Haven’s defenders have saved the compound, the survivors fighting off the Ashen attack, at great cost. Or so Kevin thinks. But when a new threat shows itself, the cost may be more than he, or Haven, can endure.
The forces of Hell are moving, their dark reach closing around the survivors. Ithuriel, the Spear, has hunted and fought the darkness since he was made. The end has been a long time coming, and Ithuriel discovers that he has a new fight on his hands, something he has never been prepared to face. Himself.
