I do love stories set in Greece with Greek heroes and this one is fantastic Dr Andros Drakoulias has pretty much led the life of a playboy although he had studied hard and become a Doctor in The States but all that changes when he gets a phone call to let him know that he is a father to a toddler stunned he moves back home to the small town of Kastorini determined to be a good father and change his ways but then he meets archaeologist Laurel Evans on a dig site at Delphi she is a beautiful woman who has grown up fast taking over as parent to her three sisters when she loses her parents in an accident at a dig and doing her best to live up to her parents wishes for her in the archaeological world with finding an treasure that will put her parents names and hers in the history books and she wants no distractions that is until she meets the sexy Greek Doctor.

This is such a beautiful story that is fast paced with Andros and Laurel setting things alight with the sparks at their first meeting on the mountain at the dig site when he arrives to let Laurel know that the team leaders are sick this then starts a journey that will have you smiling as they get closer while opening up to each other and trying to get to the bottom of the illness that is causing concerns both Andros and Laurel have agendas that neither want to change but the pull is so strong and neither can ignore it.

The setting is beautiful the characters are real and lovable this is a story that will have you turning the pages while you get to know them all and smile and worry with them along the way. This is one not to be missed I highly recommend it.

Her Greek Doctor's Proposal" by Robin Gianna is a mix of medical romance, and mystery. Laurel Evans a archaeologist and Dr. Andros Drakoulias meet due to a mysterious illness that seems to be hitting other archaeologists at a dig in Delphi Greece.

The Greek culture is amazingly written in this story with the description of surrounding villages, and Greek food that it makes you feel like you're there. I loved this story. It is a quick, easy, wonderful read. Perfect for the pool, beach, or just because. It might make you hungry for Keftedes (Greek Meatballs), and Retsina (a Greek wine.)

HER GREEK DOCTOR’S PROPOSAL by author Robin Gianna is a Harlequin Medical Romance series release for June 2015.

Laurel Evans was on an archaeological dig in Greece to fulfil her dead parents dream of finding the elusive statue which her parents believed was hidden in this dig where they lost their lives. She is alarmed when her team leaders then some team members stared being sick. What was this sickness? Was it linked to their dig? Then local Dr. Andros Drakoulias urged her to close the dig because of health risks associated with it. Would Andros agree when Laurel lets everyone go but stay behind to look for the statue on her own?

He was in love with her but would he stand in her way or let her go? Did she find the statue she was looking for?

HER GREEK DOCTOR’S PROPOSAL is a romance set in the exotic Delphi. I loved reading about author Robin Gianna’s strong heroine and gorgeous Greek doctor. The medical drama is fast and would keep a reader’s attention hooked till the last page.

Highly recommended for all readers of romance.

Robin Gianna does it again as she delivers another thoroughly enjoyable read with the well written and emotionally satisfying , Her Greek Doctor's Proposal.

I couldn't put it down and not because of the sex between the two, because that didn't happen until more than halfway through the book, but because of the the delightful secondary characters and compelling storyline. I mean wondering what was happening to the crew at the dig and why it was happening kept you on the edge of your seat but add to that the interaction between Laurel and Andros and you become swept away.

Add to that the pain you could feel from Laurel at losing her parents you could tell as a reader Ms. Gianna either wrote from experience or she is one hell of a gifted author, I'm betting its somewhere in between but either way she managed to bring more than a couple tears to my eyes.

Losing her parents and left to finish raising her three younger sister , Archaeologist Laurel Evans put her life on hold. Now with the youngest about to enter college Laurel is finally able to finish the dreams her parents had for her.

Former playboy, Dr. Andros Drakoulias life was changed abruptly when his child, a daughter he knew nothing about is placed in his life upon her mothers untimely death.
Now determined to be a responsible member of society for his little girl he moved back home to earn the respect of his childhood community.

Laurel came to Delphi to find the gold statue of Artemis that her parents had been searching for when an earthquake struck and tragically took their lives, but when the crew start getting sick with no clean reason why the local Dr. wants her to stop the dig, even if it means the woman he's become attracted to has to leave the island. Stubborn and refusing to give up on her parents dream Laurel plans on staying especially when Andros sweeps her off her feet and into bed, that is until one of the crew members suddenly takes a horrific turn for the worse and dies.

Now sending the crew home is the only option but will she do it and leave or will she stay and risk her life to find her parents statue and realize her one chance at love?

Ms. Gianna is an author who knows how to write romances that will not only put a smile on your face but keep it there long after you are done reading. Her knowledge and insight keep the reader captivated and is definitely one of medical romance's best authors!

Another keeper for me and I hope for you as well.... now onto the next Robin Gianna book I can get my hands on.

2015 and this book mentioned the coronavirus. A person died of it in this book too and that made me kind of gasp when they found out what the disease was.

Romance is nice too.

Though HER GREEK DOCTOR’S PROPOSAL is a medical romance, Robin Gianna has interwoven many more compelling aspects into the story. There are mysteries to be solved along with plenty of adventurous escapades. Also, more than a few emotional issues dealing with relationships and family arise to tug at the heart. This may be my first time reading a story created by the skillfully talented Robin Gianna, but it will definitely not be my last.

