Oh lordy things get a little steamier in this second installment of this series. Aleena and Dominic sleep together and then try to hide their feelings. Going back to things as normal they cant do anything, focus on anything or follow any other relationships. Finially they reveal past and get close. Aleena telling him that she saw him with another woman and knows what he really likes sexually. She decides to explore that. The amazing experience of that sex exploration with a very dominant Dominic comes to a screeching halt when his mom comes in calling her the help. Being racist and against him being with someone of mixed race. Dominic does nothing.Aleena walks out.
I thought with his relationship with his mother he would at least stick up for her but nothing. He lets Aleena leave humiliated and angry. Such an upper class white boy response. I really began to respect Aleena and her strong personality in this second part. But Dominic really how could he just stand there. I could have just hit him really.
Im anxious to read the next installment.

The second in a serial of 6 installments - definitely need to read 1 first as follows straight on from there.
I loved that Aleena just went with the whole thing, and her "fake it till you make it" philosophy stands her in great stead. I think that the more we get to know her, the more that this thing between them has potential. Some of the scenes are delightful, some quite hard political commentaries - the switching around is refreshing and raises the storyline. The chemistry continues to sizzle, and its effect on Dominic in particular is fascinating. Can't wait to read more!

things are certainly heating up with this installment! Aleena takes on the job of Dominic's personal assistant. This puts her under his roof and within close proximity to all his domineering ways. Dominic is the perfect dark, troubled, millionaire, alpha male we've come to love in these types of books. He has a tainted past that has only been hinted at but it's affected his ability to love & be loved. His elitist Wasp mother is the perfect strife maker and I'm coming to love her snooty comments & remarks. Add in the rich debutante friend of his mothers sabotaging Aleena at every turn you've got yourself a good read. Onto #3 with gusto!

My copy was given for my honest review.
Volume two must be read after volume one as this is a continuous serial. So, Dominic needs an assistant as his current one is leaving. Aleena is the perfect personal assistant in more than one way. Dominic is the typical playboy with a hard on for his assistant. The story plays out sort of how we expect it to but the ending leaves you wanting to smack Dominic. I must say I am quite impressed with Aleena, she's my favorite out of all of Parker's books. She's strong minded, sarcastic, independent and confident. A new volume will release each week.

Another quick read. In this vol. Aleena tells Dominic that she saw him with another woman and came to understand what his sexual needs are. He wants her to explore them with him and she agrees. After a amazing hot "exploration" the cold shower is in fact really very cold.....and awkward.

This is the 2nd volume of the Serving Him Series and should be read in order.
Life is almost too good to be true for Aleena Davison. She was the personal assistant to her billionaire boss, Dominic Snow. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. Both Cassie Wild and M.S. Parker writing calibration just keeps getting hotter with every volume.
Aleena is used to being in the shadows or picked on which has only helped her handle the job as Personal Assistant (PA) to Dominic. The man is running hot and cold while she is learning the job before Fawna, his current PA is ready to leave. The attraction she has for him is hard to deny but Aleena has done everything she can to keep it professional. There are times when she finds herself unable to look him in the eyes. It only gets worse when they go to his house in the Hamptons and she finds herself in his private area of the house. What she sees shocks her, yet unable to look away. This makes working with him harder than before, as she can’t get the images out of her head.
Dominic Snow is growing more frustrated as he spends more time with Aleena. He hadn’t planned on having her work for him but he must admit that she is excelling at the job. The problem is his attraction to Aleena isn’t going away but intensifying. He wants her more than anything and the submissives he’s with aren’t helping him get over his desires for Aleena no matter how hard he tries.
This is the second volume in the Serving him series and it’s getting hotter by the minute. Aleena is loving her job and working for Dominic isn’t bad but the attraction is getting harder for her to ignore. Following sounds that Aleena couldn’t figure out she stumbles on to the part of Dominic’s life she had nothing to do with. Not only was she surprised on his taste during sex but she wanted to be the one who he was doing that with. When they finally get to the point where they have to deal with this attraction, passions explode and lines are crossed more than once leaving the question of whether it was a good idea to give in. This review is for all six books in the Serving Him series.
Serving Him is a six part serial romance that really delivers. The main characters are both interesting and easy to connect to, the heat levels are off the scale and the storyline kept my attention from the start of book one until the end of book six. Sometimes I get annoyed with authors splitting stories up into separate parts, but this one really worked for me. The story was paced well throughout the six books, each part was satisfying to read and left me wanting more. I would definitely read more from these two authors as I enjoyed this steamy series a lot.
Aleena moved to New York from Iowa determined to make a life for herself. So far it's not going totally to plan though - her roommate is a complete bitch and her boss is a creep. Things start to look up for her when she meets Dominic - although it doesn't start off well when he accidentally gets her fired from her waitressing job! She eventually lands a dream job working for dishy Dominic and she soon starts to fall for the temperamental billionaire. Dominic thinks Aleena is far too good and innocent for him though - he has a dark, tragic past and doesn't do normal relationships. He only has quick flings with submissives who know the score - he can't offer anything more than sex. But he can't deny the strong connection between him and his employee and things start to heat up between this sexy pair.
Dominic is a fascinating character who had me intrigued right from the start. When we begin to learn about his past it becomes clear why he is as controlling as he is, and my heart really broke for him. Aleena seems to be the perfect match for him, but their journey is not an easy one as there are lots of speed bumps in their path. As well as the romantic storyline, I really enjoyed the sub-plot about Dominic's adoption as it added an extra element to the story. Serving Him is a great series that I'd definitely recommend. All six books were impossible to put down so they all receive five stars.

