I was drawn to this box set because I was familiar with a few of the authors. But really, it was the cover and the premise. I mean, what woman doesn't want to be stranded with a strong alpha male? Each story takes place in a different part of the world and totally swoon-worthy. A must read!

Love Comes Crashing in by Brenda Dyer
I am a Huge fan of Ms. Dyers The Prophecy Series so I was excited to learn she wrote a Contemporary love story.
I love this story.. Chad and Christine were the amazing I loved their chemistry, their interactions their passion.
How would you handle being in love with your childhood friend, being stranded on an island with them and feeling the urge to take your relationship to the next level? Will it ruin the friendship or be the start of your HEV?
This is a must read!

Crashing into you by Lisa Kumar
This is my 1st encounter with Ms Kumar and I have to say I will be checking out her series.
I have never read a story like this before(any more info and it would be a spoiler)
This story is everyone's woman's fantasy, to look up into the eyes of a gorgeous man and have him look back like you are the only one in the world
Kaiden and Ashlee are a wonderful example of Love at first sight... This story contains Action&suspense the reason I gave it a 4.5 is I like a little more passion in my books.. THis is another Great read in an Excellent Box set!

Love comes crashing in by Brenda Dyer.

Wow. I would give this story 6 stars if I could. Loved Chad and Christine. Full of Passion' this story had me hooked from the beginning. Childhood friends keeping their love secret. Stranded on an Island together will they carry on hiding their love for each other or give in to temptation. I have read other books (The Prophecy Series) by Brenda and am hooked on her work. I really like her style of writing. I recommend this book to all.

Crashing into Love by Lisa Kumar

Definitely a five star book. I loved Kaiden and Ashlee. Great main Characters. From the beginning Ashlee was drawn to Kaiden. Kaiden is equally drawn to Ashlee but his draw is different. Love at first sight? No more or I will spoil the story. I really enjoyed the way the story unfolded and couldn't put this down. Hope I get to read more on these Characters and Jackson. Lisa is a new Author to me but will be reading more of her books. I recommend this to all.

A Splash of Romance by Deb Julienne
I received this novella as an ARC. I loved it. Well written. Great story and definitely an interesting twist at the end, but not a disappointing twist. You'll fall in love with the characters and totally understand why they do what they do. Fast paced and intriguing characters, you'll be drawn in and won't be able to stop!

I adored A Splash of Romance from Deb Julienne. A wonderful story about Hannah and Oliver and finding themselves as more than a couple through their shared experience as survivors. I look forward to reading more about these two. Hopefully Ms. Julienne will write more about each of them. Both wonderful people in an extraordinary circumstance.

I would highly recommend the anthology Crashing Into Love. A collection of seven stories of plane crashes and falling in love, written by Deb Julienne and six other friends.

I enjoyed Deb’s story, A Splash of Romance, a great story of adventures and love on a small un-inhabited tropical island, with an unexpected twist at the end. The author brings some sweet and endearing characters to the story and makes them shine. In the face of a major emergency, they must learn to adapt and overcome their surroundings. I found it to be a truly a fun, and entertaining read.

OMG! I loved this anthology! There is a little bit of everything in this set. Love, Betrayal, Secrets, Danger, Second Chances and even the Supernatural. There were laughs, tears and a few edge of your seat moments. Whether you like stories about love at first sight, trying to rekindle a relationship, best friends who are attracted to each other or even time travel, there is something for you. The men are smoking hot.
Falling Hard by D’Ann Lindun- I LOVED this one. D’Ann always gets me right in the heart and this story didn’t disappoint. Gage is my new BBF(book boyfriend). His character was so well developed. The interaction between Gage and the female lead Teagan was magical. Their mutual dislike for each other was great. The plot twists had me on the edge of my seat.
A Splash of Romance by Deb Julienne- This story was wonderfully written and I loved the twist at the end. The characters will draw you in and invade your heart. Wonderful characters.
Love Comes Crashing by Brenda Dyer- Chad is a close second for my new BBF. I love reading stories about best friends who have an attraction to each other that they both try to fight. There is some definite chemistry there though! Will their friendship survive being stranded on an island? Will they give in to their mutual feelings?
Crashing Into You by Lisa Kumar- I was a first time reader of Lisa Kumar. Everyone enjoys a love at first sight story and this one doesn’t disappoint. The action combined with the instant chemistry between the characters was great. It was a good read.
Crash & Burn by Melissa Keir- Rob and Keira’s story was really good. A crumbling marriage is bad enough but add in a plane crash and being stranded could be a wrecking ball. Can their marriage be saved?
Crashing Through Time by Jenna Jaxon- A time travel adventure. Cora’s plane crashes stranding her in 19th century England. There she meets and falls in love with Ian. But Ian is supposed to die. If she saves his life, she could change history. I really liked this story. It made me ask myself what I would do in Cora’s shoes.
Brace For Impact by Daryl Devore- This was a good story. Poor Rookie flight attendant Lori’s flight didn’t go as planned. She ends up stranded on a deserted island with the sexy Guy Lapierre. The attraction between these two is hot but can they trust each other?

