This is the final book about the Power Station boys and whilst it wasn't my favourite out of the three, it was still a wonderful end to a great series.

Jason Irwin is the dark horse of the band, he is a controlled man and is always the one looking after his band-mates, specifically Dan and Troy when they were in their single days.

He was struggling with some terrible demons when he came across Power Station at a gig in Canada. They saved him when they offered him a job as keyboard player, and not long after that they were famous.

In between the time of meeting the band and hitting the big time, he became very friendly with Troy's sweet and innocent, eighteen year old neighbour, Angie.

Angie Morelli learnt a valuable lesson in life when she fell in love with a man seven years her senior who then left her in the dust, and now 10 years later she is very bitter about relationships and has nothing but contempt for Jase, who she has tried so hard to forget about.

When Power Station lose their opening act, Troy comes up with the idea that Angie and her small time band could fill the gap which leads us to a love/hate relationship filled with lots of angry sex and hidden secrets that are bursting to be revealed.

"That's why meaningless sex was best, except meaningless sex should be emotionless too. And with Jason, it wasn't.

Unfortunately for me, Troy Harris was hard to beat and whilst I did warm to Jase, he was a little too quiet for my tastes and Angie was a bit over the top with her bitchiness for me to fall in love with her.

Still, I do recommend this series and really love the authors writing style and look forward to discovering what else she has to offer outside of the band.

This is the third and final book in the Power Station series, but can be read as a standalone. Told in dual POV.

I AM IN LOVE. These books and these men. FUCK. This book had me scream-singing Taylor Swift, shaking my ass and grinning like a lunatic. Jason and Angie are so imperfectly perfect I’m a little speechless.

Let’s back up a second. Jason and Angie actually know each other from before Jase was famous. She’s neighbors with Troy Harris and she met Jase when he came to live with Troy and his family the summer before Power Station really took off. And Angie fell in love with him. She had just turned eighteen, and people can say what they want, but she really fell in love with him.

She thought she was living the dream when he finally made a move on her birthday. Until it became a nightmare and he left her holding the remains of her heart. ASSHOLE. In can you weren’t sure of where I stood on that particular event, his actions were those of a complete asshole. Don’t worry, Angie’s right on board with me.

But then the book makes us question….is he really? We get a chance to find out because when Angie’s band goes on tour with Power Station the two of them are forced to interact. Angie is also forced to deal with all of the emotions that she’s been hiding under the layers of tattoos and resting bitch face. I loved her. She’s strong, independent, hilarious & snarky. She’s not your typical heroine, but knowing Ash and Megs from the first two novels I wasn’t surprised. T. Gephart knows how to write a strong and funny woman who doesn’t take shit.

The verbal sparring and Angie’s hate venom made me smile even when the characters were glaring. This book takes hate fucking and spins it on its head. There’s plenty of hate fucking, hall fucking, bed fucking and even *gasp* making love going on to satisfy you.

You think you know what’s happening and why Jason is the way he is BUT YOU’RE WRONG. I was genuinely surprised when the truth came spewing out and Angie’s reaction was even better. This isn’t some stupid rocker romance – this is an epic love story that will have you flipping the pages and falling in love.

I think I’m crying a little that there aren’t going to be any more Power Station novels. Its like my favorite band is breaking up. I’m like a 14 year old girl who just found out that Zayn left One Direction. I’ll try to get my emotions under control, but until then, I suggest you read this series about my favorite band of book boyfriends. #seewhatididthere #MustRead

Jason Irwin, the quite little known member of Power Station, met Angie Morelli the summer she was about to turn 18 and he'd just gotten out of the Army and she lived next door to Troy's family. A chance meeting in a bar fight with the boys, early in their career when they were still touring dive joint, had him becoming the fifth member of the band and therefore the brotherhood. He moved in with Troy's family before they all moved out together.

Angie fell hard for Jason that summer, thinking herself in love, she gave herself to him on her 18th birthday. Only to have him turn around the next day and say it was a mistake. That was the last time she saw him. Until then years later, when the Power station has to fire their opening act due to their debauchery. Desperate for another opening act Troy brings up Angie's band, Black Addiction.

Angie, not wanting to be anywhere near Jason, agrees to only the local shows and not the tour. That is until Jason watches them perform and believes the tour will catapult them into the stardom they deserve. Enlisting the help of her best friend and guitarist to the band, Rusty, he figures out that her heartbreak when she was 18 was over Jason and convinces her to add little digs agains him in their music on the tour. It works getting Jason's attention, but not in the way she'd intended.

There are a lot of things Angie doesn't know about him. And she's not the wide eyed teenager he knew ten years ago. Soon Angie is back in Jason's bed, but will the same things from ten years ago keep them apart or have they both grown enough to have what they want?

I loved all of these characters and the books. The one thing that kept them all from being five star reads is some of the grammar issues, which I could easily overlook. But my biggest thing how they end. I can't really explain it. But I would definitely recommend them.

I want to know if she's going to veer off into the Black Addiction band members? I wouldn't be opposed to more.

Power Station keyboardist Jason Irwin broke Angie Morelli’s heart when she was 18. Man, did he ever. I felt bad for Angie right off the bat and kicking Jase where it counts would have been warranted except….Jase is awfully…hot! In that brooding, broken way.

“Any minute she was going to whip out a machete and slice my balls off. Or my dick. Maybe both. I’m sure she already had the plaque picked to have them mounted.”—Jase

The writing is once again spunky, making the characters colorful as always. While it can be read as a stand-alone, fans of the series will be pleased with the return of some old favorite hotties. Dan is good old laugh-out-loud Dan once again, swooping in with some of the best comments. He’s the knucklehead you just have to love.

“I heard she has a voodoo doll of you….Tell me, asswipe, do you feel any stabbing pain in your cock?’” —Dan

And Troy Harris is rocking again too, level headed and swoon-worthy as always.

