The third in a serial of 6 installments - definitely need to read in order as follows straight on from the previous episode.
After the dramatic ending to the previous serial, I was very grateful to have time to regroup and dive into this episode. The tenuous hold they have on their emotions, and the newness of their feelings are making for some rocky roads. The interference of others, the demons from the past and the issues of employee/yer relationships are all in the path trying to derail the thing they think they might want to try .... and at the same time there are other threads which also engage and challenge the reader. This is rich and heady stuff!
This next installment of thi series is full of fire and passion between Dominic and Aleena. Amazing how the fire fuel their passion and ignites them to start something that neither of them know anything about. Being in a relationship. Aleena has started to become strong willed even though he i going through turmoil with thi relationhip with Dominic. But still she puts her foot down and stands her ground when it is truly necessary. Dominic is like two different people mixed in one body.Struggling with how much he need Aleena and how much he wants to not need anybody or anything. Reading them struggle with this makes such an amazing story. His mother involvement in his personal life and bringing other women into it definately compliate the situation. 5 star.

I ate this one up! Story flew by in a blur and I was loading up Vol. 4 directly after finishing. Penelope continues to cause issues as she tries to come between Dominic and Aleena...putting her rich, aristocratic nose into everything. Dominic's mom gives us more grief and the relationship heats up with Dominic & Aleena nicely. A good punishment scene ensues...but can Aleena handle what she got herself into? Can Dominic do the relationship side? We'll see! Enjoying the series very much so far!
I like Dominic I know he have a dark pass even if I don't know what it is yet. If he can't be honest with Aleena he needs to leave her along. God his mother is all I am going to say, but he just need to be a man about it and let her find done else. Can't wait to see what's next.
This book in particular shared more than a few similarities with Fifty Shades of Grey/Darker. They are boardering on the same story line, male adopted into a wealthy family, had a traumatic experience that potentially plays a role as to why they are into the Sub-Dom lifestyle, not looking for love or a relationship and hurting the person that they are falling for....etc. I will see how this one plays out though, hopefully it is not completely similar...
It was just kind of "eh". I know there's a mystery with his past and all but it's not enough to keep me interested. that and the fact that the volumes are so short, it's really not keeping me interested although the smut is pretty good.
Status levels and people that adhere to them just feels wrong, it's good drama for the story tho. What is Penelope and his mom up to, I'm sure it's something that they came up with together. Let's see what's next.
This is the 3rd volume of the Serving Him Series and should be read in order.
Aleena may be used to people making judgements about her because if her biracial heritage but the fact that Dominic didn’t defend her is what hurt more. Will they be able to fix what has been damaged or will this be what ends their time together.
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
Aleena prides herself as being an intelligent strong woman but every time she runs into people who think they are better than her because of class or colour her self-esteem takes a hit. She loves her job more than she expected to and she excels at it. The one thing Aleena knows is that her dream job can be taken away in an instant but what’s worse it she could lose Dominic. She has tried not to let her feelings for the man go far but no matter how hard she tries, she knows she’s falling for him.
Dominic is a man who knows what he wants and knows how it get it. It’s never been hard for him as his alpha and Dom sides attracts woman with similar tastes. The problem is Aleena, as innocent as she is, she has gotten under his skin. He knows he screwed up by not putting his mother in his place and the moment Aleena walked out he knew it would take more than just a simple sorry to get her back.
This is the third in the Serving Him series and it hotter than the first two. Aleena goes to her friend Molly for a break from Dominic’s life and Dominic himself. Feeling hurt by what happened she talks to Molly but not right away. You really can’t blame her considering how she was treated by Dominic’s mother. Aleena finally let a man in and trusted him to teach her but Dominic screwed up big time. There is always consequences to actions and Dominic finds this out when he can’t find Aleena or has anyway to contact her, which leaves him to worry about her. After some time away she finally goes back to the apartment to find he isn’t there but out at the house in the Hamptons looking for her. Dominic does care about her but since we have been given hints as to what he went through when he was younger, we know that he hasn’t had a real relationship so he doesn’t have any idea of what to do. The book has a few ups and downs along with a new character introduced, whom only creates more trouble to this pair. These ups and downs lead to one hot night where things explode for Dominic and Aleena. Cassie Wild and M. S. Parker leave the readers fanning themselves after that one very hot and naughty night for Dominic and Aleena. Like every great series there has to be a cliff-hanger and I can’t wait to see what Aleena does in the next volume in this series.

This review is for all six books in the Serving Him series.
