True North is an excellent resource for anyone serious about leadership development and discipleship. What I appreciated most is that it doesn’t simply tell readers what to think; it provides a practical framework for learning how to think biblically when navigating difficult decisions, cultural pressures, and leadership challenges.
The book is especially valuable as a discipleship coaching tool. It creates a framework for meaningful conversations around Scripture, discernment, character, responsibility, and obedience while continually pushing the reader beyond simply knowing truth toward actually living it.
For pastors, ministry leaders, mentors, and anyone responsible for developing others, True North provides both a strong biblical foundation and a practical framework that can be used repeatedly in real-world situations. It is challenging without being inaccessible and practical without sacrificing theological depth.
I came away from the book not only encouraged personally, but thinking about how its framework could help develop the leaders around me. That is one of the highest compliments I can give a leadership book.
Highly recommended for leadership development, discipleship, and anyone wanting to become more intentional about applying biblical truth to everyday life.
