Determined to prove to his parents that he is old enough to have a fish, Fritz, after the nearby river floods, finds a fish swimming down the street and brings it home to his bathtub, but the fish isn't happy, forcing Fritz to make a difficult decision.
Sencillo y lleno de ternura. Un niño que cuida de un pez y aprende a dejar ir. Las ilustraciones le dan aire como de caricatura de los 9o, o no sé, pero me gustaron un montón.
This one was a little too weird for me, and I think something got wonky with the translation. Fritz seemed entirely too dramatic about getting a fish. When his mom and dad say no, he looks out at the rain and thinks, "Could it be that heaven was as sad as I was?" Golly Fritz. Calm down.
Fritz, who longs to have a pet, captures a fish after the river floods his neighborhood, but must decide how long he can keep him in the apartment bathtub.
