This is a very quick, very simple over view of DBT that I don't think goes far enough into the practice. Additionally, it is riddled with grammar mistakes and spelling errors that make it unpleasant to read if you are someone who naturally edits what you read. If you want something quick and inexpensive to help you decide if DBT is right for you, it may be an okay resource. But if you really want to dig into DBT, look elsewhere.

This is a short overview of DBT. Not very detailed or long, but surprisingly packed with useful information in it's short length.

DBT Therapy

This is a very good book, it has the basics and a little more. It has structure and follows it step by step... I think it’s good for people wit BPD and also for psychologists and Psychotherapists.

Would recommend

Gave an over view of dbt therapy, and gave enough insight to enable you to decide if this line of therapy would or could work for you.

This is not a do-it-yourself book so much as an overview of DBT. I found it informative and will read more about it.

Curious as to what, if any, qualifications the author has.