I have only read 2 books so far. Falling Hard by D'ann was the first I read. This book was the first book I have read by this author and WOW! This lady can write!! I usually take a week or two to read a book but this book I read in a day! I just couldn't put it down. It's AMAZING!!!
Love comes crashing in by Brenda Dyer is the other book I read. This book was just as amazing as the other one. There was a part in this book that I just couldn't stop laughing about. When you read it you will know what I'm talking about. It's great! I can't wait to read the other books now!!!

D'Ann Lindun has done it again! I am overcome with emotion. The highs and lows encountered by Gage and Teagan are unending. D'Ann fills the world around you in such a way that you need to double check the weather outside as well as take your own temperature at the heat between these two!!
I am only saddened that I have finished this book and now I have to wait for her to write another.

I was given the chance to read "Crashing into Love" via Advanced Readers Copy.

5 Stars - Falling Hard - D'Ann Lindun
Gage is 100% Cowboy with an affinity for Big Game Hunting who is trying to escape heartbreak. Teagan is a Supermodel trying to get her "Cover Shot" before being pushed out by newer and younger models. Two polar opposites who do not think much of the other. When their small plane goes down in the Canadian Rockies, they fear they are the only survivors. Working together to find food, water and shelter, Teagan surprises Gage (and frankly surprised me) by working hard, doing her share and NOT being a whiny snob. As they work together, and depend on each other, their relationship develops and grows.I don't want to give anything away, but a twist near the end had my mouth hanging open in shock. This is a Great story and very much worth the read!!!!
I have not read any of D'Ann's work before but I am anxious to read more from her.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review

5 Stars - Love Comes Crashing In - Brenda Dyer
Chad and Christine have been best friends since school. Both harbor a love for the other but neither one acts on it. Chad, because he feels he is not good enough for her, and Christine, because she thinks her feelings are not reciprocated. When their plane goes down on their way to Australia, they are stranded on an island with a handful of other survivors. When a storm strands them in a cave away from the others, they battle not only the elements and harsh conditions, but also their feelings. Will they survive? Will they give in to the mutual attraction? This story is a must read!! Great writing.......and the sexual tension between the two is apparent from the start. I couldn't put it down!!
I have never read any books by Brenda previously, but I look forward to reading more from her!!

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

5 Stars - Crash And Burn - Melissa Keir
Can you say SIZZLE?? Crash and Burn is the perfect title for this book because dang do these two Burn! Rob and Keira are having marital problems. Acting on the suggestion of their counselor, they decided to take a second honeymoon to help reignite the spark and hopefully save their marriage. After their plane crashes, they seem to be the only survivors on the island. A strange twist in the story had me screaming WHAT?? This is another great story by a "new to me" author and I look forward to reading more from her. This is definitely another Must Read.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I have read the entire box set. All of the stories were cute and had the main theme of romance and a plane crash. I want to talk about three of the stories in this set specifically.

First, Crashing Into You by Lisa Kumar.

I enjoyed this story. I liked the inclusion of Fae characters giving it a different twist on your typical romance tale. I would love to see this story developed into a full-length novel.

Second, Love Comes Crashing In by Brenda Dyer.

