Mr. Akaba introduces a method of note taking that aims to train our brains to think fast while not compromise the quality of our ideas. He encourages everyone to take 10 pieces of A4 paper and write down a question (topic) on each page . The question can be very simple such How was the day? Why was A angry? What don't I like when....? The point is to write down our thoughts without overthinking or the burden to choose the perfect words. Each page should contain at least 4 to 6 sentences and each sentences should at least have 20 to 30 words. Each page should only take about a minute. After a few months, we can expect an improvement in articulating our thoughts and problem-solving skills.
He also recommends using recycled paper to avoid feeling unwilling to waste new papers.
