Self-Proclaimed bad boy, Zander, is through with his cheating ways. He is ready to settle down and do right by his current girlfriend, Maiya. Tonii bring on part 2!
Now Tonii why you left me hanging like that? I loved this book and the way you incorporated your past characters in it as well. First of all I wish somebody would give Cynthia the beat down of her life because no mother should ever be so negative towards their child. One couldn't blame Jayla's way of thinking but from everything she'd already experienced it was understandable. Maiya was a hoe all around the board and I wanted her scandalous ass to accept the fact she messed up. Lawd some type of friend Minnie was. I liked Zander and how he never let what anyone say steer his feelings. He does need to get some things together with his life though. Poor Maria! Everything definitely wasn't greener on the other side. Her stubbornness and needing to live freer was a beyond crazy. I do think Kevin made a mistake as well though. At first I felt Jazara would be cool but that heifer ain't no better. She was doing a lot of questionable and unnecessary bs. It was so much going on but I loved it nonetheless and can't wait for part 2. I'm hoping Jayla has a change of heart before it's too late, Maria gets her life back on track, Zander realizes he needs to get control of everything going on in his life, Maiya and Jazara find something better to do with their time, and Jayla finally snaps back at Cynthia!

This is a spin off from another one of Tonii's books and I was really engulfed in the story and I liked the character development that went into it. As is typical with this author's books, it's worthy of a 5 star but poor editing prevents it from being so. If they could just get an editor or proofreader even on board for Tonii's books, I would probably rate them 5 star each time. On to the sequel. Crossing fingers it was edited!

Tonii wow you wrote an amazing book. Jayla done been through it all. I wanted to smack her dag on momma so many times. That women doesn't know the definition of mother. She was all kinds of wrong. Don't even get me started on that low down chick that wants to pass herself off as a friend Minnie. She was such an undercover hater it was ridiculous. I hope that Jayla and Zander can get it together, but with all his baby momma drama i'm not so sure. I can see that Madeline is going to be trouble. Maiya was just a ratchet thot with no drive or motivation except layin on her back. Such a disgrace to all real women. I need that next book asap I just know that Jayla is not about to do that. She is way too good for that. Then to top it all off she calls Richard of all people. What? Did that just happen?!?!!!!!! Unbelievable just unbelievable.

GREAT STORY!!!!
DON'T DO IT JAYLA!!!! Everybody have issues and drama in this story. I need for Jayla to build up her confidence and stop letting everyone get to her especially her mom... I honestly believe that Zander is in love with Jayla but he comes with a lot especially since his so call wife has shown back up with his daughter and Maiya AkA Kami she gots to GO!!! I can honestly relate to Maria and it's like you can't breathe but at the same time you love your family and it just feels like you are missing yourself or may I say you lost yourself in you relationship and you just need time for yourself and I know she loves Kevin and Kevin loves her and both of them need to watch out for Jazara but hopefully Kevin and Maria will work everything out!!!!

This was a goodread I really enjoyed all the charecters. I know Jayla is hurt but I think she is moving too fast but I can understand why she is choosing that route. I am disappointed in Zan like seriously how could you not fight for her if you love her and she having doubts and I knew it was coming "Kami" sneaky ass. Ugh Cynthia I am ready to slap her smug self you never suppose to make your daughter feel like you dont love her whats wrong with her. Uh oh Maria and Jaz on 10 what did they expect from Kevin I do not think Jaz and Kev will last she has no boundaries. Savion and Tara are the only sane ones in the group. I do not like Minnie either no loyalty. I can not wait till part 2 man Tonii you never leave unsatisfied.

This is the first book I've read by this author but I really enjoyed it! I really like Jayla but her mother & Richard really did a number on her self esteem, I really want her & Zander to work out. Maiya was a mess I can't even deal with her. I guess Maria finally realized the grass wasn't greener on the other side but it's too late. I hope Kevin doesn't take her back but I don't wanna see him with Jazara either. I can't wait for part 2 to see how this plays out.

Jayla needs to start loving herself first. She really needs to put her mother in her place. Zan really seem to be changing for the better to bad his past won't let him. I hope Jayla don't go through with it. Maria should of realized the grass was green on the side she had. Kevin knows he still loves her. WOW!! I really enjoy this book! You did an amazing job! I was grabbed in from the first page! I finished it it like an hour and a half! I was so engrossed in the characters and I CAN Not wait too long for Part 2!!! Congrats on this banger!

This was a great read and all though I did not like the title, it sure was great from start to finish. I really enjoyed it,and it showed that you should not gamble with love and play around with someone's heart.

This book had me hooked from beginning to end! I don't like Jayla's mom, cousin Kimi, or best friend Minnie they are all snakes! I hope things work out for between Zan and Jayla too! I am looking forward to reading part 2 please hurry!

Another awesome book. Kevin and Maria are having issues, due to some regrets that Maria has. Kevin gets tired and ends the relationship with Maria. Jayla finds love with Zan B, but will Jayla build up enough confidence to stop listening to her mom.