“’I’m going to be outside, so if either of you get out of control expect me to be coming right back in. We clear?’” —Troy

But this is Jase and Angie’s tale, told via their alternating first person POV. It’s about facing the past, healing wounds, and learning to move forward. Find out how safe Jase’s dick is in Angie’s clutches. And whether their hearts are in even more danger.

When Power Station’s opening act doesn’t live up to their standards, a replacement act is needed fast. While most of the band is comfortable with bringing Black Addiction on board, a few members have their reservations, namely about the lead singer, Angie.

“My problem was I remembered exactly how she was back in the day. I remember how I was, too. Bringing that on tour. A lit match in a firewood factory stood a better chance. And I wasn’t sure if I was more worried about her or me.” —Jase

Jason and Angie’s story will make you laugh, tug at your heartstrings because Jase’s struggles are that heartbreaking, and heat you up with their sexy times.

“’I’m not here to impress you, sweetheart. I’m here to make you come.’” —Jase

I closed the final page really happy with where it ended but yet sad that there were no more Power Station guys left to tell more stories. Ahem… *tapping mic on stage to get T. Gephart’s attention now* Rusty would make an excellent next book. ;-)

I am a huge fan of rockers, especially troubled, hot, bad boy rockers who find themselves given an opportunity to make up for a past misdeed! Back Stage by T. Gephart ticked all the boxes!

Angie Morelli is just trying to make it in the world. Working for her dad by day, living her dream by night as lead singer for her band, she’s trying to make her own way. She never once thought to take advantage of her long friendship with Troy, Power Station’s drummer. And she certainly didn’t need Power Station’s offer of a lifetime—because that would mean she’d have to spend time with Jason Irwin, and she sure as hell wasn’t ready to do that, not even ten years later…

Jason Irwin, keyboard player for Power Station, and a “player” in general. Ten years after walking away from Angie and their one-night stand, Jason can’t believe how hot and gorgeous and immensely pissed Angie is—sounds like a right combination to head off on a world tour, right? Match, meet gunpowder.

Oh my, oh my, do the sparks fly between Angie and Jason! Something that combustible you know is just going to explode when they come together, and boy, do they ever! I love this book and this series.

Angie and Jason are super hot together. I loved every bit of their banter—Angie for her bitchy, snarky, face-saving comments and Jason for just absorbing every one of them and using the emotion behind them to his advantage.

And let’s not forget the rest of the band and their wives. Troy, Dan, Alex and James, Ash and Megs are there to both provide advice and a slap on the head when needed. Add in Angie’s band, especially her best-friend and lead guitarist, Rusty and they have a hell of a support system. Each one loving the relationship blooming between Angie and Jason. I received an ARC is exchange for an honest review. Although it isn't necessary to have read the previous 2 in the series, I would recommend it. It's fun and satisfying to see the same characters developing throughout each book, even if it isn't the one that focuses on them. Each book focuses on a different member of the rock band Power Station. This one is about Jason, the keyboardist.

Jason has a reputation that's been enforced in the series up until now as someone who only participates in 'one and done' and he's content with that. He constantly tells the reader and himself that even though he's happy for his fellow band mates who have found their 'happily ever after' it's just not something he wants, or ever will want in his future. Until this book we've never known the reasoning behind his actions or lack of close relationships.

Angie is a girl from the 'old neighborhood'. She spent her teen years being good friends with all of the guys from the band. She never told anyone but she had fallen in love with Jason back then when she was only 18 years old. He never returned her feelings or acted in any way sexual with her until...well, until he did. It was an experience she reveled in right up until he made it clear it was a mistake and left the next day, out of town and out of her life. She felt used, like she was a whore, and her heart was shattered. Ten years later and the thought of Jason still causes her to feel that hurt that never quite healed.

Jason thinks he did the right thing in leaving her because he doesn't feel like he's good enough for her. He has a past that remains a mystery until the end of the book, but he uses that past as his reason of avoiding intimacy with women. He looks at Angie as something good and pure and thinks that being with him would only taint and ruin that goodness. He knows he used her, but not for just the physical act of sex that she thinks. He wanted just a moment to bask in the peace that he felt while he was with her.

I spent most of the book pissed off at Jason, and this is why: I can not stand when someone uses a past relationship as an excuse for their behavior in future relationships. It's such a cop out for whatever the real reasons are, in my opinion. You can't logically hold a certain person's actions responsible for a different person's actions when you haven't even given them a chance! I know people like this exist, but it's just something I really hate. Jason is lucky that he had Angie and not me because I would've told him he obviously still thought about his ex more than me (regardless that he said he hated her, and he most likely truly did). Even if he hated her, he was giving her more power than he gave himself or Angie simply by letting her be the reason he didn't want a relationship.

Although this bothered me to the point of wanting to throw my phone across the room I certainly can't hold the book responsible in a negative way. Only the best writers can make you mad enough to throw things. I was invested in their relationship from the very beginning. I couldn't stop reading until I reached the end to find out if they were together or not. I just HAD to know...way more than I needed to sleep.

Their relationship was rocky, and that's being gentle. There's never a dull moment and their chemistry was electric. Despite my feelings for how Jason deals with his past I was rooting for them the whole time. I knew Jason was hiding a whole world of hurt and if he just let Angie into his heart she could help him learn to trust and love again. He deserves to be happy and so does Angie. He hurt her all those years ago and it still hasn't healed. They BOTH had their work cut out for them in mending all the wounds they each suffered from.

There were new characters introduced in this book and I'm crossing my fingers that they will have their own books in the future. I'm not ready for this series to end. I still want to see the futures play out for the couples we've already met. I feel like they've become my friends and I'd hate to never hang with them again! I know, I take my reading way too seriously...