In a departure from her usual paranormal romance style, Ms. Dyer gives us a twist on the best friends tale, where one has been in love with the other friend since their younger years. We follow the twist and turns of the story from the crash, through their time awaiting rescue, to finally making it home. We are left to wonder if there will be a happy ever after and then.....Well, to find out, you'll have to read it. Sorry, don't do spoilers. Anyhoo, as with the first book, I would love to see this as a full novel.

Finally, Falling Hard by D'Ann Lindun.

We all know Ms. Lindun is known for her cowboy romances and she didn't disappoint in this short story. We are introduced to a cowboy and a NY model. Quite the unlikely duo. Yet, Ms. Lindun writes it in such a way it is totally believable. I also like the fact the model, although she had some characteristics of a city girl, wasn't portrayed in the sterotypical way most models are depicted in books. As it was a short story, we arrive at the HEA much sooner than I would have liked. This is another one that I believe has the potential to be an awesome full-length novel.

As to the other stories in the set. They were pleasurable reads, however, I found them predictable. I was hoping for something that would intrigue me enough to want to read other works by the authors, but alas, it did not happen.

I received an ARC of this box set for an honest review. I can honestly tell you I loved every story. Seven stories about planes crashing- how can they be that different? They are!
Each story has it's own unique style & all so very interesting.
D'Ann Lindun once again adds that bit of suspense along with romance. Melissa Keir's sexy story also has a touch of suspense. Her underlying theme is a difficult one for romance stories but she wrote it beautifully.
Jenna Jaxon is a new author for me & I will definitely be reading more of her work. This is a completely different concept & it worked well.
Brenda Dyer's quality writing makes this story so easy to read.
Daryl Devore is another new author for me but a terrific writer, she also wove a difficult topic beautifully throughout her story.
Lisa Kumar wrote yet a completely different type of story.
Deb Julienne wrote a sweet story that makes me want to read the others she is going to write with the main female character from this set.
All in all a fabulous box set & such a bargain too!

This boxset should single handedly either reduce passengers flying, OR, increase passengers as they wish to find true love upon surviving a plane crash. I’ve read all the books in this collection, and while they are all enjoyable stories, some of them are amazingly fabulous. Except for the whole plane crashing theme, several of the stories are unexpectedly different. Those were of course the stories I loved the best. Since the purpose of a multi-author boxset is for people to read and find authors they haven’t yet tried and fall in love with them, you can’t go wrong with this group.

In fact, I’ll think you mad if you don’t latch onto at least four of these authors and never let them go. And the other three are very good as well, so I won’t event tell you which are my favorite. However, I will say one of the stories is the best story I read in a really long time. It was extraordinary. So there you have it: Best story I’ve read for a while, three more extraordinary good tales and three very fine stories, all worthy of 5 stars

I haven't read all the stories in this fantastic anthology, but that is the beauty of anthologies.

I can read a story in a day, or evening, and move on to greater reading challenges before going back to read another one. Seven different authors, seven different plane crashes, seven different tales of Love and friendship.

I recommend this anthology to everyone. Hurry though, I suspect this deal will not last long.

I loved most of the stories, there was one that was meh, but I'm sure someone else loved it. An enjoyable read, although I would have liked to see some more of the crashes not take place in the South Pacific. Canada and the Cornish time swap were fun changes. Nice twist with the last story by Deb Julienne.

Overall, good job!!

What a unique idea! Plane wrecks and romance collide. Without a doubt, Brenda Dyer's story shoots skyward for stellar story writing. This woman always stands out in a crowd.

Although the premise of each story starts out with a crash, they each fork in very different directions. The time travel story was great too and also deserves a five star. There's varying degrees of ability when it comes to writing in this box set, but I'm a bit of a harsh critique so you decide for yourself. Considering price vs reading time, you can't go wrong.

