This book covers all the major topics typically taught in first-year Contracts courses at American law schools. It begins with contract formation, including consideration, offer and acceptance, and formation defenses. It then moves to interpretation, gap filling, performance and breach, and remedies, and concludes with the rights and obligations of third parties.
