Fans of the 3013 series won't be disappointed with Chaos. I loved seeing many of the past characters, and the plot was great. In the beginning I was a little worried that Jaden and Katra were going to take a long time to get together, but I was pleased that they didn't and Jaden was a delicious alpha hero. Katra is the perfect, strong heroine and together they made a great team. I hope there are more books coming that feature the Dragon Warriors and other secondary characters.

Yay me, I was lucky enough to get my paws on this book to review. Again yay!!... Laurie Roma just knows how to bring it to you. We love the fact our men can and will protect us, but if we could balance that out... with letting us sometimes take care of ourselves that would be nice also.
Katra has no problem taking care of herself she can pretty much put most to shame as far as her fighting skills, both magical and hand to hand. So when she runs into her mate, she will have to "help" understand she is no weak simpering female. Katra will show him... right after, he accepts her as his mate.
Jaden can you say male personified, he's got one thing on his mind ending the civil war on his home planet, now if that sexy dragon warrior gets out of his head so that he can concentrate he will do just that. Of course he being the typical male, thinks he needs to protect her. He will learn....
This was a story that I read in one sitting, just loved it. The new characters as well as the ones we've already met. The storyline is a lot of fun.. a sassy female with that can put most males in their place. Will Katra's and Jaden's attraction be worth the possible War between species? Katra is more than willing to help Jaden...will Jaden relent and accept help? Alliances will fall while others will be formed.
Can't forget the rawr factor the chemistry and passion is off the charts.. fan your face when it gets warm, It was a great read for me, and a great addition to an already wonderful series. Thank you Laurie. Enjoy.

Great story was happy to see a continuation of the series with former characters involved. Grinned at the thought of a tough dragon warrior being female but she is well matched with her new mate!

What a terrific story I loved this one very much. Well written and enjoyable to read. If you enjoy futuristic sci-fi romance then you will love this one. I hope there is going to be more in this series and that if there is then they are done quickly because I loved this series so so much.

We met Katra Tesera briefly in the first book of this series, 'Mated'. She is the sister of two Alexis' mates, Xavier and Galan. She convinced them, with the aid of her mother, to accompany them to earth.
They are staying at the visitor center in the Capitol and Katra is watching some of the men train. She really on has eyes for one though, Lord Jaden Tor. From the moment she saw him, she knew he is her mate. However, while he is attracted to her, he doesn't realize the significance of it and is trying to avoid her. Jaden Tor is a powerful Tarin warlord and he's sparring with one his daughter's bonded, Dominic Stryker. This breaks up as Skylar arrives and steals Katra away for a girl's night, during which we learn all the women have noticed the attraction with Jaden. They also conspire to help her go to Tartarus with the Alliance contingent.
Once they reach Tartarus, Commander Malloy contacts Lord Malik while the other Tarins are sleeping. They get permission to land and are having a meal at Malik's castle. That is until Jaden arrives.
In a fit of anger and remorse, Katra has let Jaden know he is her mate shifted and flew away. Unfortunately, with the storm coming in she finds herself in jeopardy.
All this leads to a very interesting discovery and adds more intrigue to the ever-evolving issues surrounding them.
I loved the was this story plays out, from Katra and Jaden mating to finding more information about the kidnappings around the universe while working toward an end to the war on Tartarus.
I am already reading the next book, I can't seem to wait to see who we will see paired up next.

The 3013 Series is one of the best Series ever written
This Alien Romance Series is a great series written by many different authors .Each book is better than the last .My favorite are the Dragons but each race of aliens are magical in their own right . The Writers build such different worlds for each race with their distinctive cultures you come to know them individually . If you love Alien Romance books then you must have this series in her collection .

Brilliant Series
I have lived reading the books in this series so far. The books contain mystery, comedy, love, war and a host of great characters.
What i would like to see, though, is some way to tell when and which of the novellas come into the series. Take pity on us newcomers and

BEST EVER!!
This book touched my heart! It put family first and in such an interesting way! It should a strong sexy woman and a her man! What a man! The sexy scenes were heart fluttering! I like all the 3013 books but so far this I s my favorite!

Katra is a Dragon warrior and swimming in unrequited love. She has met her mate and he doesn't appear to feel the same and actually avoids her. The pain and agony is real but hope is real.