This book held so many emotions that I NEED and long for as a reader. The book was made up of humour, heart, oh holy hotness and in true Gephart fashion two KICKASS lead characters.
Jase and Angie have history. And diving into the depths of that history made my heart hurt, for both characters. Jase is the one guy Angie gave herself body, mind and soul too. But when he couldn't return those feelings, and left her feeling like she was a nobody, it broke her.
So here we are, ten years on.
Jase is the keyboardist for "Power Station". He is quieter than the other guys in the band, a little darker and SEXY AS HELL! Even though he isn't as boisterous as Dan Evans or as confident as Troy Harris, the guy still has a beautiful heart that just needs healing. He is loyal and strong and I fell in love with him more and more with each chapter I read.
Angie is the lead singer of her band, "Black Addiction" but they haven't made it BIG yet. She spends time working in a car garage, has an attitude to knock anyone on their ass and has so many wall locked up around her heart, she'd give Fort Knox a run for its money. But behind all of that, she is just a beautiful woman who got hurt and is guarding herself to prevent any further pain.
So when an opportunity arises and these two characters are reunited AGAIN, you are taken on one helluva ride, that will leave you wondering whether they will, or whether they won't? The angst absolutely rocked my socks. The depth of this story carries on right to the very last page and it had me so hooked that I couldn't actually put the book down.
When I finally got inside Jason's head, and saw the reasoning behind his choices and the way he hurt Angie first time around, I wanted to pull him in, and cuddle him right up close to my tits....SERIOUSLY! *sob*
The chemistry between Angie and Jase was a roller coaster. I LOVED the appearances of the previous characters, Dan Evans....that asshole owns me! Completely!

Tina Gephart, I SALUTE YOU! Once again, you deliver something so freaking fantastic and conclude the series with a 'rock band book fan's' dream. Your writing skill is always absolutely stellar, the depth you create and bring to each novel you write, is unique to you.

It's been a couple of months since I read the first two books in the Power Station series and I still remember how much I enjoyed reading them. I was really excited when I first heard Jason was getting a book; I couldn't wait to visit with the group again. I was even more eager when I realized volatile Jason was going to be facing someone from his past.

I really liked Angie. She's a total bad-@$$. She's fiesty, independent, talented, and so much different from the person she used to be when she first met Jason. Of course the Jason she met as a teenager is different too, but his stance on somethings hasn't changed. I loved that I was able to read alternating chapters from both their points of view, because it really helped change how I felt about Jason as I read the book. I was really surprised by what was revealed as the cause of his really rude behavior to Angie, and suddenly everything made a lot of sense. They had some sizzling chemistry!

The pages in this book flew by and before I knew it, I was finished. I must say I loved seeing Troy, Megs, Dan, and Ash again. I also loved meeting the members of Angie's group too. I hope to read more about them. I liked seeing Angie empower herself through her music. It's something we've all done at one time or another to help us deal with things, especially heartbreak,so it was really easy to relate to that.

I've got to say I'm a little sad this series is over. I've loved falling in love with the guys and seeing them fall in love too. They certainly haven't made it easy on themselves. I've laughed and cried with them. I do hope T. Gephart will write more about them in the future, but I can't wait to see what she writes next!

What a way to end the series... I'm not going to say that T saved the best band member until last, because let's face it everyone who knows me knows I am all about Troy Harris ;), but Jase is a close second and she sure as hell ended this series with a BANG!

After reading all of the Lexi and Power Station books I never expected Jason to be like he is, I'm struggling to find the words to describe him because he is just so uniquely Jase... He's protective, loyal and like the other members of the band he has charisma in spades, but as you can imagine all isn't as it seems. Angie is quite possibly one of the most badass chicks out there, her attitude only second to Lexi's early days LOL, that is one of the things that I'm drawn to with T's books... Her characters, male and female, are all badass. The guys have the perfect alpha balance, not being too domineering while having all those alpha male traits we love, and the females are all fiercely strong and independent!

Jase and Angie's tale just reinforces that there are two sides to every story and I loved discovering every little detail about these two! Their story will rip you in two and stamp on your heart for good measure, so be prepared for the emotional roller-coaster that you're signing yourself up for ;).

Back Stage was the perfect way to say goodbye to the Power Station gang and no matter how sad I am that it's the end, it is overshadowed by my happiness that these books exist and I can go back for a re read whenever I want! Thank you for these amazing characters T, I am so beyond grateful that they found their way into my life :)

This is the final installment of the fantastic Power Station series.

Back Stage focuses on keyboard member Jason Irwin.
After the the ending of Power Station #2 I couldn't wait to dive straight in.
We meet Angie Morelli's who is Troy Harris's old neighbour, her teenage fantasy of being with Jason becomes her reality, this reality comes crashing down as the night they shared when she was eighteen seemed to mean so much more to her than it did Jason,
Jason rides out of town without a backwards glance and out of Angie's life for good, or will he be out of her life for good?

Several years later Power Station are doing really well and are on tour but problems arise with their opening act and need to find a reliable band and Troy Harris instantly thinks of Angie, this is were Angie comes in, she is now the lead singer of Black Addiction, we don't see the naive eighteen year old girl we see a dirty bitchy mouthed woman with a hardened heart and I love her!!!!
She has made a name for herself by singing along with the band in local bars, will the proposition with Power Station be her big break?

How will Angie and Jason react to being back in contact with each other as the chemistry is still pretty hot!!

Power Station is a firm favourite of mine, I absolutely adore all characters,you feel apart of the story.
Tina Gephart has a way of writing characters that make their mark on you, after reading this series you will never forget these hot men!!!
I've never laughed and been as emotional as I have throughout this series.

Jason Irwin had a horrible life until he stumbled upon some guys in a bar who were in a band. These men became his brothers and his life hasn’t been the same since.