Serving Him is a six part serial romance that really delivers. The main characters are both interesting and easy to connect to, the heat levels are off the scale and the storyline kept my attention from the start of book one until the end of book six. Sometimes I get annoyed with authors splitting stories up into separate parts, but this one really worked for me. The story was paced well throughout the six books, each part was satisfying to read and left me wanting more. I would definitely read more from these two authors as I enjoyed this steamy series a lot.
Aleena moved to New York from Iowa determined to make a life for herself. So far it's not going totally to plan though - her roommate is a complete bitch and her boss is a creep. Things start to look up for her when she meets Dominic - although it doesn't start off well when he accidentally gets her fired from her waitressing job! She eventually lands a dream job working for dishy Dominic and she soon starts to fall for the temperamental billionaire. Dominic thinks Aleena is far too good and innocent for him though - he has a dark, tragic past and doesn't do normal relationships. He only has quick flings with submissives who know the score - he can't offer anything more than sex. But he can't deny the strong connection between him and his employee and things start to heat up between this sexy pair.
Dominic is a fascinating character who had me intrigued right from the start. When we begin to learn about his past it becomes clear why he is as controlling as he is, and my heart really broke for him. Aleena seems to be the perfect match for him, but their journey is not an easy one as there are lots of speed bumps in their path. As well as the romantic storyline, I really enjoyed the sub-plot about Dominic's adoption as it added an extra element to the story. Serving Him is a great series that I'd definitely recommend. All six books were impossible to put down so they all receive five stars.
I received copies of these books in exchange for a honest review.
You HAVE to read this series! Arrrgh!!! Is the only thing I can say at the moment! And that is because I just finished this book. This installment has made me laugh, cry, and want to throw my kindle at the wall! I just can't tell you how much I am loving this series! It's amazing, and HOT! I am having a hard time writing this review because there is so much going on at this point and the end literally made me shout in frustration. If you haven't read the first two books stop now. Go back. And read them in order because this is definitely not a standalone. That being said this book has really taken me through the wringer. So it starts off where the last book ended with Dominic screwing up, well his mother did the deed by being a rude, bigoted, classist, racist, b-word, but his actions were all kinds of wrong or should I say his inaction. We get to see more of Dominic's high society, false, back-stabbing world. Also we learn just a little more about the darkness that he is dealing with, the dark, horrible memories that plague him, and start to get a glimpse of why he is the way he is. Aleena has never been in this situation before and neither has Dominic but they decide that they can learn about it together. Then after a visit from his mother-figure, only real friend in the world, and former PA, Fawna, the one who found Aleena. Who saw in her that she had what it takes to handle Dominic, he starts thinking, and doubting and pulling away, keeping things to himself when he'd just made Aleena promise to just be honest with him. Not that Fawna had intended that to happen I'm positive. Then just when it seems like everything might just be going to be alright... that ending!!!! I have to say I have so much respect for all of you who have followed the series from the start and waited between each book, because if I had to do it that way. I think I'd be at the authors' doors demanding book #4. Just kidding. Kind of. The authors just keep outdoing themselves. I can't imagine what we're in for next. I was given a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
MS Parker and Cassie Wild, what are you doing to me, I don't know how much more I can take, Dominic and Aleena's story is going to drive me crazy.
The story in this book is very well develop and well written and the plot is very fast paced and you will find yourself turning the pages with anticipation of what is going to happen next. The characters in this book are very well written and I will tell you all once again that Dominic is mine and I will not share him, Aleena may have him in the book, but other than that he is mine. I have to say this, I know its his mother, but I really dislike Jacqueline, she just rubs me the wrong way.
Book three picks up right where book two left off and that's with Aleena running because of what Dominic's mother said and what Dominic didn't do or say. In this book we will see Aleena return to "work" for Dominic as he says that he does not care what his mother thinks about class and the color of people. In this book we will also see Penelope Rittnour return, personally I think she is a b#$%@ and is only coming around at the instance of Dominic's mother as she does not like his choice in women. In this book we will also more into Dominic's past, but I'm wondering when we will get his whole story and we will also see Aleena and Dominic's relationship be something he is not ready to admit he wants.
This book ends with a game changing cliff hanger and I absolutely cannot wait for book four, I need more of MY Dominic and I guess Aleena). Hurry up june 8th.....
WOW This series is FANTASTIC!!!! Totally rocks!! It’s hot but sweet. It’s got strong characters but they are also fiercely independent. It’s got so much heart but its also very erotic. Did I say it’s hot? Cause it’s HOT!!!
During this series you will follow Aleena Davison through her early adulthood. She will find herself, learn about herself and become truly comfortable in her own skin. You see, Aleena is half black and half white. What she doesn’t see is that she has a value and a strength that will be tested and never broken. She also doesn’t see the sexual fire she has. She’s never had too. She’s only had one lover and that was a terrible experience.
