I appreciated that it was straight to the point but so many of the suggestions are just impractical. Finding half the supplements seems costly and difficult unless you live in a place that supports more supplements for medication, which is not the case for many people. Also impractical in the sense that recommending 2-3 capsules of a supplement 3 times daily to fix an issue doesn’t seem like it’s actually healing hormones but just covering up whatever it is again. Not to mention needing to take multiple supplements at multiple points of the day isn’t helpful to many people.

The book contains a lot of good and beneficial information, but the typos and a few inconsistencies (referencing folic acid, when really it’s folate we need) are present.

This is a truly resourceful, no-fluff, to-the-point handbook on balancing hormones. It has a quick breakdown of everything you need to balance female hormones naturally.
It is consistent with data that I have read in other books written by intergrative medical professionals.

The Herbal Hormone book was pretty useful and on point. It gave great information and was well-written. I thought the list of herbs were awesome and will surely keep it in mind