Jason has made some horrible choices in the past and has had his heart demolished. There is no way he is going to give his heart away again.

Angie Morelli will never forget her first love, Jason Irwin. She fell for him one summer and he broke her heart. After finally making love, he just up and left her.

Angie struggled to get over it but became a strong, fierce woman. She is the lead singer in an up and coming band so she has no time to dwell on the past.

That is until her past comes looking for her. Jason’s band Power Station needs an opening band and Angie’s is the one they want.

Jason and Angie struggle to keep their distance from each other but their pull between them is too strong.

They both love each other but Jason just can’t let go of the past.

T. Gephart has hit a homerun with this series. Each book was fantastic!! Each couple was unique and each book continued with everyone’s stories.

I definitely recommend this entire series, you won’t be disappointed.

This has got to be one of the best books i have read this year. Gephart once again rings every bit of emotion out of you right to the end, only to leave you wanting more.

Angie quickly became my favoueite female character of the series (sorry Megs. You are a very close second). She has so much passion and life to her that you can"t help but root for her.

As for the very quiet Jason, he is such a dark horse. The stereotypical "no one bothers about the keyboard player" is played to the hilt and hides some dark secrets that i didn't see coming at all.

Fantastic read and can't wait to see whats next

My heart broke for Jase, like my heart really heart for him and I just wanted him to be happy. Im sad this series is over. Hopefully we get a novella or Rusty's book!!

I am now a Power Station groupie for life!!! This book was everything I hoped it would be and more!!! This whole series is just amazing!!! This book has something for everyone, humor, angst, and a whole lot of sexiness! The banter between Jase and Angie had me laughing out loud and then fanning myself when they were alone!

I love reading about strong heroines in book and Angie was just that. She was feisty with a lot of attitude. But she owned it! I was always intrigued by Jase because in the previous book he was always the quite one, and the quite ones who have the most going on in their head and from their past. Jase from the previous books is not the Jase I expected to see in this book. He was much more deep and complex than I expect. I would have never guess his little twist. It definitely caught me off guard, but I can now see how it has shaped who he is. Angie tested him, pushed his boundaries but that is exactly what Jase need.

The book is just amazing, the story line was well written with great characters! Everyone needs Jase and Angie in their life!!!

Angie Moretti grew up having a huge crush on Jason. They became very close and after one intimate night together Jase leaves and never looks back. Angie was so hurt by Jase that she now loathes him. Has nothing but anger and hate towards him. When Jase's band, Power Station, has to fire their opening band for their tour there is only one person who can help them- Angie. Can the two of the put their anger and animosity along with their longing for each other on the side and do the job they need to do or will Angie's heart be broken again.
I just LOVE this series! T. Gephert has this way of writing where the angst, emotion, humor and sexy times are all blended together in a perfect mix making a delicious and swoon worthy story.
I love Angie! She is sarcastic and has the idgaf attitude and some of that is a defense mechanism that so many people can relate to on so many different levels. Jase is hot as hell and broken but I felt it was in a different way. It was unique in a way only T. Gephert could deliver.
The chemistry between Angie and Jase was like a fire the embers always burning until it blazes out of control and I loved every minute of it! Backstage is a 5 star read all the way!

Well... that's all folks, the Power Station trilogy has come to an end, and my goodness, did it go out with an almighty bang. If the last two books were the main set, then this was one hell of an encore.

Jason Irwin is 'just' the keyboard player, and well... nobody gives a shit about the keyboard player, right? Oh how jaded is the lovely Jason? He is respected and loved by his brothers, aka, his fellow band members and to him, they are the only family worth noting. However, there was one other who showed him what it was to feel warmth, to feel the sun on his face, but with a heavy heart, he walked away, left her alone after one night which resulted in heartbreak and bitterness.

Angie Morelli has never forgiven the boy she fell so desperately in love with one summer when she was 17, only to be used like a common whore as he burned rubber and got the hell out of town. Falling for her neighbours friend probably wasn't a wise move, you can never trust musicians to stick around and Angie got wise as the years passed, succumbing to casual hook ups as a way of keeping others at bay and her heart in a cage.

Troy has made it big, good for him, she was proud of her friend, but if she ever saw Jason Irwin again, it would be all too soon.

When Power Station run into trouble with their current support band on their American Tour, they have to find a good replacement, and quick. Troy's friend and her band are making headlines in their hometown, so it's only right they get a shot at the bigtime, only problem is... Jason and Angie aren't keen on opening old wounds, but they have just been out voted as they take on the biggest challenge of their career, and swap pubs for stadiums.

Oh the sexual tension and witty banter goes up tenfold in this book, highlighting T. Gephart's range as a writer. She can have you clutching your chest in sympathetic hurt one minute and have you laughing out loud the next, and Back Stage delivered plenty of those scenarios.

This story is not rushed but nurtured in a sensitive way that offers glimpses of the past, but it's not until near the last 20% that we truly learn who Jason is and what he's been through and I loved that element of surprise. Power Station saved him... literally!

Angie is a firecracker. Headstrong, albeit a little pigheaded, I loved her strength, and her heart was honest. I want to be Angie in my next life - the girl is just rock solid awesome.

With Back Stage taking place on tour, there are some great moments with the other band members, while introducing Rusty, Angie's guitarist and best friend who I have started to crush on a little bit. He's a rock of the best kind and I really want him to get his own book.

Dan, god love him! Life would be so boring without that man, and with Megs and Ash still playing a pivotal role within Power Station, it was great to see that connection still burn brightly.

If you enjoy rock star romance then you really can't go far wrong with this series. Power Station are electrifying!

Angie and Jase's story has to be my favorite in this series! I laughed, I cried, I wanted to strangle them both (numerous times!)