Dominic has major issues, probably more than Aleena and definitely deeper. He doesn’t do relationships, he is a certified workaholic and has serious issues with the way he was brought up. He’s rich, always has been, and because of his “social status” he has a lot of pressure to meet certain expectations. These are not expectations that Aleena can fulfill because she doesn’t have the cold heart it takes to live in his world.
Can Aleena be enough for Dom? Can Dom finally give his whole self to her? Will Aleena be able to stand up for herself and become the woman she was always meant to be?
OMG! Go 1click all these books RIGHT NOW!!!! Amazing!!! M.S. Parker is amazing and I’ve read most of her books so I can tell you….she genius!!! But this might be one of my favorites. I was seriously sad when it ended!!!
I swear every new installment in this series by M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild just gets better and better.
I absolutely love the fact that Aleena really started to stand up for herself even more in this novella than she did in previous ones. We have seen more insight into Dominic and small glimpses into his past and what has shaped him into the man that he has become. Every novel, book and novella has to have that one character that you just love to hate, well no worries this one does too, and that is Penelope, and let me just say our amazing authors have written her in such a fantastic light that we as readers "hate her guts". Unfortunately there is no polite way to put it she is the mean maniacal, diabolical witch with a capital B that everyone loves to despise in a novel and she is written into this series quite well and honestly I cannot wait to see what our amazing authors do with her character.
The chemistry between our two main characters remains to be ever magnetic and enchanting thorough out the series and the storyline impeccable. This one leaves us on one heck of a cliff hanger with our mouths on the floor patiently (or not so patiently) awaiting the arrival of the next volume. If you haven't downloaded it and added it to your TBR list yet get to it this action packed drama is full of suspense that will leave you wanting more and waiting for the next steamy novella!
FYI, I'm giving my review of the six novella's as a whole and not each individual one....
Let me start of with WOW! What a fantastic read! I literally couldn't put the books down and totally adored Aleena and Dominic. They're chemistry was on fire and their connection is just adorable.
There were some serious moments that you felt so connected with Aleena and the position she finds herself in. Down on your luck girl gets dream job with hottie boss...that happens to everyone, right?! In our fantasy for sure!
Dominic is an amazing character. Not nearly as "alpha" as I would actually imagine someone in his position...but he puts off enough of the alpha vibe that it works. His background is thoroughly captivating and I really wish there was more to it. I felt like it was just more brushed over here and there instead of really dedicating more to it. But what was there, was really great!
These two overcome some serious obstacles in the forms of family, friends, and the past. Nothing is easy for them but they work so well together and make you always feel like there's hope for people that grow up so differently between race, money, status, etc...and fall so head over heals for one another.
Ahhhhh!! These cliffhangers are KILLING ME!! And Penelope?? Needs to be punched in the face!! Great first thoughts, huh?! I will have to go back and reread all these volumes as a whole once they all are released, but setting it up in volumes definitely keeps the reader coming back for more. I know I'm hooked!
In this episode, we learn a little more about Dominic and see the vile people that have been/are a part of his life. Aleena helps him see things differently and he realizes how much he finds himself needing her. He's not used to needing anyone, has bad memories and he doesn't know what to do with himself and these feelings. As a reader, I feel sorry for him, but I don't want him to give up on a relationship with Aleena just because these feelings are foreign! He's trying to figure things out and Aleena lets him know that she wants to know more both about him and his preferences. She's new to his world, and she lets him know she wants to be there for him and wants him to teach her. Boy, is it hot!!!! And then the plot thickens. I hope they can keep their momentum going and not let outside forces interfere. I can't wait to see what's next! Come on, June 8th!
Aleena finally decides with the help of Molly that it's time for her to go back to the penthouse and tell Dominic that he hurt her by not standing up to his mother about what she said. When she got back to the penthouse she was told that he wasn't in and that he had to call Dominic to let him know that you were back. Dominic arrived back and found a letter taped on Aleena's door and he wasn't happy about it but he left her alone. Aleena was hurt by both Dominic and his mother, she is biracial. Dominic has been worried sick about Aleena, he doesn't do relationships so this is all new to him. Molly is Aleena's best friend and when she finds out what happened she isn't happy. Jacqueline is Dominic's mother, she is very rude, she doesn't like people who don't come from class and money. Penelope is very rude, she comes from money. She also has a thing for Dominic. This series keeps getting better and better. It's very well written and the characters are very well developed. This is a very fast paced story and it had me hooked from the first page. You have to read volume two before you read this book. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
A hot new series is on the block! M.S. Parker and her faithful co-writer Cassie Wild are at it once again teasing our senses with a new series that is sure to be panty melting. Each book in this series gets better and better until the ultimate conclusion blows us out of the water.
