Mountain Blue Too: A Life of Dedication

Rate this book
Mountain Blue Too: A Life of Dedication is the follow up to Mountain Blue: Patrolling the Catskills.

You have already met Captain Tony Marciano, Lauren and many other characters.
Now meet Tony as a child, and follow his life through to the end.

Jump with Tony into perilous fights during Desert Storm. Learn more of Tony’s career in which criminals are apprehended, drugs confiscated and drunk drivers taken off the roads. A lost elder is located and much more often with help from Tony’s four legged partners. You will also learn about Tony’s other work as he and his cousin Vinnie embark on several adventures from Las Vegas to Sicily conducting business and serving justice.

The action begins on page one and never lets up. However, nothing can prepare you for the final call.

It has been said that those who enlist in the military or work in public safety have written a blank check to those they serve. The amount payable to those being served is up to and including their own lives. Let them never be forgotten.

About the author

E.J. Morelli

20 books
Your humble scribe began writing after an old friend suggested I should write a book of all the experiences in our lives.

The Mountain Blue books were the initial product of that suggestion derived from actual events with a splash of imagination. When the books first went into publication, a coworker called me around 2 AM to voice his opinion on the cliffhanger Patrolling The Catskills ended on. He felt much better after reading A Life of Dedication.

Vampire came to be when someone suggested I write a vampire book with no glitter, and, it had to be bloody. After rereading Bram Stoker's work, I delved into the realms of current vampire offerings and discovered why the request was made. There is no glitter to be found; there is however plenty of blood, bites and impaled bodies.

Short Ones is a collection of short stories I wrote along the way. Vagabond is how I would imagine Golan, my dog telling the tale of how he and I adopted one another. Trailer Trash, The Call and The Fall deal with life and love and how it feels when it all falls apart. Parasite deals with an oft debated issue. The Ride came to me when a very lovely woman blew past me on the Tail of The Dragon and Marissa after reading On Writing by Stephen King.

Finding Love is a take off from Vagabond featuring Golan, throughout the story. It was inspired when a woman wheeled into a fast food place I was waiting in line at.

I hope you enjoy,
E. J. Morelli

Awesome Ending to First Book

The first book was a prelude to this one. This book took you into the life story of Tony Marciano and his family at the same time taking a peek at his Cousin Vinnie. If an author can evoke emotion from his audience the author has done a great job. I laughed, got angry, asked questions and even cried. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star review was the editing which was deplorable.