We know Jase from the previous books in the series, but Angie is a new character, and I absolutely loved her. She's strong and reminds me a lot of a combination of Megs and Ash! She has known the guys from Power Station for years, and has some history with Jase.

Jase and the guys are needing a new opening act for their tour after things go south quickly with their original opening act. When Troy suggests bringing Angie's band on board since they need people they can trust, Jase is not thrilled, especially knowing she probably hates him after how he treated her 10 years ago. Dan, being Dan, definitely has his opinions as well and knows why Jase is hesitant on bringing Angie's band on board.

To say that Angie was not very happy about the guys making a surprise appearance back in her life was an understatement. Her hatred for Jase makes her almost turn down their offer. When she finally gets on board, it's only for the first few dates in NYC, but thanks to Jase's scheming and her band mate she gets on board for the full tour.

Her little jabs each night as her bands closing song was absolutely hilarious, I was looking forward to see what message Angie would send Jase each night, it was one of my favorite parts of the book.

Once these two finally decide enough is enough and start hanging out again, I was so freaking happy. Sure we don't know much about Jase, but as the book goes on, you can tell he truly does care for Angie, but there is something in his past that makes him not want to go past just messing around with her. Things between these two are definitely freaking hot, I mean WOW! If you thought Troy and Megs, or Dan and Ash was hot, you definitely need to see these two in action!

There were times with Jase and Angie that I was all like "yay this is going to work out and things are going to be amazing" and then still knowing that Jase was hiding something, I was like "Don't you break her heart Jase!". Yes I said these things! I was yelling at my kindle multiple times during this book!

Things definitely go south for these two and my heart broke for both of them. I really thought it was hilarious who was the voice of reason for Jase, and how things were put back together for these two. The boys of Power Station are absolutely freaking amazing and I adore each one of them! Even Megs and Ash were amazing in this book, even though we didn't get to see as much of them in Back Stage as we have in High Strung and Crash Ride.

Back Stage is bittersweet as it is an absolutely amazing book, but it is the end of the Power Station Series, and this breaks my heart. I have become addicted to these men and will now need to go back and read Lexi's story because I'm not ready to say goodbye. I really hope we get to see more of these guys in the future in other books. I'm thinking maybe that's a possibility with how the Epilogue of this book ended.

If you're looking for a hot series full of rock stars, and amazingly strong and hilarious women, definitely pick up this series. I fell in love with each and every one of these couples and am sad to say goodbye to them!

If you are checking my reviews often, you probably already know that I love the Power Station series by T. Gephart. Both Dan and Ash's and Troy and Megs' stories were pretty great so for me reading Jason's story was simply a must :) And let me tell you, I was definitely not disappointed. The vibe of this books is a little bit more series than the previous two in the series. It is still intriguing and entertaining but at least for me, it was obvious from the beginning that the relationship between Jason and Angie won't be as easy as those Dan and Troy have (even with all the problems they both experienced together). But at least for me, that made the story that much more interesting.

Jason is quite an interesting character. I was definitely anxious to learn a little bit more about him as he was always the quite one in the previous books, most of the time sitting in the background and just observing what is happening around him. If I quote from the book, Jason is pretty much a "w*ore with a conscience", he needs control in pretty much everything he does but at the same time very few people really know the person behind the good boy mask he presents to the world. From the first page of the book, it was obvious that he was hurt and betrayed in the past but I was definitely surprised by the extent of the hurt and blame he carries within him. These are the feelings that lead his life together with a big amount of guilt. It is quite close to impossible for someone to reach in his heart and show him that he deserves more, he deserves to love and to be loved.

The person who finally manages to break his walls is one Angie Morelli. Her first try ends in tears and heartbreak for her but ten years later she gets another chance to save him from the crash course he is determined to follow. Putting everything she has into a relationship she is not sure she can survive, Angie hopes that this time around it will be different and the only man she ever loved is not going to break her heart again. Unfortunately, Jason's past, his heartbreak and betrayal prove to be quite difficult to conquer and nearly destroy her in the end. I have to say that these few chapters in which Jason's story is told were so emotional and heartbreaking that they brought tears to my eyes. Simply nobody deserves to live through what he had to go through.

Thankfully with some help from friends and band mates the Jason and Angie manage to find their HEA. And they definitely deserved it :) They are just perfect for each other :)

To summarize in the end, I loved this story :) There is a little bit more heartbreak than in the first two books in the series but this is still an amazing read. The story is quite interesting and entertaining. I loved getting to know Jason and Angie and also revisiting with the rest of the Power Station crew :) It was also cool meeting Angie's band mates from Black Addiction :) I am actually quite hoping that T. Gephart will consider writing also their stories :) I am just a sucker for rockstars :) As for now, I am diving directly into Lexi and Alex's story told in the Lexi Series :)

Oh it was wonderful - albeit bittersweet - to get back into the world of Power Station. Back Stage is the last book in this series, and what a fitting end it is.

Jason has always been in the background, but now is his time to shine. And oh does he shine.

When a blast form his past Angie (and her band) comes on tour with Power Station , you just know that things are going to be explosive.

After a shared past, Angie is full of venom and snark. and all aimed at our boy Jase. I could completely understand her feelings, but man oh man, the way those feelings come out of her - I think I have a bit of a girl crush on her!

All is not as it seems, and whilst yes we get a lot of the laughs and fun times with Power Station, Back Stage has more of a darker vibe through it. Just when you think you know why things happened as they did - BOOM - we are lead in a completely different direction.

And all the while, the sexual tension and chemistry between Jason and Angie is off the charts. I swear you could cut the sexual tension with a knife. And it just makes things all the much hotter between them.

Back Stage is a rollercoaster of a ride, my emotions went from high to low along with our lovelies

I loved that we got more of the rest of the Power Station boys. Dan still cracks me up - he is 12 year old boy in a man's body. The closeness of all the men and their families, it really is like a family not just a band and a job.