Oh man, oh man, did she skip the frying pan and into the fire! *sigh
So, here we are, continuing where Vol. 1 left all. Aleena is now Dominic's official PA. She's living in close quarters to him (living arrangements per her employment contract), she fights the attraction to him, the strong pull she feels whenever he's around. It's very butterfly-in-your-tummy hot. I was thinking of different ways they start deciding to explore what's between them when, Aleena accidentally sees Dominic in his bedroom with Maya. She's entranced, captivated, shocked and wet (no other way to describe it lol) Good girl Aleena found herself stuck watching Dominic and Maya. His dominant nature on full display. Instead of being scared by it, she finds herself turned on.. and kept thinking about what she witnessed days later...
Fast forward to when they eventually end up in bed, and boy was it hot! *still fanning myself the day after*
That was the beginning of everything, the trials they would both face, being that she's his employee, the starts of the fight between mother and son (Dominic and his mother, who's a racist btw). This is the time they start navigating the waters...
It's hard for both of them, the fact that Dominic, who we learn had a very traumatic experience happen to him in his younger days, needs that control, that element of being a Dom to be able to help him. He does't do nor does he understand romance or relationships. Meanwhile, that's what Aleena wants... it's what she's looking for...
It's a rather touching continuation of their story as they navigate waters through their wants, their confusion, their desires and their struggles...

WOW This series is FANTASTIC!!!! Totally rocks!! It’s hot but sweet. It’s got strong characters but they are also fiercely independent. It’s got so much heart but its also very erotic. Did I say it’s hot? Cause it’s HOT!!!
During this series you will follow Aleena Davison through her early adulthood. She will find herself, learn about herself and become truly comfortable in her own skin. You see, Aleena is half black and half white. What she doesn’t see is that she has a value and a strength that will be tested and never broken. She also doesn’t see the sexual fire she has. She’s never had too. She’s only had one lover and that was a terrible experience.
Dominic has major issues, probably more than Aleena and definitely deeper. He doesn’t do relationships, he is a certified workaholic and has serious issues with the way he was brought up. He’s rich, always has been, and because of his “social status” he has a lot of pressure to meet certain expectations. These are not expectations that Aleena can fulfill because she doesn’t have the cold heart it takes to live in his world.
Can Aleena be enough for Dom? Can Dom finally give his whole self to her? Will Aleena be able to stand up for herself and become the woman she was always meant to be?
OMG! Go 1click all these books RIGHT NOW!!!! Amazing!!! M.S. Parker is amazing and I’ve read most of her books so I can tell you….she genius!!! But this might be one of my favorites. I was seriously sad when it ended!!!

