Harry runs into Draco at his favorite Muggle coffee shop. They have an awkward tea together, that ends with Draco telling Harry to owl him sometime. They strike up a friendship in which Harry visits Draco and Draco cooks for him.
Harry's still technically with Ginny, and has to work through his confusion over why he likes hanging out with Draco more than with her.
