USA Today Bestselling Author, CC MacKenzie introduces "The Vampyre Legal Chronicles - Book Three":

"The War Has Arrived..."
Gia Del Russo might be the PA to legal hot-shot, Daniel Gillespie, but she has one ruling passion, music. Her songs, the power of her voice, make women weep and men ache. But Gia has a dangerous secret. She has a vicious enemy, who will stop at nothing to possess her.
The world is in turmoil with a mutated Ebola virus that is airborne, plus the earth's polarity is moving from north to south, when corporate lawyer and vampyre prince Daniel Gillespie arrives home to his penthouse apartment in New York. There he finds his PA asleep on his couch. But before he can discover why his gorgeous assistant has taken refuge in his home, Daniel's vampyre rises and takes Gia's vein.
However, Daniel isn't the only man with plans for Gia's future. And when that man is an organised crime boss, they have to fight for their lives against a deadly foe, who is not quite... human.

Very addictive series.

I unintentionally read the first two books in the wrong order, I came across James's book and with nothing to tell me otherwise I assumed it was the first in series, normally I'd check better but I'm on holiday at the moment and so just started reading. I realised about half way in I'd made a mistake but continued on and then I read 'Marcus' I mention this because I think I would have enjoyed them more if I'd read them in order they were intended but one thing which did concern me was how similar they were and I was worried this would be the same for all the books. While I appreciate with a series like this there will always been a lot of similarities, vampyres finding and mating with humans plus an evil being set to destroy the world, thankfully this book was a little different and my favourite so far.
As you will have gathered by the title this is Daniels book but we also get the background on Duncan and his mysterious wife Sorcha and we're given just enough to intrigue us.
Gia is also different from Anais and Charlotte and so is her transformation.
This is turning into a very addictive series and these books are nowhere near long enough, unfortunately I've now caught up so I'm just waiting for the next book which I assume is Adam's.

The Vampyre Legal Chronicles-Daniel:Paranormal Vampire Romance-Book 3

This is probably the craziest vampire story I have ever read.Daniel has been infatuated with Gia for along time.when he comes home from a trip he finds her asleep on his couch.Unable to stay away from her,he picks her up and puts her in his bed.Well........Gia wakes up different.Theirstory takes them on a wild ride. There's witches and demons and Gia just wants to kick some.....Read the book.

I read this all yesterday, I just couldn't put it down. Great continuation of this story line. I really enjoyed how Gia's conversion was a total deviation from what had happened in the first 2 books, plus I love the dialog between all the interconnected characters. Ms. MacKenzie has really pulled me into this series and I can't wait to see what happens next. *I really (and I stress REALLY) can't wait to read Ezekiel's story...please tell me he will have one.*

It just keeps getting better and better. Daniel and Gia are a force that will come to to pass The maker will fall and the ream that is forming will do the job. Can't hardly wait for the next book.