I have enjoyed every minute of the Power Station ride, and I look forward to what Ms Gephart has for us next.

Angie Morelli is the lead singer of Black Addition, and once upon a time neighbour to none other than Troy Harris. When Power Station's supporting act mess up big time off stage the boys come up with Plan B...ask the talented as of yet undiscovered Angie and her band to step up. Asking Black Addiction makes perfect sense as the band is evolving, the days of wild parties morphing into family time as they have all grown up and settled down, all apart from Jason. Needing a band they can trust around their wives and children Troy thinks Angie with their shared history is the perfect choice. Unfortunately Troy inadvertently rips off the scab of an old wound that has been left to fester.

Her 18th birthday was a dream come true, Jason eventually making her his in the back seat of his car after a whole summer of flirting and dreams. That was right up until the moment Jason crushed her, walking away without a backwards glance. Angie hardened after he shattered her heart, no longer the naive sweet girl he had used. Today's Angie has a dirty mouth and a bitch attitude that is directed mainly at the one who caused the hurt. Bringing the bands together Rusty, Angie's best friend pieces together the fragments of the past and realises who was responsible for breaking her. Always there for her he helps he work the pain out through their music and some very inventive covers!

Jason also has to admit to the damage he caused as his fellow bandmates soon figure out it's something personal between them. Troy sees Angie as family so works hard to referee the two knowing Jason's reason to keep Angie at arms length. Going on tour together keps their proximity too close for comfort and soon the chemistry between them is just too explosive to ignore. Can they overcome the past hurts and move on?

Jason has always been the one in the background and I loved his story. Not always what it seems we learn how he became a member of Power Station and how he cultivated his Master of Zen type persona. The intimacy between the band members gives a sense of true family and bonding. Catching up on Dan and Ashlyn, Troy and Megs and the band as a whole provides a perfect end to their tour and journey together. To see who wins the bet made at the end of Crash Burn you really do need to dive straight in and read the wonderfully emotional rollercoaster ride that is Jason and Angie's story. A little darker and raw compared to the others in the series I loved each page and gasped laughed and shed a tear along the way.

With each title in the Power Station series I seem to fall more and more in love with these characters. This band of brothers has had me giggling, swooning and fanning myself more often than I can count. While Back Stage was still just as funny and steamy as the previous books in the series, I felt there was more depth, a little more darkness, I finally had the opportunity to crawl inside Jason's head and now I never want to let go.

Jason Irwin is one sexy dude, he's got the tall dark and brooding thing down pat, he gets his fair share of the ladies throwing themselves at him on tour, he definitely has no shortage of offers, but he flies under the radar, he is discreet in his extra curricular activities and as a result never seems to attract as much attention as Dan or Troy have in the past.

Years before Power Station hit it big and became the world wide rock stars they are today, Troy Harris lived next door to a much younger Angie Morelli, her world revolved around cars and music, a tomboy at heart, boys didn't even cross her mind until Jason came to stay with Troy. What followed was a summer of hanging out and an unforgettable night that changed everything for Angie, when morning came and Jason disappeared, Angie was left twisting between heartbreak and anger, years later with no closure, the scars of that night are still very much present.

Angie was feisty as hell, a heroine with a back bone, strong, independent, she's the kind of female lead I've come to expect from Gephart. Her heroines balancing the sometimes hard line of being independent and sassy, sexy and strong, confident and at times vulnerable, her female leads always have something that make them inherently relatable, easy to connect with and someone I am instantly invested in.

Jason was a dark horse, he was sexy as sin, but you always had a sense something was lurking beneath the surface, something that made him the way he was, simultaneously drawing you in and warning something big was coming. The camaraderie present between band members provided so much of the humour, to write a dual POV story is one thing, but to capture the kind of relationship these band mates have and to have it jump off the page kept me laughing from start to finish.

For me this was definitely a darker story than it's predecessors, while still having that balance of heart, heat and humour that I've come to expect from Gephart's work, my only criticism about Back Stage is that I'm sad to be coming to the end of the Power Station series, being able to revisit them regularly has been something I truly adored, and I'm not sure I'm ready to say good bye yet.

I loved every bit of the Power Station Series and Back Stage was a spell-binding finale! This story shoots up to my favourite book in the series! Troy is still my guy, though but Jase almost outdone him in my heart. He was that good.

She was like a fucking Rubix cube. I wasn’t even asking why anymore, it was enough to know that no matter how scrambled the puzzle was, I had to solve it.

At seventeen, Angie already knew she was going to love only one man for the rest of her life. She knew it the moment he noticed her, flirted with her, and she knew it even when he fucked her and left. I absofuckinglutely loved everything about Angie! Her anger and passion combined sparked a strong female character that managed to stand out among the list of heroines I’ve met. She had a slight streak of reckless but she was independent. T. Gephart is known for her empowered heroines but Angie brought out a unique streak of badass femininity.

Jason Irwin. That’s where the real heartache lay. Asshole extraordinaire. Who still looked amazing.


Jase Irwin viewed himself as a fucked-up capital A-hole. But throughout the book, he was a hot-as-fuck, patient, kind-hearted, talented (in more ways than one), and loyal ex-army to me. T. Gephart absolutely nailed everything I love in a hero and more in Jason Irwin’s character. The complexities of his character enriched the story and brought a really strong anticipatory factor in the book. I just can't have enough of him!


The fear of not being with her every day was only superseded by the fear of hurting her.

Together, Jase and Angie were a smoking hot and fun couple that enflamed every page with every kind of emotions they showed. The author established the chemistry so well that I had no doubts Jase was meant for Angie and Angie was meant for Jase. I was enthralled throughout the book, anticipating for what will happen next and it didn't disappoint! T. Gephart's funny, emotional, and entertaining prose brought this story to a light that every romance reader cannot resist, made more enchanting by characters that will surely be in my head for a loooong time! Oh, how I really wish this wasn’t the end of the series! Or maybe it can be a beginning to another..... I want Rusty!

