This was very fast paced! At first i thought it would be insta love but i like that the author built their relationship and they weren’t instantly together. They literally dont get officially together until the very end because she didn’t know who her stalker was but she was already getting to know him unknowingly during his therapy sessions. For lexi’s first book this was a great start! 😊 cant wait to see what else she does!

“Misery loves company, and baby, I’m not afraid to drag you into the abyss with me.”

“I always get what’s mine. And baby, you’re mine forever.”

Okay, this was one of my most anticipated reads of the year and I wasn’t disappointed! This book had me in a chokehold hold immediately. The author was able to pack a solid plot in under 300 pages. I was so engrossed and needed to know what was going to happen next.

AXEL is now definitely one of my new book boyfriends. Who doesn’t love a masked, stalker, unhinged, and brooding fictional man? 🥵

I was a huge fan of the therapist x client trope. Speaking of tropes, this book was packed with so many of my favorites.

It gave obsession, masked MMC, stalker MMC, primal play, therapist x patient, and trauma.

If you are looking for a dark suspenseful romance that’s a quick read I highly suggest this.

I just have to start off by saying that I am so freaking proud of Lexi. This is such an incredible first book. She is truly, such a talented author and I can’t wait to cheer her on her journey of being an author.

I loved this story so much. I absolutely love Axel and Dahlia. Dahlia is such a lovable FMC and don’t even get me started on Axel. I’m down BAD for that man.

Lexi laid out this story so well, I felt like I was flying through the pages while watching a movie in my head. I just can’t get enough of these characters. I was so sad when it ended. The depth was amazing. For such a short story, you get so much depth with the characters. My broken boy, Axel. 🥺

Buttt now do we get a book about the Zs???👀

“I'm going to make her obsess over me the way she has me obsessing over her. It's only fair that I return the sentiment.”

What an honor to have received the ARC for Lexi Lane’s debut Framed Obsession. Thank you Lexi!

I had a really good time reading this dark stalker romance! It was a fun, easy read and I loved our main characters and genuinely felt for both of them.

Axel is a tortured, morally grey MMC. After living through a childhood full of neglect and abuse and pushing the pain down to escape he starts experiencing flashbacks from his past that start to affect his everyday life.
Dahlia has only ever wanted to help people, so when Axel Gray shows up for a therapy appointment at her office she’s more than happy to help him work through the issues of his past. Little does she know he’s about to become a BIG part of her life whether she likes it or not. And she does, in fact she ends up LOVING it!

Lexi does a wonderful job developing her characters and making them relatable and when it got steamy, oh boy, I was HOOKED! That end scene? OMFG I was BLUSHINGGGG and kicking my damn feet, what an ending!

This is Lexi’s debut and I can’t imagine how terrifying it is to put your first book out in the world and have someone tear it down so this is NOT THAT! I’m simply pointing out a few very FIXABLE flaws that I (me, only me) came across. I mostly support indie authors and love to give them a platform but it would be a disservice for me to not be honest.
There were a few things that stuck out to me like I wish we got to spend a little more time with Axel and his trauma, it is a fast paced book so I won’t harp on that too much but when it comes to dark romance I personally look forward to how character driven they can be and I definitely wanted more of that in this particular story. We have such a tormented MMC and while we do brush on his mental health since the FMC is literally his therapist, I just would’ve liked to see more of that in particular.
Some of the dialogue felt awkward at times but that could have been intentional as this is NOT a conventional love story.
These are things that I know will improve with experience and time. I had a really good time with it and can’t wait to see what Lexi does next! After a certain point I literally didn’t want to put it down! 🔥🙌🏻

