This Blue Guide was weaker than the rest I've read.

Either Emilia Romagna simply doesn't have enough for a cultural and historical guide to get excited about, or the team did a less impressive job on this volume. Having visited Ravenna, Bologna, Ferrara, and a number of the others, I have an answer - see the score.