At this point I would have to say I consider myself a bit of a Power Station groupie and this final book in the series definitely fed my fangirl addiction. The author finishes off this series with a bang that will not disappoint and she introduces a new band that will leave you hoping for just a little bit more.

Angie and Jason have a history that for ten years has left him feeling guilty and her pissed as hell. So when her band ends up as the opening act on Power Station's tour neither one of them are exactly thrilled. But of course, the attraction is still there and pretty soon the oil and water of their relationship changes to gasoline and a lit match.

Angie is one of my favorite female leads, and it's unusual for the female lead to be the reason I love a book, but Angie is. She has it all...talent, a kick ass band, a great sense of humor and a backbone of steel. She somehow manages to be tough and vulnerable, sweet and bitter, fearless and insecure and in the end wonderfully compassionate and giving. I would love to hang out with Ash and Megs, but I would love to BE Angie.

Jace is Jace...quiet, stoic, emotionally closed off but somehow kind, protective and fun. He was hot as hell but frustrating too. He's drawn to Angie and can't keep himself away, but he also believes he can't offer her anything beyond sex. Jason's past, when he finally reveals it, changes everything, including how Angie sees him and all bets are off after that.

All of the old favorites are back in this one and I was thrilled to find that they all play a pretty big part in this book, which only made it better!! (especially Dan...my super secret douchbag crush and Troy...everybody's favorite sweetheart!) Angie's band...Black Addiction are a fabulous group of new characters and her best friend and band mate Rusty is a scene stealer if ever there was one(no small feat in a book that features the Power Station boys. Rusty was smart, funny and absolutely perfect..if that boy doesn't get his own book there is just something not right in the world.

This book is the perfect finale to a group of characters you can't help but fall in love with and the send off the author gives this band is magnificent. I'm holding out hope that the guys will be back again, especially if Rusty gets a book, but if not, I could not have wished for a better end to their story.

Jason Irwin was the product of Angie Morelli's every teenage fantasy come true, so when they finally ''got it on'' the night of her 18th birthday you'd think she'd be ecstatic right? Nope, because Angie had given the keyboard playing Lothario her heart and Jason cruelly ripped it out of her chest and rode out of town. That was the night that she realised that he was more of an idiot in tin-foil riding a donkey, than a knight in white shining armour.
Fast forward several years and a lot of hit albums for 'Power station' and our leading lady is all grown up and slowly making a name for herself singing in local bars with her band 'Black Addiction'
When 'Power Station' have a problem with their opening act Troy and the guys decide to hire a band that they trust...and who should pop into his head....his old neighbour Angie.
I'm not going to give away any more of the plot so you're going to have to read the book to find out what happens next...and trust me...you are going to want to read this book!
Gephart is the queen of steamy, hot and filthy fookey! she's created some scenes that're going to leave scorch marks in pants all over the world. Angie Morelli is one sizzling hot, sexy and sassy lady, she doesn't take crap from anyone! and she sure as hell isn't getting her heart broken by Jason again.
I genuinely don't have the words to praise this book highly enough! it literally has everything that you'd want wrapped in one pretty smart-mouthed package!
Jason's story isn't what it first appears to be...although what in life is ever what it seems? I will admit that i shed a tear for the big man! He has a scene with Dan where they're having a heart-to-heart and you get transported into the inner workings of his mindset, you begin to see below the surface.
Having been a fan of the 'Lexi' series and now the 'Power station' series, i feel like i know these people! like i've grown with them and cried with them, watched them fall in love and fall apart, become parents and ultimately grow up i suppose. Tina has created a whole new world and filled it with magic and music, love and hatred, laughter and tears and ended it on the perfect note in my opinion.
Thank you so much Tina for taking us all into your family and filling our hearts with chords.

T. Gephart managed to deliver another brilliant, sexy and original story from her Power Station Series!!

Every story is unique and much different from the others, but at the same time the author’s special writing style unites them all in one super delicious package called Power Station.

Back Stage, though, was a little more different than the others. It’s darker, more intense and has a deeper reach. The characters don’t only deal with their problems of now, but their haunting pasts, too. It shows a love that goes through time and changes, as the characters change, as well.

I loved its darkness, to be honest! It was raw, so raw that it spoke to you so loudly, so clearly, so definitively…

Angie is such a strong, young woman who has fought her entire life, it seems. She is so talented but not arrogant. Sexy but sweet and vulnerable at times. She has a beautiful heart that loves intensely and wholeheartedly.

She’s also extremely stubborn that will save them all in the end.

Jason...He is such a jerk that you are sure he has a good reason to be that jerk. You know, he’s the kind something-really-cruel-must-have-happened-to-him-to-make-him-like-this jerk. He has many good moments, too, but dear Angie has seen the other side of the coin more often than she should.

Everyone is worthy of love and happiness, if they find the one. And once you have that, you realize that you can move on, that you can have more and it’s alright. Because of the one.

I also loved the fact that we saw the entire casting quite often, because who am I kidding? We can’t live without Dan, now can we? *Shhh, don’t tell him!*

But, really now..We don’t usually this much of the cast and precious couples of the series, and now that we can finally do that...Dear Authors, you’ve been missing something! It was such a delight to have them all interact with each other!! It was like a big, rock family that you can’t help but wish you could be part of!

So, Back Stage receives 5 Amazing Stars, because it was raw, true, scorching hot and so original that makes you wish for other books to follow its example!

It is no secret that I am nerd for rock star romances. They are real, raw, gritty and panty melting sexy. And this author sure can write a love story with tons of angst like no other. This is the third book in the Power Station series. Finally, the mysterious Jase gets his turn and we hear his story. And if you have been waiting for it, I promise he did not disappoint.

