Jen Aisling has officially hit auto-read author status for me. If her name is on it, I’m reading it.
Neon Fantasy was such a good ending to the Sin City Romance series. Ally and Christian had me from the beginning, but what I loved most was that their relationship felt like so much more than chemistry. Christian sees Ally, supports her, protects her without taking away her voice, and falls HARD. And yes, I ate that right up.
Ally’s journey was probably my favourite part of the book. Watching her find her voice, recognize what she deserves, and finally allow herself to be chosen and cared for made me love her even more.
Then add in the age gap, former NHL player, found family, suspense, blackmail, emotional moments and a man who basically worships the ground she walks on? Yeah. I was sold.
I also loved seeing the characters and relationships from the rest of the series woven throughout this story. It made Neon Fantasy feel like such a full-circle ending, especially knowing this series started with Jen’s very first book.

She’s just trying to rebuild her confidence, she’s the kind of FMC who makes you ache for her to finally be protected the way she deserves.
OH MY. Viking. Thor-esque MMC. Christian is older, blond, and broad shouldered. He’s an ex‑NHL enforcer and co‑owner of the Vegas Vipers. Most definitely supposed to be off‑limits to Ally, just a client and just a guy needing help with his struggling son. But from the moment he meets her, he’s gone. Beneath that guarded exterior is a man who sees everything she tries to hide. He totally falls first, falls hardest, and falls with a depth that feels like devotion.
The protector energy is perfection, Christian is steady, reverent, quietly intense. He doesn’t push. He doesn’t demand. He simply shows up, again and again, until Ally realizes the safest place she’s ever been is with him. And when dangerous blackmail and hidden betrayals close in, those professional boundaries melt fast, leaving a connection that feels inevitable. The spice is as absolutely delicious with these two, he’s so patient, kind and giving (iykyk).
Being in Vegas has this grit and danger you feel in each of the books, but the heart of this book is Christian choosing Ally early, choosing her fiercely, and never once wavering. Ally doesn’t just get a romance, she gets a man who worships her, who sees her worth even when she can’t, and who refuses to let her face her past alone.

This is a wonderful book! It has a really good plot and amazing, beautiful love story.
There are characters from other of Jen's books that appear in this story, and not only from the first two books in the series. The way all of these characters and all of their stories are connected with tiny bits and cameos make this feel like a whole, alive world.
I loved Christian's and Ally's story. Because of how hard he fell, I almost liked Christian more than Aaron. Almost. (If you haven't read Neon Seduction... Read. It.) Ally's journey throughout the book was very beautiful and very inspiring. And I loved how both found families, between the girls, and between the boys, have become one family, filled with acceptance and support. For the whole series, I especially loved that the men talk and support each other and are not ashamed of their emotions.
Neon Fantasy can be enjoyed by itself, as a standalone, but its impact will be much stronger if you read the whole series, in order. Also, while it's absolutely not necessary, I recommend reading A Little, A Lot, so you can really appreciate the small details. And if you are picking Jen Aisling books anyway, just listen to What She Heard, too (not in public, unless your poker face is very strong)

Neon Fantasy was such a great read! We first met Ally in Neon Nights and I’ve been looking forward to her story ever since! Ally is in PR working for Christian the co-owner for Las Vegas’ Hockey Team to help fix his son’s image. Ally and Christian have alot of chemistry but Ally is a girl that never really had been choosen by anyone and doesn’t think Christian is actually into her. This book follows their story as Ally’s life takes a turn she didn’t see coming and Christian is there always showing up for her and letting her take the lead on standing up for herself. There is talks about addiction, black mail, and extortion. I really enjoyed this book and think it was the perfect end to The Sin City Romance Series!

Brilliant and sexy
Another Jen Aisling book that I’ve absolutely devoured. Could not put it down, could not stop reading. Loved both Christian and Ally and the emotion that Aisling brings to all her characters. Excellent 👌
