel, but if you want more of the heated encounters going on at Holman Gallery, you have to check out Undressing Mercy, Barenaked Jane, and Exposing Casey, yum, yum, and more yum!

Placeri interzise şi "nevinovate" 😉😍. Nu este o carte care să te solicite emoțional sau intelectual dar lectura este plăcută, relaxantă şi delicioasa :) . Asta dacă vă plac cărțile erotice ;) . Şi cum mie îmi plac 😛, am savurat din plin povestea.
Lauren Evans, o artistă cunoscută şi apreciată pentru tablourile erotice pe care le creează, decide să facă o schimbare în viaţa ei. Se mută la Boston, unde primise o ofertă de la o galerie de artă celebră, hotărâtă să o ia de la capăt. Aici îl cunoaşte pe Connor Grant, unul dintre bărbații însărcinaţi cu securitatea galeriei, cu care va începe o relatie incendiară ;) :) . Avem parte de multe tachinări, replici ironice şi haioase, mult sex ( da' nu de ăla scârbos ;) ), dar şi împuşcături, urmăriri, suspans, modele sexi cu "cocoşei" de pictat 😍😛😀.
O lectură numai buna pentru o dimineaţă relaxantă :) .

This is a stand-alone book that includes characters from the previous Holman Gallery books, which I knew nothing about until after I finished reading it. I have mixed feeling about the book. The story is good, the characters are humorous, entertaining, relatable, and downright HOT! It is a good mix of mystery, romance, and sex with believable scenarios. That being said the climax was a little glazed over, the sex scenes became repetitive, and there were a lot of grammar and punctuation errors. Overall it was a good story that I wouldn’t mind reading again, but it wasn’t great. Beware this is an Erotica with lots of sexual scenes and crude language.

Like all the previous books about the Holman Gallery, this is a hot, sweaty, love story, with wicked banter, great one-liners, and a very hunky hero in Connor Grant.

Lauren Evans comes to Boston to become Resident Artist at the Gallery/Academy, but suffers a number of incidents which a lesser mortal would have run screaming from. Connor undertakes her protection and falls in love against his will.

There are cameos from previous characters, and the introduction of a new hunk - Dare - who I sincerely hope has a story of his own to follow! An easy read, plausible sub-plot, and some very hot bed scenes.

Its all about Connor and Lauren in Lee's fourth installation of the Holman Gallery. I have to say, I really like the way Lee writes the male characters, lead. They are strong, confident, intelligent and successful - black and white. Non-typical.

This story was entertaining, yet I think I like the story of Lisa and James best. I look forward to another...

I liked this one. I was wondering how they would treat a character from a previous book where he hadn't been very heroic to the heroine. The heroine in this book is a gas. Smart, funny, and very contemporary, this is a great book.