I knew this was going to be good, but I was so blown out of the water. I genuinely wanted to jump into my Kindle and get some Axel Gray for myself.🤪 As an MMC, he was delicious and devious. I mean, obsession is in the title and you bet that’s what we got. The way that man stalked Dahlia was just too good - the notes, the pictures, the flowers, the way he didn’t give a sh!t who or what he had to go through to make her his. His mental health representation and the trauma he went through was so bittersweetly well written. I absolutely loved how even though he’s so damn toxic, the way he views and admires Dahlia (even though he was never shown that love & compassion himself) genuinely made my heart swell up. Our FMC Dahlia Rosen was probably one of my favorites to date. She’s resilient, strong willed, and independent - and honestly I had a big ol girl crush on her too.🤪😂🥵

Lexi did a phenomenal job delivering us a fast-paced & delectable therapist x patient dark stalker romance (the way Dahlia healed Axel in so many ways😭😭), and her word choices and verbiage alongside the intoxicating plot balanced with salacious spice truly made this an easy five star read for me - I genuinely already want to reread. I gobbled it up in two sittings (work prevented it from being one😂) and honestly I’m so sad I’ll never get to read this for the first time again.🥹💚📸

Right from the first page, I was completely hooked on this book! The MMC was delightfully unhinged and intensely obsessed with the MFC, drawing me into their compelling and magnetic connection. It explored many traumatic events and portrayed PTSD, so I suggest checking the trigger warnings before reading—trust me, it added depth and a personal touch. The therapist-patient relationship was intriguing and held my attention throughout. The chemistry between the characters was electric, with the MFC’s story full of twists that kept me on the edge of my seat. This was my first time reading this author, but it definitely won't be my last!

OBSESSED!!!

I was lucky enough to read this book early and I’m so grateful for that opportunity!

Framed obsession did NOT disappoint, it had me hooked from beginning to end.

I found myself loving the characters and hurting when they did. Truly just wanted to give them a hug and comfort them. Lexi did an amazing job with the mental health rep she wrote into the book. You can tell she poured herself into her book and baby it paid off cause Framed Obsession was an amazing read that I HIGHLY recommend!

Framed Obsession by @author_lexilane

I'm going to start by saying that I had the honor of being an ARC reader for her debut book and when I tell you I loved it! I LOVED IT!

please make sure you check your trigger and content warnings before reading this

I'm going to start by saying that I absolutely devoured this book. From the beginning I was immediately drawn in and couldn't put it down. Dahlia lives with her best friend Zoe in an apartment and she is a therapist as well.

From the moment Axel sets his eyes on Dahlia it is end game for him. He makes it his mission to her her his. He follows her to make sure she makes it home safe. I mean who wouldn't want a masked stalker following them and leaving green Dahlia in her apartment with Polaroid of her. Axel is trying to work through his demons and he thinks Dahlia will be able to fix him.

This book was under 300 pages and I felt like it had the perfect amount of spice, plot and character development. I felt like I got to know the characters and even Axel's back story. Once I got close to the end i didn't want to finish because I didn't want it to be over. I loved it and couldn't get enough of it.

ꜰʀᴀᴍᴇᴅ ᴏʙꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴏɴ is an addictive dark stalker romance. I seriously couldn't put this book down! I love that Axel is beautifully broken and his little flower is the perfect match. She heals him in every way. It's been days since I've finished the story and I still can't stop thinking about this book!

I had such a fun time with this book! 🤍 I absolutely adore the author, Lexi, & was so excited to dive into her debut novel. Going into this one, I definitely had high expectations, and thankfully, the story did not disappoint!!

I really enjoyed where Lexi took the story. While there were a few moments where the writing style felt a little less mature than what I usually reach for, I think that comes with the territory of a first novel, and I still found myself really invested in the story.

Axel and Dahlia were so good together. I loved them, and Axel’s backstory genuinely broke my heart. 🥺 He went through SO much growing up, and I honestly would have loved to see more of his past and get a deeper look into what shaped him into the man he became.

Overall, I really enjoyed this one and am so excited to see what Lexi does next! 🖤

ARC REVIEW

Oh my gosh, the second I see a psychologist/patient trope, I fucking FROTH for that shit because immediately my brain goes: psychotic obsession mixed with the unhingedness of Malachi from Little Stranger. I don't know what that says about me, but those are apparently my selling points. 😭 And I will say, Framed Obsession absolutely delivered on exactly what it promised me.