The hope of discovering a special artifact keeps Laurel Evans diligently working at an archaeological dig in Delphi. The town in Greece may be modern in some areas, but other locations possibly conceal objects that could help make a name for her in the field of archaeology. There is one item which would practically guarantee her recognition, and she wants to find it before her funding runs out, as it would prove her parents were right. With them now deceased, Laurel wants to give them the credit they deserve by unearthing what they thought was hidden at the site.

When some of her team members become mysteriously ill, Dr. Andros Drakoulias confers with her as he tries to determine what caused the puzzling sickness. Though all Laurel’s thoughts have been centered on locating a priceless piece of history, keeping her mind off the very enticing local doctor is very difficult when they spend so much time together because of her ill friends. Andros is also taken with the dedicated American woman, but he does not want a short-term affair to harm his reputation for the sake of his young daughter that he is raising alone. Yet to be truly happy in the future, this couple will have to lots of soul-searching.

With a couple that is instantly likable plus a particularly engaging premise, HER GREEK DOCTOR’S PROPOSAL is a book I thoroughly enjoyed. The setting in Greece is colorfully described with loads of details to make me want to visit one of its charming towns, and if the Greek men there are anything like Andros, then I would find myself being treated like a lady because of their gentlemanly manners. There are several medical episodes in the story, and each one is realistically handled with specific facts. The baffling illness kept me guessing its cause, and all plays out in a convincing manner. Any of the scenes related to the dig seem very accurate, and I became caught up in what might be found.

Andros and Laurel are a wonderful couple at all times. From disagreements to quick-witted banter to intense desire, every emotion that they express is genuine with much feeling backing their responses. Their conversations are intelligent, and it was pleasing to see how they would react to each other. Neither is shy when it comes to sex, but each has to work through some concerns before acting on their longing. Andros and Laurel have events in their past which have shaped them into the people they are in the present, and I really admired how seriously they took any responsibilities given to them, especially her taking care of her sisters and him stepping up to be a devoted dad. But sometimes they could be carefree, like finding pleasure in small things and I had to smile at their honest joy. Robin Gianna has written a captivating medical romance, where unexpected situations crop up and emotions are frequently confused. HER GREEK DOCTOR’S PROPOSAL is enthralling because of clever originality.

HER GREEK DOCTOR’S PROPOSAL by author Robin Gianna
Laurel Evans was on an archaeological dig in Greece to try to fulfill her parents dream. Her parents spent their lives doing archaeological digs and were on the edge of finding the elusive statue and they lost their lives doing it. She then gets alarmed when team members with her were starting to get sick. The local doctor was Dr. Andros Drakoulias urged to close up the dig. She told her team that it was their choice and the rest of the team chose to leave but Laurel could not leave without looking more. She did not realize that Andros would be helping her and not letting her goes through searching by herself.
When her parents were doing the digs over summertime, Laurel had to take care of her three sisters and upon her parents death she was the person than expected to raise them.
Dr. Drakoulias had a daughter Cassie and Cassie mom died in an accident and that is when he found out about her. He settled in Greece to raise her and also straighten out his life. He led a playboy life prior to this and the finding out he was a father of a toddler and was determined to become the best father he could be. His sister being the mother of a son lived in Greece also. She helped take care of Cassie also.
Soon the Dr. wanted to go help her on that dig so that they could find out if the health risk was real or not. You totally realize the fact that Andros and Laurel cannot help but fall in love.
This is a romantic story being held in Delphi and a medical drama unfolds also. I thank Robin Gianna for the wonderful story and had fun reading this medical Romance.
Wonderful Medical Romance set in Greece which will keep you interest from page 1 to the last page.

Mesmerizing!!!

This story captivates you right from the start! Robin Gianna's beautiful writing keeps you in this story until the very last page. I truly genuinely enjoyed and loved this book!! It was such a wonderful, quick, easy read.

Laurel, who is an archaeologist, is so sweet and charming I just love her. Laurel is on an archaeological dig in Greece to dig up ancient treasures, but she finds a modern day Greek god instead. Laurel feels an instant attraction to local doctor Andros Drakoulias, and who wouldn't? HE'S HOT! I was so enthralled in their love story. They are such an easy couple to love. Throw in Andros's extremely adorable daughter Cassie, who loves fairies, and you find yourself literally rooting for them all to become one big happy family.

I love Robin Gianna's Medical Romances!!! There is just so many great things about them. She is such an amazing story teller! This book has it all, family, romance, adventure, and suspense. I absolutely love how Robin manages to keep you on your toes with this book. I totally recommend Her Greek Doctor's Proposal!!!! Read it, you will love it! My favorite Robin Gianna book ever!

Laurel Evans is on an archeological dig meets Dr Andros Drakoulias when a mysterious illness is affecting all the people involved in the dig in Greece. This book is a little bit mystery and medical but the character are wonderful and the author describes Greece so well that you feel you are on the dig with them. Andros and Laurel have an attraction to each other but he is a single dad and a fling is not what he wants but the chemistry makes it impossible for him to imagine her not by his side. I enjoyed all of the story, mystery medical and romance and closed the book with a smile some times we cannot fight fate. I was given this book for an honest review and thank you Robin I loved it and will look for more of your .

I really enjoyed this book! The characters were delightful, the hero, Andros, to die for, the setting enthralling and the plot gripping. I loved the archaeological aspect of it and the desire to find out if the sickness of the digging crew was connected to where they were working or not. Fans of the Medical line will love this one! Thanks for a great read Ms. Gianna!
