The only problem i had i did not read the other Maitland maternity books. I read the first one and now this one (11) I think you must read the other ones prior to this one. I spent a lot of time confused. It also had a lot of back story. However the main characters love story was great. I loved both the hero and heroine.

Wow, one of the best in the series, I love the tribute to the emergency workers at the end