This book was SO fast-paced. There genuinely wasn't a moment where I felt bored or like we were just filling space until the next thing happened. Something was always going on, and I think what worked so well for me was that it knew exactly what kind of book it wanted to be. I was promised double stalking, a sarcastic, witty, completely unhinged MMC, biker romance, predator/prey, touch her and die, insta-obsession, psychologist/patient—all of these tropes were handed to me before I started reading, and then the book actually gave me all of them. Thank you. That is literally all I ask. 😭

The revenge scenes were so brutally fun. The stalking and obsession was so thrilling. And the smutttttt. The smut was genuinely so fucking good and delicious. One of my favourite authors when it comes to smut is Lo Gold, and then I got to the dedication and found out that Lo Gold had actually read Lexi's manuscript and I was like… yep, that makes sense. <3

My fav smut scene is definitely where Axel dropps Dahlia off home and she has some self-love time while pulling up a certain photo, and Axel is busy watching her self-love time on his phone and ummm enjoys himself too. Okay fk off, I found that hot, don't judge me.

And because the story is so fast-paced, I already know this is going to be one of those books I can keep coming back to whenever I just want something smutty and unhinged that I can devour without having to commit my entire brain to a massive plot.

The story follows Dahlia and Axel, and Axel is just your average Joe who enjoys stalking his psychologist. You know. Normal activities. He's got cameras throughout her house, he's following her around, he's watching her constantly, and meanwhile Dahlia ALSO has another stalker because apparently one stalker wasn't enough for this woman. So we have a whole double-stalking situation was so thrilling and scary.

But Axel was probably what made this book for me. He reminded me SO much of Malachi while also being completely different in a way that I really appreciated. Malachi is funny without trying to be funny. That man is so genuinely psychotic that he will do or say something completely fucking absurd and have absolutely no understanding of why everyone around him is looking at him like he's insane. Axel knows. And I loved that. Axel is funny on purpose. He'll say something specifically because he knows it's going to get a rise out of Dahlia or piss off whoever happens to be around him. There was this awareness he had of himself, his anger and his own responses that made his unhingedness so much fun to read. He isn't always unhinged simply because he's psychotic and can't help himself. Sometimes this man is perfectly aware that he has multiple options available to him and actively chooses the most fucked-up one. And I really liked that duality within his character.

I also really appreciated the representation of Axel's PTSD paralysis because it gave us these glimpses of something much deeper underneath the sarcastic, violent, obsessive version of him that we see for most of the story. There is clearly a LOT going on with this man, and I feel like we've barely scratched the surface of it. From what we learn, it seems like there is a significant amount of abuse and trauma in Axel's past that I desperately want to unpack more.

And please tell me we're getting another book because I have questions. There is so much more I want to understand about Axel, his trauma and how he became the person he is now. I loved the glimpses we got in this book, but they honestly just made me want to crawl inside his brain even more and figure out what the fuck is happening in there.

Overall, Framed Obsession was just so much fucking fun. Lexi absolutely delivered on the tropes she promised, I devoured this ridiculously quickly, and I'm genuinely so proud of everything she's already accomplished with this book.

4.75 STARS!

🚨 ATTENTION DARK ROMANCE READERS: THIS BOOK IS NOT HERE TO BEHAVE. 🚨

I went into Framed Obsession expecting an obsessive MMC, a little stalking, some dark romance chaos, and spice.

What I got was a completely unhinged good time that had me side-eyeing every suspicious text message, defending morally questionable behavior, and becoming embarrassingly attached to a man who desperately needs therapy... which is ironic considering his obsession starts with his therapist.

Yes. You read that correctly.

Dahlia is a psychologist trying to live her life while things around her begin taking a very unsettling turn. Someone is watching. Someone is leaving things behind. Someone knows more than they should.

