The ultimate battle for humanity and freedom begins–and ends–right here.
On one the ravenous, unending and undead hordes of the Infected–insanely fast blue zombies who can think, heal, and even reproduce. On the the vicious, hyper-violent and desperate remains of the U.S. Government, obsessed with destruction of the real America. Only Bruce and his brave clan of battle-hardened warriors will stand and fight for the future.
But there is hope. Bruce and his clan have gathered an awesome array of weaponry on the ground and in the air. They commandeered most of the country’s satellite assets. And they have a bold plan for wiping out the traitorous Presidential forces. What’s more, they have an advantage that the corrupt POTUS doesn’t even a man on the inside who’s willing to risk everything to save the lives of the troops.
Nothing less than the future of the human race is at stake. And Bruce is ready for the fight.
It’s high-tech military action and zombie madness in a wide-ranging post-apocalyptic vision that will thrill and inspire you. And for many of your favorite characters, it comes to a head–and ends–right here.
The ultimate war at the end of the world is finally here!

...I am SO enjoying this series by Thomas A. Watson. And Watson is a master at leaving you waiting eagerly for the next book to come out. The last chapter in each book ends with an "OH NO! DON'T END IT NOW!!??" Watson is also very tuned into a family situation; as you read along you find yourself wanting to be part of Bruce's family too. The banter between Bruce and his family is truly hilarious and I laugh out loud at the antics. Even though the book has a very serious horror undertone, the depth and familiarity of the characters remains paramount in the story line. It's like hanging out with one of the coolest families ever. Here is a short summary, NO SPOILERS:
Bruce and his extended family continue to fight the good fight against their many enemies; the Blues, the crippled remnants of the American forces that are in the hands of cowards, hiding and plotting against the family while Bruce and his adoring army try to save the United States from certain doom. But Bruce finds out that not only is their gangs and still an ocean of Blues to deal with, but also more than one military stronghold that are also plotting...and committing horrible (and extremely dangerous) experiments on the Blues. Bruce also finds out that the Blues are evolving far faster and more efficiently than he ever thought possible. ...I am going to stop right there. But if your a fan of this series, this latest book is more of the same excitement that Watson has been putting out throughout the series. And once again, I am impatiently waiting for the next book to come out!
Bruce has now become so important to his family and clan that he has bodyguards. That does not stop him from being the biggest, baddest man around. He fights for humanity and is bringing America back.
Another great book by Thomas A. Watson. I love these characters in this book and series. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. I would recommend this book and all of Thomas’ books. I listened to this book on audiobook.
I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Will the clan be able to stand up to the US government? Will those that remain in power allow those survivors that have made their own way, continue to be able to be free? Or will there need to be an overthrow of the US government? Read on, and you'll see!

Another great addition to the 'Blue Plague' series!
As Bruce and his clan keep a close eye on a rogue government group in Colorado, more survivors are found and more gangs are eradicated......thanks to the terrifying news that the Omega Team is after them.
Finally, some positive (and staggering) news from both Angela and Stephanie, turns Bruce's entire world upside down. And when violence begins to appear within the clans safe compound, Bruce will do whatever it takes to stomp it out.
A refreshing and fluid read that not only continues with the clan's fight to survive, but confirms the love, faith, and trust that the family and the entire clan have for each other. With a lot of 'laugh-out-loud' humor and even some pretty tense action, this story is a perfect compliment to the series. I look forward to so much more!
I would have given the series five stars but for the spotty grammar, spelling and word usage errors.
Don't read book one unless you are prepared to read all six. The action is Rambo resurrected. The comedic interludes punctuate heart pounding battles. Grit, strength and spirit meet technology, tactics and firepower in this epic action saga. With a dozen central characters, the individual character development is excellent. Overlook the occasional grammar, spelling, redundant passages and word usage errors for a truly entertaining read. Word of warning: Contains explicit, gruesome accounts of torture, mayhem and death.
I bought all 6 and read them in the last 4 days. I have giggled and laughed, cried tears and crossed my fingers. This one of the best series I have read and only ties with one other. It is a believable apocalypse story, a beautiful love story and a head over heels comedy at times. I don't want to ruin anything for you but if you don't enjoy, you are so going to get "monkey stomped". Please get the next addition out ASAP!!!!!!
This series gets better and better with every book...Although I eventually want to know how it ends...I don't want the series to stop. I think Mr. Watson has a good grasp on human nature and the reality of what it would take to survive in a post apocalyptic event...This is a series I can read over and over.
I was a little disappointed with what should have been a classic land battle with Bruce leading the charge. Oh well. But plot changes in some areas detracted from the story at a really bad time.
I love the Blue Plague books. I finished Book 7 yesterday and today I started Book 1 again just to go back to remember where it all started. Laughed and cried many times in this series.
