Circadian Rhythms: Below Our Awareness

Rate this book
Circadian rhythms are physical, mental and behavioral changes that follow a roughly 24-hour cycle, responding primarily to light and darkness in an organism's environment. They are found in most living things, including animals, plants and many tiny microbes.Circadian rhythms are not the same thing as biological clocks, but they are closely related. In this eBook we discuss how our biological clocks drive our circadian rhythm and how circadian rhythms affect our sleep patterns.

Truly a great book.

Very well written. Clear & precise. Circadian rhythms play a major role in the life of all living organisms. Being able to understand & sync our biological clock with nature's clock is definitely gonna pay dividends. Highly recommended!

Informative and Enjoyable

I love this book not just because I’m deeply interested in the subject matter, but because it is a quick read and easy to digest. Even those who are well-versed on the subject can benefit from this pithy publication.

It's short and very basic. A very young area of study with few new conclusions. If your looking for a quick understanding of the subject, this would be a good choice.