And then there's Axel.

Axel is obsessive, sarcastic, possessive, traumatized, chaotic, and honestly? An absolute menace.
This man does not understand the meaning of boundaries. He sees them as more of a suggestion.
But what made Axel work for me wasn't just the obsession. Beneath all that cocky, possessive, "I'll handle it" energy is someone carrying a lot of pain. The more I learned about him, the more invested I became. One minute I was laughing at something outrageous that came out of his mouth, and the next I was sitting there like, oh... Axel, baby, who hurt you?

And Dahlia? I LOVED her.

She's not just standing around waiting to be saved. She's got her own darkness, her own strength, and enough fire in her personality to make her and Axel's dynamic feel like two dangerous people playing with matches.

🔥 The obsession? Delicious.
🖤 The stalking? Unhinged.
🏍️ The biker vibes? Yes, please.
😮‍💨 The spice? Absolutely understood the assignment.
🥺 The emotional moments? Rude. I was not prepared.
😂 The humor? Had me genuinely laughing.

What I really enjoyed was how fast and addictive this story felt. Things were constantly happening, secrets were unfolding, and I kept needing to know what fresh chaos was waiting around the corner.
Framed Obsession isn't trying to give you a sweet, wholesome romance with a perfectly stable man bringing flowers to your door.

No.

This is for the readers who see an obsessive, morally questionable man with a traumatic past and think:
"I can fix him."

And then realize five chapters later...
Actually, never mind. I hope he makes me worse.
Lexi Lane gave us a debut full of obsession, suspense, darkness, spice, emotion, and enough unhinged energy to keep me entertained from beginning to end.
Was Axel a walking red flag? Absolutely.

Did I still want to put him in my pocket? Also absolutely.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.75

If you like your romance dark, fast-paced, obsessive, spicy, funny, emotionally messy, and just a little bit psychotic, put Framed Obsession on your TBR immediately.

Tropes & vibes:
🖤 Obsessive MMC
💚 Psychologist/patient dynamic
📸 Stalking
🖤 Biker MMC
💚 Possessiveness
📸 Touch her and die
🖤 Trauma & emotional wounds
💚 Suspense
📸 Revenge
🖤 Morally questionable decisions
Two people who probably should stay away from each other... but where's the fun in that?

Lexi Lane, respectfully... I'm going to need more. Immediately. Thank you for the ARC opportunity all thoughts are my own and never paid for!

ARC READ 💚

Apparently all you need to do is give me an obsessive psychopath with questionable morals and I’m sold. Add psychologist/patient, stalking, touch her and die AND a biker MMC? Yeah. I was never surviving this one.

Framed Obsession was fucking FUN.

Dahlia is a psychologist. Axel is her patient. He’s also completely obsessed with her, has absolutely zero concept of appropriate boundaries and takes stalking to a level that would have any normal person changing their identity and fleeing the country.

The thing I loved most was how quickly this book moved. There was no dragging storyline or waiting 150 pages for something interesting to happen. I absolutely flew through it.

Axel was easily my favourite part.

He’s completely unhinged, but what made him so entertaining was that half the time he knows he is. He’s sarcastic, calculated and deliberately pushes people just because he can. There were moments where he clearly had several reasonable choices available to him and basically went, nah, I’ll choose violence.

Naturally, I loved him.

But underneath all of that, there’s clearly something much heavier going on. The glimpses into Axel’s trauma and PTSD added a completely different side to him that I honestly wasn’t expecting. We only get pieces of his past, but it was enough to make me desperately want to know more about what happened to him and why he is the way he is.

Basically: I need inside this man’s brain immediately.

And THE SPICE. 🌶️

Yeahhhhh. This book did not come to play.

The psychologist/patient dynamic was probably always going to get me, but throw in double stalking, biker romance, predator/prey, insta-obsession, revenge and an MMC who would happily ruin someone for looking at his girl sideways?