Oh my word, SERVING HIM VOLUME TWO was so hot I couldn't put it down and I need more of Aleena and Dominic like yesterday.
The story in this book is very well written and well developed and the plot is so fast paced that things will happen that you never saw coming. The characters in this book, is there any other character in this book other than my new book boyfriend Dominic???? Oh wait yes there is, I guess I can share Dominic with Aleena since the chemistry they have between them there in spades even before they've touched each other.
In this book we will see Aleena fall into her new role as a personal assistant to Dominic, and this means living with him, being on call all the time for his every whim. In this book we will see the attraction between Aleena and Dominic heighten when they share a dance together under the cover of masks for the launch party for Dominic's new business. In this book we will have a glimpse into Dominic's dark past which only makes us wonder more, what has he been through? In this book we also see Aleena share more of her past with Dominic? Will Dominic and Aleena be able to work together? will their attraction for one another cause trouble? and will they cross that line of employee/boss relationship.
SERVING HIM VOLUME TWO was truly and outstanding read from MS Parker and Cassie Wild, but I am warning everyone now that Dominic is mine and I will not share him. Bring on book three pleeeeeaaase.

My.. My.. My.. I do believe that M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild are trying to do me in with this series.
Thank you sir may I have another that is really what this left me asking at the end I was seriously screaming in frustration for more. This has to be hands down the #1 Hot and Steamy, Sexiest, most Erotic, Romance of the Summer. Serving Him Vol. 2 was positively sinful it was a delight to read and Dominic Snow is devilishly delicious he is so incredibly HOT that you are left wanting so much more of him after the book is over. The chemistry that Dominic and Aleena have in this series is so strong its almost magnetic its like no matter how hard they try they are just drawn to each other.
In this installment Dominic and Aleena share a dance and the masked ball (opening of his new business) despite how hard she tries Aleena is unable to fight her attraction to Dominic. In this book we get a small glimpse into Dominic's past and are clearly able to see that something disturbing has happened to him what we are unable to see at this time but you do get to see another side to the multifaceted Dominic Snow. There is a lot of suspense and drama that happens between Dominic and Aleena in Serving Him Vol. 2 and we are left unsure where everything is going in the future will she still work for him? Omg! A scorching red hot read!
I just finished this book and all I can say is WOW! I liked the first book in this series but felt that it was lacking in heat. Well let me just set the record straight. This book makes up for that in spades! There is so much chemistry between Dominic and Aleena, and the sexual tension that builds between them practically drips from the pages. But after all Aleena is his employee, and she is good at what she does. She's come a long way from waitressing as his right hand, his PA. She is living splitting time between Dominic's beautiful penthouse and the guesthouse at his home. She's making an excellent living, and she really is perfect for the job. Aleena can't get the vision of what she saw that day out of her mind, or out of her fantasies. To give in to the lust that fills her dreams would ruin everything. Wouldn't it? Dominic doesn't do relationships he doesn't need another person to complete his life and he's ok with that. He has any number of partners willing to step in for the carnality needs that a relationship would provide. He is a gentle soul though, you can see and feel that, but we get a closer look into the darkness within him and for me that only leads to more questions. What happened to Dominic? The authors really shined in this installment. I haven't read anything in this genre that's quite like it. I can't wait to dive into book 3! I just finished this book and all I can say is WOW! I liked the first book in this series but felt that it was lacking in heat. Well let me just set the record straight. This book makes up for that in spades! There is so much chemistry between Dominic and Aleena, and the sexual tension that builds between them practically drips from the pages. But after all Aleena is his employee, and she is good at what she does. She's come a long way from waitressing as his right hand, his PA. She is living splitting time between Dominic's beautiful penthouse and the guesthouse at his home. She's making an excellent living, and she really is perfect for the job. Aleena can't get the vision of what she saw that day out of her mind, or out of her fantasies. To give in to the lust that fills her dreams would ruin everything. Wouldn't it? This book picks up right were the first one left off. Aleena and Dominic were at the house in the Hampton's for the launch party of Dominic's new business, when she went from her guest house to the main house to check it out. She was told by Janice that he has a guest with him in his quarters. Aleena decided to check out the rest of the house when she heard noises coming form his part of the house so she went to investigate the noises.
Aleena is very good at her job, she is biracial, she is very caring person. Molly is there for Aleena whenever she needs her. Aleena's closest and only friend in New York. Dominic is not a organized person, he has a strained relationship with his mother. Fawna is Dominic's old personal assistant, she cares deeply about Dominic. She has a grandson that she is know raising since her daughter passed away. Maxwell is Aleena's official driver, has been driving for the Snow family since he was 19 years old. He followed Dominic when he moved out.
This book is amazing it's very well written and the characters are very well developed you have to read the first book in order to understand what is happening in this book. I couldn't put this book down, its very fast paced and it held my interest throughout the whole story. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

