A helpful little book! Lots of simple and direct instructions, no hocus pocus, a few light personal details to introduce the work and then right down to business. Auras are expressions of chakras- haven't seen any myself, but intend to try out some of these exercises.
So, this has really got me interested and I'm hoping it will actually help. Never noticed how others have been working with their auras for a long time, even if they don't know they are.
Super short. I always had an interest in auras. Paintings from our past show auras. I always thought there was something to it. This book gave exercises to hone into aura seeing skills. Honestly, I think it would be helpful to see someone’s aura. You could probably navigate relationships more easily. But I think we can sense when something is good vs amiss. We just have to be more clever on what to do with our instincts. Not a bad quick read.
In this book Tuchowska describes in specific detail exercises that help people learn how to see, interpret and feel auras. It seemed to me that Tuchowska has a sincere desire to share what she knows with anyone willing to invest their time and energy into learning this way. Overall I enjoyed this beginner book - it is a great place to start for those seeking a beginners understanding.
I don’t know this subject matter well enough to properly judge and rate this book. There are some beginner tasks to learn how to see auras. I like how she transparently included the results of attempts to test for the proof of auras - despite them being unproved (when she herself is a believer in them) - it spoke in favour of her reliability as guide on this topic. One particular caution I picked up from this part is, avoid mistaking synaesthesia for perception of auras (I would add ensure it’s not psychosis). The last chapter cuts off then repeats for the audiobook.
This was an ok book - very basic intro to auras. Would have been nice to have more of the book actually on aura colours and tips on seeing rather than some of the topics briefly presented in the final chapters. Also, half of the conclusion was reapeated twice?