This book rocked. It was sexy, sweet, funny, steamy, and had one beautiful second chance romance with the girl who never left his heart. This book had quite a few twists, which I have come to expect with this author. I devoured this book in one sitting and then immediately wanted more. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a very damaged rock star?!!

This is Angie and Jase's story. Angie and Jase have history. She was the girl who pined after her neighbor's older friend but he never showed her the time of day until one night when they let their lust shine through. Then he left, calling it a mistake and never came back. Angie was left broken hearted making her jaded but never forgetting.

Years later, Angie is still dealing with that heartbreak having closed off her heart to anything other than primal desires. So when the band enters her life again wanting her and her band to be their opening act, she is going to make him regret the day he screwed her over. But when lines are drawn and old feelings emerge, caution is thrown to the wind. One damaged rock star and one girl determined to heal him. Get ready for a bumpy but no less sexy ride with Power Train.

Yep, Jase was everything I knew he would be. Although Troy is still me favorite rocker, Jase and Dan are now tied for their number two spots. I will be honest... I loved Angie. She was badass and could hold her own. The cover songs she did... brilliant and oh so fitting for Jase. But poor Jase, my heart bled for him when I heard his story and boy what baggage it was. I was rooting for these two. And it was awesome to check back in with our other rockers and their families!

I highly recommend this book and series!

Back Stage is book #3 in the Power Station series, I was lucky enough to be gifted an ARC of the book to read for Gemma Reads Too Much.

I really enjoyed the first two books in this series, but Jase has always been a bit of an enigma, he’s always the quiet strength in the background speaking words of wisdom and being a constant comfort to his band mates. But I honestly didn’t know a thing about him and I had absolutely no idea who the women for him would be.

I’m not sure how I feel about Jase; he’s a bit of a dick! I get that he has some issues but I sort of wanted to hit him round the head and say ‘dude, sort it out’!! He has a shed load of baggage that I didn’t feel was as bad as he was making it out to be… Jase chill out on the amateur dramatics fella.

Now Angie I LOVED!!! She’s amazeballs, she’s got so much attitude and banter, If I was a lesbian she’s the girlfriend I would want!!! I love that she is such a massive bitch, obviously most of it is bravado to cover up her hurt towards Jason but she was hilarious!!!

I love the way that the author used songs and took the piss out of both her own characters and the songs themselves. Taylor Swift is brilliant at ripping the piss out of her ex’s and it’s a brilliant idea!!!

Jase and Angie had this amazing angry sex thing going on and it was definitely hot but I did kind of miss having just a little bit of romance and love.

I LOVED Rusty he’s hilarious and almost as funny as Dan, this series is the gift that keeps on giving. When one funny character steps to the back another is brought in, this author really knows how to write a laugh out loud character.

I liked Jase and Angie they had some angry, wild chemistry and I did get sucked into the story. But personally I didn’t love them as much as Dan and Ash or Troy Harris and Megs.

Stage Dive gets 4 stars from me.

I was sad to read this book because it is the last in the series but also excited to finally have Jason's story.

Jason is the keyboardist for Power Station, the guy behind the keyboard that nobody ever sees, and he's ok with that. He doesn't need the limelight like the other guys and prefers to stay in the background. When the band has to fire their opening act and find another one quick, Troy(Harris (;) suggests the one person Jason can't stop thinking about but would like to never see again...Angie...Troy's next door neighbor who he made a huge mistake with 10 years ago. He can't have her on tour...right in front of him ALL the time...

Angie has been working her butt off to make it in the music world. She knows her band has what it takes but she will be damned if she will use any name throwing to get there. But when Power Station comes with an offer, even though she wants to turn it down because she doesn't want to be around the one man that destroyed her heart all those years ago, she knows that she can't do that for her band. She will just continue to spit her fire and brimstone and keep him at arms length...right.....

The tulumutous relationship between Angie and Jason is just that, tumultuous! Their story is a rollercoaster combined with a house of mirrors! Someone is hiding a past and could possibly allow it to ruin something great. Such a great story...it had such heart and depth. Jason needed someone like Angie to show him that his past does not define his future and he can move past it and find that one GREAT love, if you open your heart and allow it. I loved reading about what the rest of the band were up to as well. Dan showed even married he still can be a douche! So sad to see the end of Power Station, but may they all live long happy lives with their loved ones!! Another great one T Gephart!!!

This is the final book in the Power station series and focuses on Jason and Angie.
Angie has always had a crush on Jason she wanted him,watched his every move and dreamed of being with him…one night her dream came true they spent the night together but that’s all it was one night the next day Jason told her it was a mistake and he left.Leaving her broken hearted.Ten years later hes a member of the rock band Power Station they are starting a tour and are looking for a support band.Angie has changed in the years since Jason left by day she helps her dad in the garage by night she plays with her band Black Addiction hoping to make it big some day.
When the other band members suggest they ask Angies band to come on the road with them Jason does all he can to talk them out of it,he knows he hurt her by walking away and doesn’t want to go down that road,but out voted they go see Angie and offer her band the chance they’ve been waiting for.
Sparks fly between them from the get go the banter the insults but they both cant deny the pull they still have for one another.Can Jason overcome the heartache from the past and let someone into his heart again? Can Angie forgive Jason for breaking her heart all those years ago?
I love love this book and am so sad this fantastic series has come to an end.
The gang are all on the road again this time with Angies band Black Addiction too,the story had me pulled in from the first pages,the banter,the fighting,the loving,the friendship they all share made up for one hell of a rollercoaster ride.You’ll laugh you’ll cry and you’ll be willing them to sort it out and be where they should be……together!! These characters definitely stay with you long after you have finished the book.I look forward to the next adventure this talented author takes us on next!!