I have to say I just love Aleena ! She is funny and strong willed not even realizing she is doing it at times. Now working as Dominic Snow's PA she has her work cut out for her. Fighting him every step of the way and little does she know the desires he is fighting off as well !! The penthouse suites , the house in the Hamptons , the shopping for a new wardrobe , the fancy meals and demanding work and most of all hiding their feelings from one another while it drives them crazy. I think I love that the most. Love having the dual POV , seeing how the interactions affect them both. Wanting to smash their heads together so they can stop trying to avoid. Aleena is very innocent , especially compared to our HOT ALPHA BDSM loving Dominic !! The things she may see or hear turn her on completely , making her curious and very focussed on having Dominic again , the way he prefers things. We also get a glimpse into the way the people in Dominic's world view Aleena , and really anyone who isn't born and bred the way they deem appropriate. It is sad to see the way Aleena is treated by Dominic's mother , even more so the fact that he is stunned and allowed it to happen. Will Aleena be able to break through Dominic's walls ?? How will she handle the negative views about herself ?? A young woman can only take so much before she runs. Who will push her over the edge ??

FYI, I'm giving my review of the six novella's as a whole and not each individual one....
Let me start of with WOW! What a fantastic read! I literally couldn't put the books down and totally adored Aleena and Dominic. They're chemistry was on fire and their connection is just adorable.
There were some serious moments that you felt so connected with Aleena and the position she finds herself in. Down on your luck girl gets dream job with hottie boss...that happens to everyone, right?! In our fantasy for sure!
Dominic is an amazing character. Not nearly as "alpha" as I would actually imagine someone in his position...but he puts off enough of the alpha vibe that it works. His background is thoroughly captivating and I really wish there was more to it. I felt like it was just more brushed over here and there instead of really dedicating more to it. But what was there, was really great!
These two overcome some serious obstacles in the forms of family, friends, and the past. Nothing is easy for them but they work so well together and make you always feel like there's hope for people that grow up so differently between race, money, status, etc...and fall so head over heals for one another.
Overall, amazing read! Loved all six novellas!

I was pulled right into this story. This is a 6 part story so be prepared to get all 6 parts. The story has laughs, suspense, secrets, naughty fun, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first

This is the second part of Aleena and Dominic’s story. Aleena now works for Dominic but with the daily time together the fire burns. What happens when passion is ignited? Will one small taste be enough? Tempers will flair. Secrets are revealed. Deals are made. Feelings are hurt. Mistakes are made. In the end it will take a few words to have it all come crashing down.
I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

Vol 1 sees Aleena and Dominic meeting and there being an attraction but no steamy scenes or anything happens, it was tame. This vol makes up for that!
Aleena has now been hired to be Dominic's PA, and she is setting in well and doing a grand job. The sexual tension between them build as the book goes on and explodes in true Parker fashion when Aleena hears him having a nightmare and goes to comfort him.
We get the jist that something has happened in his past to warrant the nightmare, but we don't fully know what yet, and we also know that Alenna's first time was a huge mistake and only happened out of revenge.
Does what happened between then effect their working relationship? Or will things go back to normal?....

I love these two characters, Dominic has some history of abuse that is brought to the readers attention through some nasty nightmares. Aleena's first sexual experience was awful and destroyed her reputation at school and in her small town.
Together these two wonderful characters are feeling something for each other and they are both wondering if it is love... Neither have any experience in relationships with the opposite sex.
A favorite quote from the book, "Then his body brushed mine and the thought of obedience, punishment, pleasure, pain...everything, it all faded away and the only thing that mattered was him. This."
Excellent writing, story and anxiety, wondering what will happen next.
