Sleepless: Road to Redemption Series
What if your most intimate dreams weren’t dreams at all… but an invitation… a doorway?
Dahlia thought she had everything she ever wanted. A devoted husband. A beautiful new home. A future she believed was finally beginning.
Except perfection can be a very convincing illusion.
With her husband working longer hours and spending more nights away from home, the quiet of that beautiful new life starts to settle around her. When loneliness begins creeping into the empty spaces of her days, Dahlia finds an unexpected escape in vivid dreams of a dark stranger whose touch feels far too real.
Night after night, she’s drawn deeper into the darkness, awakening desires she can’t explain and a connection she can’t resist.
But everything changes when tragedy strikes, exposing dark secrets and truths she was never meant to discover. As her life begins to fall apart, the dreams start to feel less like a distraction… and more like salvation. Even though she’s convinced none of it is real, Emrys Altieri absolutely is.
He’s a demon. Damned for centuries, along with his brother Salex, trapped in an underworld where desire and darkness rule. Together, they have spent countless years searching for a way out of Hell.
Dahlia was never meant to cross into their world. But fate isn’t always what we expect…and the road to redemption could cost them everything

About the author
Sharon Elizabeth
6 books7 followersHi! I’m Sharon Elizabeth, a New York girl who grew up chasing adventure and staying up way too late with a flashlight and a book.
I’m a reader first and an author second. Books have always been the place I escaped to, and somewhere along the way I decided I wanted to write stories that other people could escape into too.
I love flawed characters, impossible choices, redemption, and villains who make you question your own morals. If that’s your thing too, welcome. I think we’re going to get along just fine.

Love,Love, Love! I was lucky enough to get an arc copy of this book and I’m so grateful I did. Pulled me in and kept me wanting more from page one! Dark, sexy, and fast paced. Had me kicking my feet at some points and crying at others definitely a must read. Can’t wait for book 2!

⭐️♾️ Infinite stars. There simply isn’t a rating high enough for this book.
“She had already captured me, and the terrifying part wasn’t that she could. It was that I wanted her to… My existence has been hollow for so long.”
That quote alone perfectly captures why this story completely consumed me.
This is a dark paranormal fantasy romance that becomes increasingly darker, richer, and more captivating with every chapter. The war between angels and demons, Heaven and Earth, light and darkness, good and evil was breathtaking in its scope. It was brutal, haunting, and terrifying, yet somehow incredibly beautiful at the same time.
I am genuinely in awe of what this author accomplished. She created an immersive, vividly imagined world while delivering incredible emotional depth and meaningful character growth. Every revelation felt earned, every chapter peeled back another layer of the story, and the pacing was absolutely flawless. I never once wanted to put it down. Each chapter felt like unwrapping another gift, revealing another piece of a puzzle I couldn’t wait to solve.
This wasn’t just a book I enjoyed…it was an experience. It completely consumed me from beginning to end and reminded me why I fell in love with reading in the first place.
Without question, this is one of my all-time favorite books. I am officially obsessed with this story, these characters, the atmosphere, the emotions it pulled from me, and this author’s writing. Consider me a fan for life because I will be reading absolutely everything she writes.

Okay… this book had me questioning whether I was awake, dreaming, or making some seriously questionable decisions with a demon 🤣
Dahlia has the kind of life that looks perfect from the outside, but underneath it all, she’s lonely. Then she starts dreaming about a mysterious man… except he’s not actually a figment of her imagination!!
Meet Emrys, a demon who has been trapped in the underworld for centuries. If you like dark, this one is for you!
I really enjoyed the combination of dark romance + demons + dreams + secrets + redemption. The premise pulled me in because you’re constantly wondering what’s real and what isn’t, and Emrys definitely brings that dangerous MMC you know you shouldn’t want but absolutely do energy!
If you like your romance with a little darkness, a supernatural twist, morally questionable men, and a whole lot of “well…this is probably a terrible idea, but I’m invested now” energy, definitely put this one on your radar.
Would I recommend it?
Absolutely. Especially if dark supernatural romance is your thing. 🖤📖

Imagine building a life with the person you love, settling into a new home, only to have your entire world turned upside down.
This story explores the complexities of love and what it truly means to choose someone every day. Being in love isn't always easy, it's about learning each other, making sacrifices, and deciding how far you're willing to go for the person who holds your heart. Could you forgive a secret that was kept to protect you? That's one of the many questions this book asks.
At its core, this is a story about love, longing, desire, and the incredible power those emotions hold. The yearning between the characters is palpable, and the spice is beautifully written, adding depth to their relationship rather than taking away from the story.
I'm excited to see where this series goes next.

He came to her in her dreams and ignited something deep within her.
Sleepless by Sharon Elizabeth is a delicious dark romance that I devoured. This story has everything I look for in a great read: romance, tragedy, betrayal, and second chances. When a demon condemned to Hell falls in love with a human, what chance do they have of finding a world where they can truly belong together?
Yes, there are plenty of spicy moments, but they are balanced by scenes that are genuinely heartbreaking. One of my favorite touches was the way the author opened each chapter with a poem. It was a clever choice that added emotional depth to the story, and several of the poems were especially moving.
I gave Sleepless ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ and can't wait to dive into the second book in the series.
