INTEROCEPTIVE SELF-REFLECTION WORKBOOK
This workbook is designed to cultivate a simple but powerful sequence of awareness: sensation before explanation, emotion before story, need before reaction, and pattern before judgment.
Its purpose is not to control, suppress, or eliminate emotions, but to help you become increasingly fluent in the language of your body.
Interoception is a skill that develops through observation, curiosity, and repeated practice. Like learning a new language, it cannot be mastered in a single day. It grows gradually as you learn to notice subtle bodily signals, respond with greater awareness, and recognise recurring patterns over time. This workbook is intended to support that process.