This is one of those series where the books pull you in and devour you whole by the end. This series is hot, sexy, steamy, passionate, edgy, intense and crazy addicting. Once you start the first book, I promise that you won't be able to put it down until you have read all six.

Inhad the privelage of ARC reading serving him vol. 3. Its a hot new series from writing goddess M.S. Parker aher faithful co-writer Cassie Wild. Once again they are at it once again teasing our senses with a new series that is sure to erotic and teasing.
This series will have you wanting to devour this series by the end. This series is hot, sexy, steamy, passionate, edgy, intense and crazyingly addicting. Once you start the first book, I promise that you won't be able to put it down until you have read all six.
This is the third part of Aleena and Dominic’s story. Aleena and Dominic are hotter than ever butthere are still secrets that lurk. Dominic is a private man with erotic tastes. What will happen with the erotic and sensual chemistry between dominic and aleena. Get ready for a sexy and sinful ride with these two that is sure to be thrilling and passionate.
I was pulled right into this story. This is a 6 part story so be prepared to get all 6 parts. The story has laughs, suspense, secrets, naughty fun, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first Serving HIM Vol. 1 (Serving HIM, #1) Serving HIM Vol. 2 (Serving HIM, #2)
This is the third part of Aleena and Dominic’s story. Aleena wonders if she still wants to work with Dominic. Should she quit? Will things change? Is the hassle of the hurt she feels worth being with Dominic? How can she trust him to take care of her when he made her feel so horrible? People are against Aleena and Dominic being a couple but just how far will they go to keep these two apart? When it comes down to it will secrets be revealed or is the relationship going to end before it really has a chance to begin?
I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story in this 6 part series.
Another great book, Dominic is struggling with his need to have Aleena in his life. He has never felt this way towards a woman and he does not know what to do. He pulls away, and she just seems to accept the distance. "I was starting to regret things and miss them and want them. And it would only get, worse, I knew, because as I'd already admitted to myself, I was coming to need her."
Aleena is still very upset about his mother's reaction to her and her comment about exotic sex. Aleena is learning to be Dominic's submissive, and also keeping his business life in perfect order. Aleena states "But I need you to teach me what it means to be in your world." I swallowed hard. "But only if you want this to be more than sex. I can't do this if this is all there is."
Excellent writing, and the story has some similarities to the Fifty Shades series the way it is written.
I am enjoying Serving Him Vol 3 from the Serving Him series. It looks like we can expect about a Novella once a week I am really enjoying this Series by M. S. Parker and Cassie Wild, the dynamic duo.
Serving Him 3 was about Dominic's mother Jacqueline St. James-Snow is a snob. Because Aleena is not from her class in fact she is below her class. Aleena is bi-racial and she isn't rich! So Aleena isn't good enough for her son. And, Jacqueline is all for Penelope since she is from the right side of the track. And, the story unfolds. I can't say more because I don't do spoilers. But, this is a short read and an enjoyable one so you should give this series a try. But, start at Serving Him, Vol 1. I am looking forward to reading more about Dominic (the Alpha Billionaire) and Aleena the Bi-Racial, poor girl! Next book is due out 6/8. I give this book 4.5 stars.
There are some author's you can get tired of...Ms.Parker is not 1 of them for me!!! I cannot wait until each & every one of her new series' comes out!! This sultry little story is no different!! At the end of book 2, Aleena is completely insulted & ticked off at Dominic & his terrible mother, and very rightfully so. She now has a hard decision to make, quit her awesome job & walk away forever or stay and be insulted by the "upper class" of Dominic's world. I just love Aleena, you think she is this squeaky little girl who will just let everyone say & do what they want and not defend herself, but she surprises the hell out of me!! I love Dominic, he apparently has his own little closet of secrets we are just now getting to hear about. Can't wait for more. And the END...Omg?!?!?! Am waiting very patiently for the next story!!!
The story continues as aftermath as Domenic’s mother catches them in bed together and finds that she is a racist and he did not defend her.
Aleena runs out and disappears at her friend’s place for the weekend as she cannot handle seeing Domenic again. Meantime he is worried about as he looks for her but to no avail. He cannot call her since she left her phone at his place.
She returns back on Monday and that even the security guard knows she been missing and has orders from Domenic to inform him of her presence. He returns as they end up making up.
Aleena not only has to deal with his mom but Penelope a friend of his mom who is after Domenic. Things go hit and miss with them as they try to continue their relationship as insecurities continue to strike.
