It's really worth reading esp. for English Teachers

Of its time, although much has now changed since this book was written - it reads more like a history book of what the pioneers of the Internet in ELT were doing than a book of practical use to teachers nowadays. It's astonishing to think how much has changed in ELT since this book was written.
