This is by far one of the most feel good books I've ever read!
Dave fell in love with a girl drinking juice.
Emi was that girl.
What happens after is a love story (of sorts) that spans for many years until Dave makes his move. Don't be fooled like I was though; this story doesn't go the way you think it might. There isn't a fight that leaves them both wounded and lost. The lost part comes in later, but only briefly.
Emi lived her life.
Dave lived his.
Then as the stories go, they reconnect and as they say the rest is history.
Melody Minstrel is so unbelievably clever with her storytelling. The humor is strategically placed, as are the emotions and the next thing you know the story is over and you want more.
That is where I am right now, I want more.
You should definitely give this indie author a chance.
Her reads are as hot as they are swoon worthy.
