Lama Thubten Yeshe was a monastic teacher of Tibetan Buddhism most closely associated with the Gelug school of the Dalai Lamas. He established the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT), and was succeeded in leadership of that organization by his heart-disciple Lama Thubten Zopa in 1984.
Great information compiled from a series of lectures given on Dharma by two lamas, but the readability suffers because their isn't a great flow and although pertinent the lecturers are not great story tellers
Una breve pero profunda explicación sobre temas referentes a la espiritualidad, y la condición humana vista desde la sabiduría budista. Muy recomendable para iniciar a plantar semillas de atención y consciencia en uno.
Beautifully written. Each chapter is a talk or a teaching given on varied subject matters that flow cohesively into a deep understanding of Buddhist principals. Highly recommend it.