3013: Chaos by Laurie Roma is the 8th book in the 3013:The Series books. I would say you do not have to read this series in order to understand them. I would though just because this multi-authored series is just that good.
Katra is a female Dragon Warrior. I loved that she is a tough woman. She can take care of herself in a fight. That is what her people do. She is willing to make her own fate, and to change her own life. I liked her independent spirit a lot. She also has a softness that allows her mate in. I liked that too. Over all I really like how well rounded this character is very well balanced in strength and softness.
Warlord Jaden Tor is a dedicated leader. He is willing to give his all for his planet. His life, his personal life, everything. His planet is in the middle of a civil war and he knows his choices are what will decide the future of his race. I liked his intense personality. He is very alpha very strong. Falling in love when your planet is at war is not easy. But Jaden is a character more than worthy of love, and Katra is a perfect mate for such a strong man.
Over all I really like the direction of this series. I liked the strong characters, and I also appreciated the deviation from the ménage formula. For me this book is a must read. Great characters, well written and an unforgettable storyline that just keeps getting better and better.

Katra is an unsure female. She is aware of who her mate is but, it seems he is unaware of who she may be to him and dejection ensues. Katra's strength is intriguing and her abilities are amazing. However, I am not sure her full potential was incorporated in the story.
Jaden is a proud warrior trying to do right for his people and planet while fighting an attraction he believes he has no time for considering his immense responsibilities. I do understand the struggles Jaden went though trying to remain strong for his Planet and people.
I feel that the story was good but, lacking the peaks in the story that keep me reading and not wanting to put that book down. I was not surprised by the path of the events nor did I feel vested in any of the other characters. So in the end for me was it was more of a flat line read. Nice little Story but, nothing overly exciting. (I give it a 3 because I can't do a 2.5 and I don't feel it is as low as a 2.)

No complaints... No Not one!!!
Had a GREAT Time!!!! Out of all the books I've read in the 3013 series I've only read that disappointed me even a little and that was at the very end... I'm soo not in the D/s thing ( well unless I'm the Domme/D in the D/s I'm soo not sub material and don't wanna be I Loved Jax,Serra and Archer's story until the very end when it ended the using Japanese rope bondage on her) ( for me their story was perfect until that point) but this story was great I adored both Katrea and Jaden and their story was wonderful!!! Just can't wait for Rego or Kats other two brothers to have a story next... Honestly I thought Rego was gonna get together with Skyler's feline type friend from that tropical jungle type planet.. Anyway I can't wait for more!!!! Love this series !!! ;)

Boy Do I Love This Series!!! I'm impressed by how each book is a fresh creative story yet bringing binding moments with previous characters while their appearances enhances the storyline of her main focus on her new amazing characters. I'm thoroughly hooked on this wonderfully written series and can't wait for new intriguing characters either from the supporting or newly created. Everything I could want in a book continues to be the norm not the exception for this whole enjoyable and entertainingly series. So Don't Delay In Picking Up This Book From This Series...even though it can standalone with no cliffhangers it'll be worth it to ADD IT TO THE REST OF THE WONDERFUL 3013 SERIES!!!

I received this book for an honest review. I have now read the book twice and enjoyed it both times. Ms Roma's descriptions of the different aliens, their skills, languages, way of life, and planets make them feel real. Katra is a strong female character who refuses to be coddled by her parents, brothers, or men in general. She kicks butt to protect those who are weaker and to fight the bad guys. Jaden must learn to deal with Katra's determination to be a warrior while accepting that she is his fated mate. Good science fiction romance. I can't wait for the next book.

August 4, 2015Laurie has done it again. This is a wonderful continuation to a great series. This is the story of Katra, a female Dragon Warrior and Lord Jaden Tor a Tarin. We met these 2 in previous books but now they have their own story in Chaos and it is hot and sexy. I suggest that you read the previous 3013 series because a lot of the characters from them are in Chaos. The entire series so far is fantastic and this one leaves an opening to be continued.

I have just fallen in love with this series. This was a hot yummy addition to the series. Katra was kind of awesome. She was funny and determined to get what she wanted. I just found it odd that Jaden has a daughter basically her age. Just a little odd but when you get around that it was a good story.
This was actually way more enjoyable the second time through. I enjoyed it a lot!

Just a brilliant all round good series. Interesting, funny, very sexy and not at all repetitive. Plus the benefit of lots of interesting secondary characters who you want to find their mates. Just makes you want to keep reading. Jaden and Katra are superb together and of course Katra is such a strong female character. Once Jaden pulls his head out he responds to her perfectly.

Katra and Jaden's relationship had a rocky start, but their passion more than made up for it! I really got a kick out of Katra's brothers' reaction to her mating. The Dragon Warriors are mad, bad, and dangerous to know-guess it's a good thing Jaden found himself related to them! Lots of humor and great action sequences round out a really good story by Roma. Definitely recommend this series!

Loved this book
I have read several of these books and love them. This story however was exceptional. The love that Lord tor for showed katra was so expressive and genuine it was breathtaking.

I don't know who I like best in this series, as I'm loving all the characters we're introduced to. But I have to say the Dragon Warriors are starting to be the front runners on my list. Can't wait to see what's next.

Great romance
