Years after reading it, I still find myself telling others about crucial points of this book that needs to be read and taught as part of the basic foundations of Christianity. Without the Holy Spirit, how would we receive and accept Jesus? Thus, it is vital that we learn about the Holy Spirit and how He loves us! Ponsonby is deeply passionate about his love for the Trinity and his enthusiasm is contagious! Enjoy!

Deep study on the Holy Spirit

Highly recommend this book. It basically begins with tracking the Holy Spirit through church history. But then talks about application. Ponsby's got a very good grasp on what a spirit filled life looks like, and the missionary purpose behind it. If the Holy Spirit has been marginalized in your life, I highly encourage you to pick up this book and do some reflection.

An excellent study on the Holy Spirit. Very in-depth and thorough. Although some portions were a bit too theoretical for me, it really is the best exposé I have read on the person and function of the Holy Spirit to-date.

Excellent text by an excellent teacher, Simon Ponsonby (best Vineyard Institute course I've done, highly recommended!) ... Ponsonby makes a large body of scholarly work accessible to all who long for more of the power and presence of God the Holy Spirit. I love his heart for God and people, notably a deep love and profound respect for all parts of the body of Christ. Funny, too :)