Done. Goodbye. Five stars.

This was my first ARC and honestly such a bloody fun one to start with. Fast, filthy, chaotic and ridiculously easy to devour.

Now I just need more Axel because there is NO WAY we are finished unpacking whatever the fuck is going on with that man. 😭

This book will make you writhe in your seat, make the hair on your arms stand as you keep grasping for more. The suspense will immediately suck you in, wanting the dirty details of what's about to unfold. Dahlia is a therapist by day and dance instructor by night, living a simplistic life. Until everything changes, weird things to emerge, as all eyes are on Dahlia in every imaginable way. Random messages, photos and flowers have been left from an undisclosed masked stranger. The paranoia and anxiety starts to set in, the stakes are high. But the real question is who is behind this twisted game? A little game of cat and mouse it is.

Well for Dahlia and Axel, they're a different story, both like-minded deviant people with a touch of unhinged chaos. Dahlia enjoys being a therapist, helping others in anyway she can. But has a Ferocious dismal side...you never saw coming. Whereas Axel is a fragile shattered soul as his childhood past consumes him, trying to fight off the demons within. Broken piece by piece as he is being swallowed whole by the rage and darkness leaving a bitterness of who he currently is. Will Axel be able to heal with the help of Dahlia? Will Obsession eat him alive? This book will devour and consume you in the best way possible...a little darkness doesn't hurt with an extra helping of spice!

Kind of ironic, isn't it?
She's fucked up like I am now..

This story is a deliciously dark spiral into obsession, trauma, and blurred lines between fear and safety. Axel isn’t your typical morally gray MMC, he’s deeply broken, fiercely obsessive, and somehow made me question everything I thought I knew about a stalker romance.

Dahlia completely stole my heart. She’s kind, empathetic, and spends her life helping others, yet she’s forced to confront a nightmare of her own. The moment Dahlia started questioning whether she was just paranoid or truly being watched had me on edge waiting like I can’t wait for Axel to show himself to her.. Every flower and notes left behind had me holding my breath of excitement and curiosity.. it’s like they both have unpleasant past edging to be surfaced.

Axel is the definition of beautifully broken. His obsession is terrifying, but intriguing. The way he sees Dahlia as a beautiful masterpiece instead of something to possess makes him impossible to look away from and hard to not think about before falling asleep. His inner monologue is haunting, and the photography element adds such a unique layer to his fixation. The green mask, the flowers, and the notes… it all creates an unsettling but unforgettable atmosphere.

If you love masked men, stalker romance, obsessive antiheroes, psychological suspense, revenge, and enough tension to keep your heart racing, this one belongs on your TBR immediately. Dahlia and Axel consumed my thoughts long after I finished, and honestly… I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!

He was never loved. He was never safe. He was never valued.
I think he is just misunderstood.
He might be the only one now to help me, whether he knows it or not. A goody two-shoes girl who had nearly a perfect life, is now damaged. Damaged beyond repair, and the only person who could understand her is someone who only knows a life of being broken.”

Axel, our troubled MMC with ghosts in his past, has an instant obsession with Dahlia and will do anything to make her his. Even if it means he has to claim her by force. What he didn’t expect though was that he would become Dahlia’s predator AND protector.

Dahlia, a psychiatrist one minute and dance instructor the next, lives a pretty routine life with her best friend, Zoe. That is, until she starts receiving unsettling notes & photos from an unknown source and has a run in with a masked stranger. But the shocking part? Dahlia embraces it all.

Dahlia and Axel don’t come together in a meet cute situation - it’s obsession and stalking turned into protection and stability that ultimately lead them into each other’s arms.

Psychiatrist x Patient, Predator x Pray, Touch Her and 💀, insta-obsession, and trauma bonding are just a few of the tropes in this book I loved! Also, intentional or not, I think this read does a great job of showing how our bodies can understand a situation before our minds are able to process it. Ex: Dahlia undergoes similar “surprise attacks” but one situation she embraces on instinct while the other she is instantly in fight or flight mode.

