A good starting place for anyone with anxiety but a bit too simplistic.

This book would be a great read for anyone who was starting to realize their anxiety was impacting their lives. I found that while there was nothing revolutionary here there were some good affirmations.

In some ways I felt this read was a bit too simplistic - just scratching the surface in some ways. I did find that reading this book was good support for other sites and articles I've already read on the net.

For anyone who is struggling and doesn't know where to go - this would be a good start.

I liked the way this book had examples on how to assist a Client through negative self-talk. I will be using some of these methods with Clients who are experiencing anxiety.

It was a nice book. I try both, the ebook and the audiobook and I think that, even though the audio isn’t bad, the book might be more productive if read, not listen to. That is because there are some task that are needed to be done that might be a little hard if it’s only being listen to.

The content is good, but I like more the first chapters, I felt I was losing interest as I keep reading. It wasn’t an easy book to read, because in other for it to work, is needed a lot of mental effort and willingness to work.

It has some interesting tools to help a person to change the way is seen things, but the ability of the book to work depends on the reader’s self-consciousness and desire to change and willingness to work for that change.

كتاب مليئ بالاستراتيجيات التي تعين الانسان على تبني الحديث الذاتي الإيجابي، للأسف لم يضف لي الكثير.