Overall, I found most, but not quite all, of the stories in this set disappointing. All but one of the authors, D’Ann Lindun, had a very weak grasp on survival in the wild (jungle islands) or what happens when an airplane crashes. A little research would have gone a long way toward adding some element of believability to the stories. If it wasn’t for the graphic sexual scenes, most of the stories would have qualified for the Young Adult genre by the style of the writing. Yet, even if the sexual scenes were removed, I wouldn’t recommend them for Young Adult due to all the grammatical errors, misused words, and poor sentence structure. Definitely not a learning tool or ‘fine’ example of professional writing.
Brace for Impact by Daryl Devore was probably the most well edited of the stories, but it lacked in character development and believability.
Crashing Into You by Lisa Kumar left me behind when it turned to a Fae Romance. Without the explicit sex it would have been a great story for middle school children.
Crash and Burn by Melissa Keir, though full of typos and errors, proved to have a better plot than I was expecting from the first few pages of reading.
Crashing Through Time by Jenna Jaxon was my 3rd choice favorite. I’m not sure what it was about the story, or if it was just that Jaxon had a better grasp on character development than the other authors, I don’t know. But I liked this story right up to the end.
Love Comes Crashing In by Brenda Dyer was my 2nd choice favorite. This story had a good plot and decent character development.
Falling Hard by D’Ann Lindun was my 1st choice winner. Despite the typos and poor editing, the character development was good, the scene well painted, and the events believable. Lindun either did some research on the subject matter before tackling her story, or she wrote about something she knows firsthand. Kudos.
A Splash of Romance by Deb Julienne was nothing more than milk toast. This story had less depth than a water puddle in the desert after a sandstorm. It read like a bored writer trying to make something happen, and it just never happened.
Maybe if I try harder I can ‘drudge’ up a better review. Oh wait, shouldn’t that be ‘dredge’?

Completed novellas, but dull

I'll make this simple.

Pros- They are all completed novellas and not part of any series. They're quick 1-2 hour stories that you can just read in your sip pare time. No significant spelling or gramma issues either. The biggest pro is the fact that it was free.

Cons- Every single character in this collection was flat and dull. Most stories seemed like the authors got their information on deserted island and being stranded from Gilligan's Island and Lost. The stories seemed very repetitive. It was the same story with the same characters. The only difference was the names, authors, and characters professions. Most of the stories were very boring. Plane crashes and being stranded on an island should be exciting. You should be able to feel the emotions of the characters and experience everything that they go through along side them. Not one of these books made me feel that way. These characters accepted the fact that they are alone on an island way too easily. I'd like to believe that if (God forbid) I was ever in their position that I wouldn't get down and dirty with another survivor less than 24 hours after my plane went down; that I would be focused on surviving or even having a mental breakdown.

I have this book 2 stars because it didn't have grammar issues and it wasn't a sneak peek of a story; they were all completed. They content of the stories lost this collection three stars.

Overall, although I am happy that I got this collection for free, I would not recommend that anyone waste their time reading this. It'll just make you roll your eyes over and over again.

As a sucker for disaster type stories, I loved the premise of the plane crash being the precipitator of hotter things to come.

It got repetitive though, when it came to type of environment the various heroes and heroines needed to survive in for a while but the lack of stars really, is for the varying quality of the writing.

Some were well-written with god-awful characters and sometimes cheesy, cringe-worthy dialogue; others with unbelievably stupid ones whom I actually wish could have gone down with the plane.

This selection of books was just, well, horrible. Like the theme of the books it took alot to just survive getting thru them all. Yes they were novellas so there wasnt much character development but I didn't even LIKE most of the main characters! And the plots? yeesh. The made no sense or just ended.

The best 2 stories were the time travel one and the supernatural one. I guess suspending belief was the only way to enjoy these stories.

Thank goodness it was only $.99 !

A surprisingly good read

If you would like to read a book that has survival and romance this is it. I enjoyed the plot twists of the various stories. And the book held my interest. Even with the subject, it was not morbid and I even chuckled quite a lot.

What fun!

Except for the time travel romance--while isn't my thing--I really enjoyed these novellas. The last book has some editorial glitches, but most of them are pretty clean with regard to typos and other grammatical errors. Overall, nicely done.

Didn't care for this book. The stories got repetitive, since they were all based on the same premise. I didn't care for any of the characters especially, I think that was because the stories were too short. I tend to not like anthologies.