Would absolutely recommend this read to any dark romance lover especially if you enjoy the tropes mentioned above 🖤

Thank you for the arc!

I went into it expecting dark, unhinged, and spicy, and that is EXACTLY what I got.

This book was fast-paced. There genuinely wasn’t a point where I felt bored because something was always happening. I honestly thought it was insta-love , but I like how Axel and Dahlia’s relationship actually had time to develop. Meanwhile Dahlia is unknowingly getting to know her stalker through his therapy sessions. The irony of it all had me screaming.

Axel!!! This man is absolutely UNHINGED. Stalking his psychologist, watching her through cameras, following her around, and becoming completely obsessed with her. The touch her and die + insta-obsession vibe was exactly what I wanted from him.

Then we find out Dahlia has not only ONE but TWO stalkers! I guess one isn’t enough. I knew very early on who the second one was. Seeing Dahlia get revenge and figure out who both her stalkers are at the same time.

THE SPICE definitely did not disappoint.

I also really appreciated that even with how fast-paced the story was, their relationship didn’t feel like they were instantly thrown together. I really enjoyed watching Axel start developing feelings for her instead of just being obsessed. while she was also getting to know him without realizing who he really was.

I can’t wait to see what Lexi writes next! 👀📚

I could not put this down. I finished this a couple days ago and I just can't stop thinking about it, I fear I am in a reading slump and nothing can top Axel & Dahlia's story 😂

First off, I am SO proud of Lexi & this book, I still can't believe this is her debut dark romance, like whatttt? I've been waiting allllll year for this to drop and it was worth every torture-filled second of waiting 😅

Every chapter had me saying "one more" even in the early hours- I just needed to know what happened next, Lexi really knew how to keep me at the edge of my seat. The suspense, the action, the spice (holy hellll) everything about Framed Obsession had me so intrigued!

Axel is now my top book boyfriend- he's my fav st@lker now and how could he not be?! The man is perfection. His backstory definitely had me in tears. But, he's sarcastic, broody, un freaking hinged, mysterious, I just adore him.
I love him and Dahlia together like so much, they both have qualities I see in myself, I love being able to relate to characters, especially in a mental health way.

Overall, I NEED MORE OF THEM, LEXI 😅😍
I will definitely be re-reading since this was just so fun but so thrilling! Thank you SO MUCH for the arc 💚💚💚

“What makes an angel fall? The demons within me, perhaps.”

The second I seen therapist x patient I was ready!
Sign me tf up. Literally bc I signed up in hopes I would get this early 😂 So you can only imagine the scream I scrummpttt lol.

This book is into to dark romance and has what us dark romance readers love in a book. Masked MMC? You got it. Stalking? You got it. Mental health rep? Also got it! We love an MMC that is a mental health advocate 😅

Axel was unhinged, possessive, and a little softy for his Little Flower. He doesn’t know how to process emotions because of the way he grew up and Dahlia has him feeling all types of new things that he doesn’t quite understand. What starts as obsession turns into something more than he’s aware.

Dahlia is a sweetheart who loves to help others. She finds herself taking a step in the dark and breaking to be built up again. She helps Axel process his past while he helps her process her own trauma as well.

If all this sounds as intriguing as it did to me then you will enjoy this book just as much as I did.

As always check your trigger warnings 🖤

5⭐️

Lexi created one of my new favorite stalker romances. It edges the line of to far but not enough. Our broken boy and good girl are absolutely perfect. The way Lexi handles the mental health aspects made me feel so seen.

Dahlia is one of the most empathetic characters I have ever read. She sees you. She listens. As a therapist that’s her job but it’s more than that. She’s the good girl with bows in her hair. But she has a dark side.. which she finds in herself when she realizes she’s being watched and gifts are being left.

Axel.. that beautiful broken man. Sigh. He’s unhinged in the best way. His past has shattered a part of him but watching the healing slowly take place was so beautiful. He very much touch her and 💀. Which had me going feral.

