One of the best books you can read about water. I came back to this book several times after reading it to learn that even though rain water could be better, the water Dr. Allen E. Banik recommends is better.

Rain water is typically contaminated and you will learn that by reading the book.

I also loved the book, as it's very easy to read and only has 48 pages.

Your water is killing you!

Very interesting booklet about our water and all the chemicals we ingest daily. I agree that fluoridation of our water is killing, or making us sick. Distilled water is proposed and I'm anxious to try it out. We have been drinking filtered water - using Pur filters, buying water from Primo or Culligan, for years. I used to think the filtered water is better than faucet water, but not so sure now.

Este libro me intrigó, y de ahí leí 3 libros más referentes al agua!
Ya llevo varios meses tomando agua destilada y me he sentido muy bien!

I completely agree with the message. An easy read and almost too simplistic in the information given. I wish there was more science and research.
