Event planner Laurie Maxwell has a contingency plan for every situation—except the one that leaves her hanging half-naked from her second-story window when her personal pleasure device vibrates its way to the feet of her very sexy downstairs tenant.
Warning: The mercury isn’t the only thing rising when a heat wave moves through this southern city. This erotic romance includes two naughty neighbors who, with the help of a vibrator and their feverish fantasies, dial up the sexy to level blaze.
About Olivia: Olivia Aycock writes romance with an erotic edge. Her characters might be urban sophisticates or have sweet southern style. But no matter the setting, you can always expect a satisfying ending.
So grab your eReader and a glass of iced tea, crank up your AC or hit the pool, and enjoy these blazing hot stories…
The erotic elements took too long to get going for me. I should say that was the sole reason I got this book, so, the filler was mildly annoying. Then I got to where I wanted to be and I wasn't set a'Blaze'. It was fine. I've read better but there was a little too much buildup for me. I would've liked it better if the male was more aggressive in his pursuit.
This is a quick read novella which doesn't do much except start a romance between a young lady and the man who has recently become her tenant. His air con works and hers doesn't, besides which the summer is sweltering. But he's no gentleman or he wouldn't be poking fun when a personal item accidentally drops out the window and lands at his feet.
Adult scenes and a light read. I downloaded an ARC from Instafreebie. This is an unbiased review.
I was provided with an ARC in exchange for an honest review!! I thought this book was very well written. It contained many elements of a great story including descriptive plot, developed characters and entertaining dialogue. Throughout this book there are many hot scenes that will leave you breathless. I wish this book were longer and explained more of the two main characters and their relationship. Overall, this is a good read!
OMG the purple toy was sooooo funny! I like this trope of liking the hot neighbor next door so not really anything new story wise but thought it was funny. Will try more by this author!
Short and yet has that little something that just has one itching to crack it open and see exactly what kind of hijinks Laurie gets into one scorching hot summer day.