This hit all the marks for me. Masked man. CHECK. Stalker. CHECK. Suspenseful plot. CHECK. Revenge that will have you saying fuck yes! DOUBLE CHECK.

Thank you Lexi for giving me to the opportunity to Beta read for you! Can’t wait for everyone to be able to read this one!

“I want thoughts of me to fester inside her like a virus with no cure. I want to haunt her mind, even when she doesn’t know I’m there.” 📷

I need you to know just how amazing Framed Obsession was for me! So much so, it’s the first book to get me out of my dark romance reading slump and that’s saying something! I absolutely loved Axel and Dahlia’s characters. I thought that Lexi did an amazing job at creating a plot that is captivating enough to keep me turning the page, especially given that it’s a novella. You would never know it as a debut book because it’s just that good! The spice was sooo good and wasn’t rushed and I loved that about it. I also really enjoyed being able to see the author’s personality by some of the one liners that actually made me chuckle. If you love a good stalker romance, this is definitely going to have you giggling and kicking your feet for these two. 🖤

Overall: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5)
Smut: 🌶️🌶️.5 (2.5/5)

Dahlia is a therapist by day and a dance instructor during her free time. She catches the attention of Axel, a man with a heavy traumatic past who ends up becoming her patient, and also her masked professional follower.

*** Contains minor spoilers **

I absolutely loved the premise of this book. Since it’s the author’s debut novel, I want to keep things nice but a few things didn't quite land for me.

First, Dahlia’s set up as this innocent goody-two-shoes, but she gave in to her dark side way too fast with almost no remorse.

I felt for Axel immediately. He makes the perfect stalker, but I really wish his past "work" background actually contributed to the plot since it was mentioned multiple times.

And lastly, the two best friends characters added nothing to the story.

Overall, it’s a fun, fast-paced debut novel! It just needed a little more depth and development.

Review of e-arc copy received from the author!!

So glad I signed up for the arc when one of my mutuals posted about it! I’ll for sure be reading whatever comes next for Lexi!

This was absolutely everything it said it was going to be and I absolutely LOVED it! It was fast paced which I loved. It had me not wanting to put it down, which I enjoy about a book. I felt like I was really able to see everything in my head while reading which I think can really say something about an author. Again I will be sat for what comes next for sure!

I really enjoyed Dahlia as our FMC. I think her and Axel complemented each other so well.

Also Axel? That man is EVERYTHING MY GOD🥵

I feel like I’m gonna need the story on Zane & Zoe🫣

Framed Obsession follows our obsessed MMC, Axel, and strong FMC, Dahlia. Axel becomes infatuated with Dahlia the moment he sees her and begins stalking her. After an unfortunate situation occurs in Dahlia’s life, Axel inserts himself into her world, determined to protect her.

This book was so enjoyable! You’ll fall in love with Axel from the very first few pages. I absolutely loved Dahlia and how deeply you experience her emotions alongside her. Nothing is simply brushed aside, which made her character and her journey feel so much more authentic.

Lexi’s writing style was incredibly easy to read, and the story flowed so naturally. I was completely immersed from beginning to end and thoroughly enjoyed watching Axel and Dahlia’s story unfold!

ARC Review💚

I am absolutely obsessed. This book was a 5/5 ⭐️ read, it fucking delivered and I’m not surprised in the slightest that it did. I LOVE Axel Gray & I LOVED Dahlia. This truly was everything I loved in a masked stalker romance and it was totally swoon worthy.

The writing was FANTASTIC. The spice had me blushing and kicking my feet. What more could you ask for in a book??

Lexi, please for the love of all things holy… keep writing. I will read anything you put out and that’s a promise.🤞🏼😮‍💨

If you love dark romances with masked stalkers, taboo romance, morally grey characters with touch her & die energy this book is for you. I’m SO honored to be able to read this book as an ARC & it is out now and available on amazon
