The Truth Untold: Stay Series Book 2

Rate this book
A lonely K-pop idol. A photographer hiding from the world. And a fake relationship that feels entirely too real.

For Jae, a member of the global K-pop phenomenon TSK, the spotlight offers no comfort. To escape the heartbreak of a love he can never have, he moves out of the group’s dorms, searching for a quiet place to heal.

Enter Arin, a woman built on secrets, keeping her head down and her past buried. Surviving on freelance photography and ramen, her quiet life is completely upended by a mail mix-up, a pampered cat, and a domestic emergency that brings Jae crashing into her world.

As Arin uncovers the real story behind Jae’s bright idol facade, seeing his hidden pain triggers an impulse she can't control. To protect him, she steps into the light as his temporary, fake girlfriend.

Yet the glitz of the idol world is a dangerous place for a lie to grow. When a group trip to Jeju Island brings Arin face-to-face with the impossibility of her feelings for Jae, the walls she built to protect herself start to crumble. With her dangerous past closing in, Jae is forced to face the truth untold—and decide if he’s brave enough to fight for something real.

Amy Kereth

Amy Kereth writes the romance novels she loves to read: stories that are sometimes heart-wrenching, sometimes sweet, but always deeply felt. Based in New Zealand, she is a genuine K-pop and K-drama fan who loves setting her stories in authentic locations, enhanced by just a touch of imagination.

If you love stories built on the ache of 'almost' and hard-won happy endings, you will feel right at home in Amy's world. When she isn't writing, Amy can be found appreciating the finer things in life, like travelling with her husband and doting on cats.

Really enjoyed the characters. I liked how Arin and Jae meet.. I can understand how Arin felt when Jae would bail out for Violet… felt bad she had feelings for him and didn’t know how he felt or seemed he was still into Violet and he was clueless… I really wanted to know Arin’s secret and then …your like … ohh… and when you got used to that another wam bam secret !! I really enjoyed this story and I was pretty interested to see where it went.. glad Jae ran into her friend Hana and made plans to save Arin at the end!! It was a good story and kept me interested. I hope another book comes out soon :)

What a wonderful book. I loved the characters' development, and I was especially happy to see Jae get his book! I loved him so much in Stay.

Arin is a really interesting character. I really enjoyed her development and the fact that she doesn't settle for just anything.

The second book is even better than the first. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

Perfect for K-pop lovers, but also for romance lovers in general.
