Rate this book
When nineteen-year-old Dell Hewitt starts her sophomore year of college, she has it all figured out: she’s returning to her perfect boyfriend, Will, and she’s rooming with her best friend, Natalie. But when Will shows up to a party with another girl, Dell’s flawless world begins to unravel.

Reeling from the betrayal, she earns the nickname “Hurricane Dell” as she navigates through the pressures of heartbreak and a jealous roommate.

As Dell picks up the shattered pieces of her old life, she finds herself being pursued by the cute film major who works at the bike shop. Cameron is different from Will in so many ways, but will Dell find what she’s looking for in him?

An honest journey through romance, heartache, and rocky friendships, Finding Dell will draw you into life at Seneca University from the first page.

Couldn't even finish the book. Dell was a character who was whiny and just too needy for a guy and was okay with going on a date who already had a girlfriend!! ( i stopped reading at this point)
This book portrayed women to not be independent and I felt that it stereotyped women into believing that they need a man in their life.
I hated the attitude of Dell and her thought process. I hated the fact that SHE KNEW the guy had a girlfriend but she still agreed on a date. I hated the fact that she was never considerate of other people's feelings.

All in all, I did not enjoy this book.

The author is a high school classmate, and I enjoyed reading her first novel! Definitely a plot more suited for the YA demographic, but an enjoyable summer read.
