Pickle Predicament is Book 18 in the Lexy Bakery Cozy Mystery Series.
I love this series so much and was so excited read the latest installment.

It is the Annual Pickle Festival in Brooke Ridge Falls.
When Eugenia Puitt, Pickle Queen herself is killed, Lexy and the Ladies Detective Club is on the case.

This was such a fun mystery. Everything pickle themed really had me chuckling.

The mystery was so well written.

The characters are so wonderful. This is a standalone mystery, but I am sure you will enjoy all the books in this incredible cozy mystery series!

Review of advance copy

I wasn’t sure I was going to like this story, especially if the pastries were going to taste like pickles. Thankfully, they only look like pickles.

I enjoyed this story. The writing is well-done, the plot well thought out and plenty of suspects.
I loved each twist and turn.

The annual Pickle Festival in Brooke Ridge Falls is about to start. The Queen of pickles dies. Lexy and her grandmother and her sidekicks insert themselves into the investigation.

I was given an advanced copy and these are my own opinions.

This series started my enjoyment of cozy mysteries. I couldn’t wait to read it and be back in Brooke Ridge Falls with Lexy, and her grandmother Nans and her friends, Ruth, Helen and Ida in the Ladies Detective Club.

This mystery was unique in a way that all the pastries were pickle themed. I enjoyed all the twist and turns the mystery took with the suspects. If you are looking for a light fun mystery then this is for you.

This is book eighteen in the Lexy Baker Cozy Mystery Series and can be read as a standalone. Highly recommend this series and hope to see more.

This was a great book.
A little on the unusual side.
Who ever thought a cozy mystery could be about pickles.
But it works!!
This whole series is awesome.
All the characters are very likable.
Hope to read many more.

An unusual subject

I’m not sure I understand a pickle festival. The conclusion was unpredictable but solved by the Murder Club as usual.
